- Manuel (9/5): Gutes Hotel mit vielen Parkplätzen außerhalb von Aalen mit gutem Frühstück & Sauna - Freundliches Personal, großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz mit acht Ladesäulen und sechzehn Lademöglichkeiten, gutes Frühstück und gutes Restaurant am Abend, schöner Saunabereich, kleines, aber feines Einzelzimmer mit Klimaanlage, befestigte Fußwege für einen Spaziergang oder Lauf am Abend Zum Glück kann ich mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen: Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße wären sonst zu laut.

Der abschließbare Fahrradunterstellplatz wurde sofort geschaffen. Zu Beginn der Radsaison sollte man vielleicht eine Garage für die "Radler" bereit halten. Bei uns hat es mit der Kommunikation bestens geklappt. Dies soll auch nur eine Empfehlung sein. Ich kann das "Römer-Hotel nur empfehlen !!! Der abschließbare Fahrradunterstellplatz wurde sofort geschaffen. Zu Beginn der Radsaison sollte man vielleicht eine Garage für die "Radler" bereit halten. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, kein Kaffepulver im Zimmer, nur Wasserkocher, Zucker und Milchpulver 🤪 Hotel hinter Restaurant „versteckt“
- Petra (10/5): Nettes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nix für Veganer:innen(aber ist wohl so in der Gegend) - Nettes Personal, es wurde kurzfristig auf Änderung der Zimmer eingegangen mit geringem Aufpreis, beim Schnitzelbuffet hat der Küchenchef meiner Tochter extra etwas Veganes gezaubert Frühstück war leider nicht sehr frisch, es standen noch die Biergläser vom Vorabend am Nebentisch. Im Zimmer leider Teppichboden, für Allergiker nicht so toll.

Konnten unseren Hund sowohl im Restaurant zum Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück mit an den Tisch nehmen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant! Heizungsanlage funktioniert nur bei Aufenthalt im Zimmer. Durch die Minusgrade wurde es im Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht wirklich warm, im Bad war es in Ordnung.

- Uwe (10/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr neu und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der wellnessbereich war auch neu und sauber und für uns hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Insgesamt ein gelungenes Familienwochenende mit einer Übernachtung. Die Thermostate im Zimmer erhellen nachts den ganzen Raum - also schwierig für Personen, die es dunkel brauchen.

- Michael Schwerdt (3/5): Katastrophe in mehreren Akten - Rezeption nicht besetzt, Das von mir gebuchte 25 m² Zimmer war ein dreieckiger Abstellraum wo es nicht mal möglich war den Koffer (außer auf dem Bett) zu öffnen Die Vorhänge waren zerrissen der allgemeine Zustand des gesamten Zimmers eines Hotels unwürdig. Das Frühstück War zwar vorhanden aber komplett lieblos auf das Buffet geschmissen die eine völlig überfordert die Mitarbeiterin konnte diesen Zustand gar nicht kompensieren. Kurz und gut eine absolut enttäuschendes Erlebnis welche sind keinster Weise eine erholsame Nacht liefern konnte

Just a heat pump, but it turns off after about 11pm. Cold!!! The breakfast was in another building to reach under the rain and snow… nobody informed me during the booking

- Simson (7/5): nice clean hotel good for your overnight stop during your journey - lovely welcome and nice clean rooms with very good WiFi. lots of parking and attentive staff. at reception you could get a warm drink that is a fab idea the food can improve. there was only a Christmassy buffet that evening. ok gave it a try. although it tasted ok it was by far too expensive. 21 euros for a buffet main course, not reasonable. 5 euros extra for a starter 5 euros extra for a dessert and 5 euros extra for a bowl of soup. they were all ok but not special or worth the asked money. some options I could not take as they looked already dried out from the heat lamp. as much as they tried the atmosphere in the room was not Christmassy. for breakfast it would be nice to have other warm options than eggs maybe bacon or baked beans etc. the cold platters were nearly empty when we came down at 8:30.
