• Makiho (9/5): 駅近、バス近で便利！！ - 無印の入ってるビル側に歩いて渡って、高架下を歩いて、一階にセブンが入ってる建物を過ぎるとすぐに右に曲がってタイのマッサージ屋さんを過ぎるとREAL KINSHIIがあります。羽田のリムジンバスやディズニーのバスもすぐに乗れる環境で、東京メトロと山手線もめっちゃ近いです。あと錦糸公園も近くて、桜の時期は綺麗でした！近くに駄菓子屋のエワタリさんも近くにあり、子どもと行くとすごく喜んでいました。お部屋の中は比較的に綺麗だったと思います！洗濯機や（洗剤あり）や掃除機、スチームアイロン、ドライヤー、使い捨て歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、掃除機、冷蔵庫、食器類など、揃ってました。自分は3階の部屋でした。階段は確かに口コミ通り狭めです。お部屋は上下階で夜など静かな時には話し声とかは聞こえやすいかと思います。自分はそれほど気になりませんでした。部屋に入った時には暖房もつけてくれてました！（3月下旬宿泊）ホストとの連絡も返信が早く連絡取りやすかったです。16時以降チェックインですが、13時以降であれば荷物を部屋に置けるようです。 良くないというわけではありませんが、２泊の連泊ですが、タオルは1人分ずつフェイスタオルとバスタオルが一泊分です。でも洗濯物干しハンガーがあるので乾かせば特に気になりません。あとお風呂場には浴室乾燥もあるので便利です。しいていえば、フェイスタオルとバスタオルの他に、もう一枚、手拭き用のタオルを置いてもらえると助かります。

• 思嫻 (8/5): - 非常適合小資族的情侶或朋友想體驗日本都市住宿，離錦系町車站跟seven超商走路約5分鐘，附近有很漂亮的公園去的時候開了很多櫻花 推薦走路10步就到coffee elementary school，在那邊吃了兩天的早餐，紅豆奶油麵包超讚 房間位置在三樓沒有電梯，需爬很窄的旋轉樓梯上去，有大件行李或老人須注意 房間不大但設備都很完整(有洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐、廚具等)，浴室的乾燥系統很方便，有小陽台可以晾衣服 取得鑰匙的步驟沒有講得很清楚，開了一陣子才進門

• Thanawan (9/5): ดีมาก ชอบมาก - ชอบทุกอย่าง ห้องสะอาด กว้างขวางมากสำหรับโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่น มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แต่อยากแนะนำ ที่พักสำหรับคนที่มีกำลังในการยกกระเป๋าเข้าห้อง เนื่องจากที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟ ผู้สูงอายุไม่แนะนำ ไม่มี

• RITA (7/5): Buona soluzione per esplorare Tokyo. - La posizione, la cucina ben attrezzata ed il bagno dotato di ogni conforto (lavatrice asciugatrice). La stanza è molto piccola perciò rimane poco spazio per il letto ed tavolo: forse sarebbe meglio mettere due sedie pieghevoli.
• Angela (10/5): - 1. 位置方便，押上站跟錦系站都是步行距離，附近有超商，餐廳選擇多 2. 設備齊全，房間跟圖片一致 3. 晚上很安靜 4. 雖然沒烘乾機，但浴室的乾燥系統很方便 1. 不是缺點，但是這裡沒有電梯，有大件行李的會辛苦一點
• Yang Wei (8/5): 服務人員很熱心回覆訊息，房間也很舒適。附近有24小時的超市，離車站也不遠。到晴空塔也很近，住起來感受良好 - 有廚房 洗衣機，生活家電以及餐具都有準備。只要自備牙刷牙膏即可。離車站也不遠，附近有7-11還有一些開很晚的餐廳 沒有電梯🥲 枕頭太矮
• Yhc (10/5): Highly recommended! - The apartment was very clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. Resources were well-provided. There was even an umbrella! Very useful for rainy days. The instructions guide was also clear and easy to understand. Location is wonderful as it's only a few minutes walk to the nearest Kinshicho station (JR and subway). There are many eateries and shopping places in the vicinity (Termina, PARCO, 0101, Donki...). Convenience stores are plenty too. The host is very friendly and helpful. Checking on us from Day 1 to check-out to make sure things are ok. Also very responsive to our enquiries. I highly recommend this host and place! Nothing in particular. A note to those with large or heavy luggage: there's no elevator here so please be prepared to climb those spiral stairs which can be a bit narrow for some people.
