Great lighting good WiFi, felt comfortable and safe everything I needed for a week of working london as a solo female. If I'm being picky the kitchen was a bit run down and there was a strange smell coming from the drains in there, but it was still perfectly functional.

The window was dirty, a little dust in the rooms, we ran out of hot water in the larger bathroom and in the kitchen and no one went to fix it. The bathrooms are in need of a remodelling for something a little more modern, the floor of the larger bathroom needs to be changed.

• Mohammed (1/5): Apartment is unfit for purpose - Nothing to like about the property and customer service is very poor. Black mould on the walls. Stench of mould in the property. Bathroom floor is sinking and full of mould. I complained immediately but customer service was very poor. Customer service confirmed they would investigate my complaint but did not get back to me. I escalated the matter through Booking.com's Resolution Centre to pursue a chargeback/Section 75 claim on the basis that the accommodation was not provided to a reasonable standard / as described and waiting for a response.
• cillo (9/5): Ottimo Hotel per visitare Manchester - Personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia, camere non spaziosissime ma accoglienti, colazione ricca e varia, posizione non centralissima ma in pochi minuti a piedi sei al centro. Unica pecca nelle camere c’è un piccolissimo spazio per appendere i vestiti e non c’è uno sgabello per poggiare le valigie, noi abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma se fossimo stati più giorni avremmo avuto l’esigenza di appendere vestiti e lo spazio sarebbe stato insufficiente per 3 persone.

• Roberta (8/5): - The apartment is big and the location is perfect. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Overall a great place to stay. There are some issues already brought to attention from previous guests that really need to be fixed: shower head and strange and wobbly floor in one of the bathrooms, the window that goes to the balcony in the lounge need to be fixed… it’s just a small effort that will make a huge difference and give you a 10!

Lenjerie curata. Foarte aproape de statia de metrou. Acces rapid către centru. Aparatul de fiert apa din bucătărie nu funcționa.

• Roisin (10/5): Brilliant stay - Brilliant two bedroom apartment near the o2 arena! We were there for a concert and it was a short walk from the jubilee line and the o2 was only one stop away! The location felt very safe and was clean. It had all the facilities you need such as full kitchen 2 bathrooms etc. We did not use the sofa beds but we tried them out and they were very comfortable and easy to use. Loads of cutlery and crockery along with plenty of pots and pans. The lady on the phone Mina was kind and helpful! We loved everything there were no issues
• Serah (9/5): Over all, good - - Convenient transportation - Safe and beautiful surroundings - Reasonable price compared to central London - Comfortable bed Overall, the accommodation was in good condition - The process to retrieve the key was quiet inconvenient, and the instruction video link provided did not work - Mold found in the shower booth corner and on the showerhead holder Despite these downsides, I would still consider staying here again if traveling with a companion next time.
• Aaron (9/5): Great price for money, and awesome stay - The communication from all the staff was incredible fast and they also were very kind in all aspects, the location is fantastic as you are right next to the Thames river and within a very close distance from canary Wharf centre where you can find anything you pretty much want. The rooms were clean, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen in case you would like to cook something, there is a tv on the living room as well in case you don't feel like going out that day. Overall, it was a great experience staying here. I totally recommend it. We just had one issue with the main bathroom floor, which kind of sinks as if it were full of water. It would have been nice to have a bath plug to use th bath. However, we did not ask for one, so maybe it is available, and we just did not see it! It's still a great place to stay, leaving that aside

Die Schlüssel waren zur Abholung nicht bereit, obwohl wir in dem riesigen Gebäude Recht allein zu sein schienen. Die Schlafsofas waren unbequem und dreckig. Das Badezimmer war spartanisch und nicht sauber. Dort konnte man auch nichts ablegen.

È, ben collegato con il resto della città. L'appartamento se pur accogliente, pulito e con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in tranquillità avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi di manutenzione (e.g. apertura finestre malfunzionanti, balcone da liberare da.cose inutili).

• ALEXANDER (9/5): Relative good, but overpriced - Great location – close to DLR, and the Underground is about a 15-minute walk away, along pathways with beautiful views of the skyscrapers. Nice view from the balcony. Convenient check-in outside of regular hours. Two toilets with shower. Even though the apartment is relatively new, it definitely needs some repairs. There are scratches and marks pretty much everywhere – especially in the bathroom, which is in rough shape. The bathroom floor is honestly a disaster. Also, check-out instructions were really confusing – we got totally different messages from different staff. One person told us to drop the key at Vape Lagoon, but didn’t give us the code, which made for an awkward moment inside the vape shop. Overall, I think the price is too high for what you get.
• Concetta (8/5): - The apartment’s views were spectacular, just in the middle of Canary Wharf with a lot of restaurants around the area and the DLR station at just 6/7 minutes walk away. There was no basics like for example oil or kitchen tissues, there was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap, a loundry machine but no detergent. Only salt and sugar left in the kitchen which is a shame because the apartment would be worth 5 stars if they would think about those things.

• Daria (5/5): Passable - View Far away from tube ( appr 20min walk) Very old interior and needs refurbishment Super strange shower equipment which is not easy to regulate (either too hot, or too cold, every time you go to shower you have to find best appropriate settings) Outdoor area is very dirty Water leakage in whole block - so be careful not to end up like us waking up and realizing that there NO water it all, dealing after with plumber and receiving ZERO tolerance from landlord and real estate management team. We were forced to leave apartment at 11 (at normal check-out time) disregarding that we had flight in few hours and should find the shop (mind you there are no mini markets or supermarkets nearby) from where to get 5lt bottles of water at least to be able to prepare to the airport. We politely asked many times to give us at least additional hour to be able to complete preparations and management keeps calling us via phone forcing to leave flat asap. At 11.20 we left receiving constant messages and calls from the team to leave ASAP. In addition, when plumber visit the flat and tried to fix water - he opened storage room which had a lock on it - where the heater boiler is located. After we left the flat - management had called me insisting to “Why have I opened the storage room and that I have no rights to do so!” So they blamed us in opening room where water heater is located, also plumber had said that boiler is damaged and showed photos that is in very bad condition. You can find much better of property options within same budget. PS Prior to this accident management staff was responsive and polite.

• Zetocha (9/5): Practical, well positioned, albeit not luxurious. - Location close to Canary Wharf. The apartment was clean. Great view, safe area, well connected. Quiet at night. Kitchen fully equipped, albeit not new. I could not make one of the radiators work. The weather was hot for May fortunately. The bathroom light did not work, which made it practically unusable. Fortunately there were two bathrooms. Communication via Booking.com - is Whatsapp a possibility?
• Felix (8/5): Aside what I didn’t like about the place, my stay was memorable. - The place is very spacious and comfortable. Getting to see the views even from inside was very therapeutic. The response rate from the staff was very satisfactory. There was a house centipede in the apartment. There are visible crevices. Windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned and sanitized for a while. The toilet paper holder inside the toilet was broken. Water also took time to leave the bath tub which made it uncomfortable taking a shower. The drainage should be looked at.

• David (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable for Canary Wharf area - The location was handy, and there is a choice of Italian or Indian restaurant in a mere stone's throw. Overall there was a homely feeling, which could have just been improved a bit. Amazing views to the lights of docklands at night - really quite a vista from the lounge! The apartment was hard to find - had to call the host. Then I had to go to a shop to get the key. The lighting in the lounge could be better; a bit harsh. I was really surprised there were no basics - tea, coffee, sugar, milk.
