The guest relations manager Massaouda was so helpful and proactive, arranging dinner reservations, sourcing a small bathtub, providing lunch for our day trip etc I would recommend this place to friends and family and would love to return one day!

The services were excellent, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We stayed there in February, and we really loved the heated pools — there were 3 heated pools and 2 very large jacuzzis, one for children and one for adults, with very warm water, which was wonderful. The manager, Mossuda, and the head chef were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

- Mohamed (10/5): Amazing hospitality, delicious food, and a beautiful unforgettable stay in Hurghada. - Everything was wonderful. Ms. Masouda was very kind, friendly, cheerful, and always helpful. The executive chef was amazing, and the Italian carpaccio was excellent. We really enjoyed the Italian and Chinese restaurants. The staff everywhere in the hotel were lovely, welcoming, and made our stay very special. Honestly, nothing significant. Our stay was very enjoyable.

L'hôtel est flambant neuf, les chambres sont incroyables, spacieuses et dotées d'une literie très confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des différents restaurants à la carte. Un grand bravo à l'équipe d'animation, véritablement infatigable et toujours pleine d'énergie positive, du matin au soir. Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport qui offre une vue imprenable directement sur la plage. Une petite suggestion pour améliorer encore l'expérience : il serait appréciable de proposer davantage d'activités pour le Kids Club à l'extérieur (au bord de la plage ou de la piscine) plutôt qu'uniquement à l'intérieur.

- NAN (10/5): - 三餐都很棒，预约餐厅出品ok. 服务人员受到很好的培训，有眼力见，也很有人情味，管家响应及时。这里放松几乎不需要出门，非常适合度假。无论在泳池还是沙滩边躺下，立刻就有服务人员来端上喝的。栈桥可以浮潜，海水也算漂亮，只是水下珊瑚和鱼类偏少。其他的一切都很完美，还会再来！

The service was impeccable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I especially loved visiting during their first anniversary—it was a magnificent celebration and made the stay so memorable. I can’t recommend it enough!

O acolhimento à chegada foi gentil e sereno, com fluts de champanhe e sumos naturais para as crianças. O Hotel é grande mas não imenso, o que faz com que toda a logística diária seja mais fácil e cómoda, tem variados restaurantes , todos de uma qualidade muito superior. A comida é variada e muito saborosa, a apresentação é fabulosa. O atendimento é fantástico, os colaboradores são sempre muito atenciosos. Nota especial para Osama do bar principal, muito atencioso e atento. O quarto era muito confortável e espaçoso. As piscinas de água aquecida elevam toda a experiência. O aqua-park fez as delícias das crianças, e estava estrategicamente disposto numa zona em que não precisávamos de deslocar muito. O ambiente no hotel é sempre calmo e sereno, os próprios colaboradores falam baixo, existe sempre uma preocupação para com o hóspede, várias vezes os colaboradores passam pelos hóspedes e perguntam se está tudo bem ou precisamos de alguma coisa. A animação é também muito boa mas não exaustiva, o que para mim é bom, equilíbrio. Um Agradecimento especial a Sra. Massaouda Mezni, guest relations manager, que forneceu o seu contacto de what’s up ainda antes da chegada e disponibilizou-se sempre para que a nossa estadia fosse o mais confortável possível e foi sempre de uma simpatia e gentileza incrível. - Radim (10/5): Nejlepší hotel, který jsem za poslední dobu navštívil. - V Egyptě jsem byl poprvé, nevěděl jsem co od cesty očekávat, ale od prvního momentu, kdy jsem vstoupil do hotelu jsem byl ohromen. Hotel se všemi službami je absolutní špička, nejen v Egyptě. Měli jsme krásný pokoj s velkou terasou a soukromým bazénem - top ubytování, úklid vzorný, personál hotelu na vysoké úrovni, hovoří několika jazyky, zaměstnanci jsou velice ochotní, usměvaví a velice přátelští. The resort is impeccably clean, well-organized, and perfect for families. We loved the warm swimming pools and the clean, shallow beach—ideal for kids. A 5-minute walk over the dock leads to a stunning hotel reef for top-tier snorkeling. The food was amazing across all 6 restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Mexican, Asian, Egyptian, and Beach a la cartes, while the kids loved the Italian. The main restaurant was consistently excellent. The staff truly made our stay. Our concierge, Massaouda, was the heartbeat of our trip, checking in regularly to ensure we didn't miss a thing. She perfectly arranged our son’s birthday on our first day and handled all our dining bookings. Huge thanks to Hassam (housekeeping) for a pristine room, Nahla (pool) for our morning coffees and juices, Awad (beach) for great service, and Karam (lifeguard) for his unique glasses-cleaning service! For relaxation, the Spa was fantastic; my wife had several massages and highly recommends Faith. For adventure, the Buggy Safari with Islam was a blast—professional, fun, and included a memorable camel ride for the kids. I also used Scuba World Divers (located in the hotel premises). While they don’t provide diving boat trips from the hotel yet, their shuttle to Jaz Makadina was seamless. My instructor, Said, was great, and we even saw turtles! The Animation Team was tireless, providing great kids' activities and professional, varied evening shows. We left with full hearts and great memories. We’ll definitely be back! We booked a glass boat trip through the Scuba World Divers agent, but the boat was quite old and not at all like the photos used for the sale. Anyway, they agreed to provide 50% discount as a fair compromise and apologized for the inconvenience. Ultimately, the staff was highly professional, and we had a great time.

Wij hadden oorspronkelijk in een ander hotel geboekt, waar we niet tevreden waren van de hygiëne en het eten, maar dit hotel en hun personeel hebben onze vakantie meer dan gered. Maintanance should be priority, to maintain the stylish and modern and new look! If an elevator gets stuck 5 times a day, it means they have to call the german manufacturer and make proper full service asap, as this elevator is by the way less than 1 year old. No excuse! Info sign for the meals, at the Aurora restaurant, should be checked 2 times, is that the correct food there as written on the info sign?, is it really vegetarian? You should double check everything.

Un espace avec toboggans est également prévu pour le plaisir des plus jeunes. Das Meer war wunderschön, mit traumhaften Farben. Das Schnorcheln war jedoch nicht besonders gut – wir waren vom Korallenriff enttäuscht. Wer viele Fische sehen möchte, sollte nach Sharm El Sheikh reisen.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse par Massaouda, qui s'est montrée très serviable et toujours aux petits soins. Le reste du personnel est également souriant et accueillant, ce qui fait que l'on se sent vraiment les bienvenus. La nourriture est bonne et variée, et l’atmosphère générale est très agréable et apaisante. De plus, nous avons trouvé que cet établissement permet aux parents et aux enfants de profiter pleinement ensemble, avec des activités parfaitement adaptées à toutes les tranches d’âge.
- Yvonne (8/5): Neue Anlage direkt am Meer - Die Mitarbeitenden war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Wünsche wurden immer gehört. Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants war sehr lecker und auch die Atmosphäre dort ruhig und angenehm. Am letzten Tag wurde uns ein Late Check out angeboten, den wir dankend angenommen haben. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Insgesamt ist die Anlage neu und gepflegt. An den Pools werden Cocktails und Getränke serviert, die uns sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Die Anlage ist, zumindest in den Schulferien, nichts für Ruhesuchende. Von irgendwoher hört man meistens laute Musik. Die Zimmer, die nicht in Richtung der Pools zeigen, haben auf beiden Seiten des Hotels eine Baustelle. Einmal direkt daneben, einmal in Sichtweite. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Wasser in unserem Zimmer kalt, was aber relativ schnell behoben werden konnte. Das Essen am Buffet war in Ordnung, aber die Atmosphäre dort war eher laut und unruhig. Wie in vielen Hotels wurden auch hier die Liegen schon früh am Morgen mit Handtüchern belegt. Um 8 Uhr waren die Liegen um die Pools herum bereits fast vollständig mit den blauen Handtüchern bedeckt. Schade! Weiter unten hat man meistens noch einen Platz gefunden. Auch am Strand gab es genügend freie Liegen.

Service was good with lots of staff - sometimes took a while to get drinks as they would get orders from lots of people before delivering. The seawater was pretty cold in April but a lovely coral reef with lots to see. Main bar cocktails were fantastic. Nice to have crisps and nuts with evening drinks. Desserts were limited in the à la cartes. A bit disappointed as the menus had things like brownies but just lots of fruit and baklava. The buffet food lacked vegetarian protein like tofu, seitan, lentils, beans etc at lunch and dinner.

I know this is a thing in Egypt but nothing happened the last time we traveled to Egypt and in a different hotel (same price category). I was very careful as I was pregnant nevertheless the food poisoning happened on different nights in different restaurants. Entertainment was very loud so I do not recommend pool view rooms with toddlers/babys due to the long shows and loud music in the evening.

The sea views are stunning and create the perfect atmosphere to relax. The food is varied, high quality, and always well presented, with plenty of options for all tastes. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the service. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about your comfort and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. A special mention to Omar, who took care of our room. He was always kind, professional, and had a wonderful attitude that made our stay even more enjoyable. - Jan (10/5): AMAZING ! - Ich war im Jais Elite Asteria in Hurghada und hatte eine fantastische Erfahrung. Zuvor war ich im Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, das oft als eines der besten Hotels in Hurghada gilt, aber persönlich hat mir dieses Hotel sogar noch besser gefallen. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die verschiedenen Themenbereiche und die vier Restaurants. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sind wirklich hervorragend. Die Qualität des Essens ist außergewöhnlich und man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe gekocht wird. Uns wurde sogar der Koch persönlich vorgestellt und gefragt, ob uns das Essen geschmeckt hat. Das war ein sehr schönes und persönliches Erlebnis. Der Service ist absolut herausragend. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. So schnell konnte man gar nicht schauen und der Tisch war bereits abgeräumt oder das Getränk stand schon bereit. Man wurde jeden Tag gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob man noch etwas braucht. So einen aufmerksamen und herzlichen Service habe ich auf meinen vielen Reisen rund um die Welt wirklich selten erlebt. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Hygienestandards sind sehr hoch. Nach meiner letzten Reise hatte ich etwas Sorge wegen Magen-Darm-Problemen, aber in diesem Hotel gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an Mohamed A. Monaem. Er hat mich über WhatsApp immer informiert und mir bei vielen Dingen geholfen, zum Beispiel bei den Reservierungen in den Restaurants. Das war sehr organisiert und wirklich eine große Hilfe. Ein ganz großes Lob an das gesamte Team. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter gibt sich große Mühe und kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Für mich gehört dieses Hotel und vor allem dieses Personal zu den besten, die ich auf meinen Reisen kennenlernen durfte. Absolut Spitzenleistung. Ich hoffe sehr, dass diese Qualität beibehalten wird, denn genau so gewinnt man Gäste, die sehr gerne wiederkommen.
