• Casa Serra à Vista (4/5): Não recomendo de todo - Do colchao O interior não tem nada a ver com as fotos, trata se de um edifício muito velho, com elevador para 2 pessoas muito antigo, só um corredor pertencia ao hotel e era limpo, tudo o resto era muito sujo, degradado e com falta de segurança, o ac do meu quarto não funcionava, com 40 graus na rua e faltou água várias vezes.

• Saima (10/5): Lovely clean hotel with Amazing staff - The amazing staff! They go above and beyond to assist you with your every need/enquiry. This is one of the reasons that makes this hotel so great. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was traditional Egyptian with plenty of food to fill you up every morning. There is also a wonderful old antique lift which is fun to use. Travelling with children we felt safe and comfortable in what is a busy downtown area of Cairo. We would especially like to thank Marwan, Amal and Ayah.Words cant express how lovely and friendly they are. They are amazing and always ready to help you with anything no matter how big or small. Our stay was made wonderful because of them Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying here next time we visit Cairo.

But the highlight is really the staff: Miss Amal went above and beyond to help me whilst I faced serious issues with a delayed luggage. Her kindness and dedication were instrumental in ensuring I had a good continuation of my stay. This is a rare asset for any hotel. Thank you so much! Breakfast wasn't good, except for the fruits.

• Gilles (9/5): Bel établissement, accueillant et attentionné. - Hôte très accueillant, autant sympathique qu'attentionné, pour un hôtel situé à moins de 10 minutes en voiture (Uber) du souk principal Al Khalili. Chambre spacieuse, et bien équipée, à peu près au calme. Bon petit-déjeuner local. L'ascenseur qui rappelle le nom de l'hôtel :-) La douche ! Extrêmement étroite, qui inonde l'espace exigü, ce que l'on ne peut l'éviter en l'état.

La propreté de la chambre et son calme (la nôtre donnait sur une petite rue adjacente à la grande avenue, très bruyante). Le chauffage début mars et la douche avec bonne pression et eau chaude. La possibilité de se faire livrer des sandwiches ou hamburgers dans la chambre le soir (le restaurant ne fonctionne que le midi). La possibilité de laisser nos sacs pour visiter avant de prendre l'avion. Le petit déjeuner, pas très varié et mal cuisiné.

Przemieszczanie się pieszo powoduje wejście w tłum i poddanie się totalnemu chaosowi , ale można wtedy poznać życie miasta. Jest to duże doświadczeni i poznanie pulsu miasta.
• LORETTA (5/5): Si può fare di più - La posizione per fortuna con una bakery 2 mt per fare una colazione eccellente, ,e la pulizia delle camere,la gentilezza del ragazzo della reception che ci preparava le banane,(unica cosa che mangiavamo li a colazione)sempre carino e sorridente. L'ingresso,la sera c'erano topi morti,la colazione patatine fritte e l'odore di fritto alle 7 della mattina che si attaccava ai vestiti,l'odore delle camere,nn avere un doccino,ma solo un soffione in doccia,l'escursione fatta con l'albergo mi sono ritrovata a pagare altri 30 euro (ne volevano 50) per un errore loro mi hanno mandato una macchina per 5 persone e noi con l'autista e la guida eravamo in 6 L' ascensore nn funzionava mai è come nn averlo.

• AHMED (10/5): Muy recomendable - Es un sitio ideal para alojarse en el centro de Cairo. Estábamos con dudas de si la nota que tiene el alojamiento era correcta. Pero sí , es correcta. Para los que quieran estar tranquilos de dormir en un sitio limpio, este es el sitio. Además es silencioso. El desayuno es abundante y si quieres repetir algo no te ponen problemas. El personal de recepción siempre está con una sonrisa. El primer día que llegamos nos facilitaron cenar en el alojamiento , comida sencilla pero muy rica. Es un hotel con la política clara de ayudar a que te sientas cómodo y no te falte de nada. La calidad precio nos ha parecido muy bien. Muy recomendable. Nada. Todo bien

Klozet kapağı hem arızalı Hemde kötü. Duş tıkanabiliyor. TV çalışmıyor. Cici bir ara çalışmıyordu. Klima kumandası arızalı gibi belki klimada. Duş jeli ve saç şampuanı yok. Kapı kolu çalışmıyor. İttirerek çalışması lazım. Oda da seccade olsa. Yada sorulabilirdi. Çay için kaşık yok. Ama şeker var. Sanırım bu kadarını düzeltseniz yeterli. Lavabo bataryası oynuyor. Düzeltmeyeceğiniz işleri bana niye yazdırıyorsunuz. Sizden danışmanlık ücreti almam Lazım ha. Gülücük(şaka şaka) Sormadan odama girilmemesi gerekirdi. Yatak sert olduğu için sevdim. Merkezi yerde. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar başarılı idi.

• Ehsan (6/5): Staff are friendly, location is good, hotel is not the worst but not the best - Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are visually appealing. Hotel entrance is in a weird alleyway which can be very off putting at first. Rooms are not soundproof, and you can often hear people talking in the corridor. Bathroom is tiny, and the bathroom tap water seems unclean and has a slightly sticky residue. View from bedroom window is not the best. And the elevator is old at around 90 years old but still works. Also, didn’t appreciate the fact that majority of the reviews on Booking and Google seem fake.
