- Elena (3/5): Dissapoinding. - The location was convenient. The pictures on the posting were nicely photoshopped. We left a day earlier because of the following reasons. The place looks nice on the photos but they don't correspond the reality. A lot of appliances/ amenities need maintenance. White leather couch in the leaving room was dirty, white fox leather crumbling. Kitchen sink was completely backed up from the day one, no dish soap or a sponge, no kitchen towel was provided. One of the two gas burners wasn't working, gas lighter was not present- we bought cigaret lighter, but burned the fingers. Found dirty, oily panfries and utensils inside kitchen cabinets. Bathroom smells, especially around toilet and bidet area, mold in the corners. The rental is run by the concierge company called Alfred, we got in touch with above issues and they send a guy who sprayed oily panfries with soap, wiped them with towel and put them inside cabinets without rinsing. The other guy came to unplug the sink- he did it half way and asked us to run the water very slowly. He said he will bring a proper gas lighter, but never came back. The big question who wants to deal with all these issues on the vacation in Florence????
