- Chow Kook (8/5): Walking distance to malls and meeting points for local tours - Convenient stores nearby so it’s a breeze for quick breakfast or late night supper. Basically nothing. My friends n I are satisfied.
- Osama (3/5): - Location The room is too small for 4 people, unlike how it looks like in the photos, there was no enough room for placing our luggage, we could barely move, the beds are too small to fit 2 people each, there is no space to sit and eat, there was mold and insects in the bathroom, there was dust on the ventilation fan, we wanted to checkout and leave on the following morning but the host wasn't cooperative at all and refused all our negotiation attempts

- Paul (9/5): Very cost effective, good location and larger than a similarly priced hotel. - Property was in a good location, just a 10-12 minutes walk to central Shinjuku , with subway station 5 minutes walk. Many reasonably priced restaurants and handy marts. Washing machine was a bonus. For me, the room was a little crowded, with 2 double beds for just 2 people. Bathroom was tiny, but functional.

Has everything you need but if y - The property is at a great location, and is easy to find and get access to your room. Spacious beds and has all the basic amenities included. Good air conditioning We booked a 3 bed family room with a balcony Constant emergency sirens from ambulance and fire trucks passing by at ALL hours of the day and nights but this was not the fault of the property. What was not nice about the property that could have been better were the glass door to the balcony not shielding any sound from getting into the room. It sounds as if you were outside even when it is closed. In addition, the bathroom is very cramped, which is to be expected in Tokyo, but this one was especially so, making it difficult to get ready. The sink was peeking into the bath tub, and the controls for the water of the sink and shower are shared. The towels were cleaned, but smelled musty and old. The rest of the apartment was relatively clean, but if you are picky about cleanliness this is not the place for you. The facilities outside of the room are clearly older and the whole building has some age to it. The elevators are incredibly small Maybe other room types are better but this was our experience in 3 bed Family room with balcony

Beds were comfortable and we didn't have any problems finding the place or accessing it. It was in a good location for a number of metro stops with a couple of 7 11 stores close by. I have no complaints. The property met my expectations.

Il bagno era grande, con una wet room (una delle mie parti preferite!). La consiglierei. Nessun problema con la pulizia. Purtroppo avevamo una sola chiave, ma è stata davvero l’unica nota “negativa”. Con un po’ di organizzazione ce l’abbiamo fatta comodamente.

- Ismael (8/5): - It has a good and big bathroom.The staff member showed us around the apartment very well and explained how everything worked. The beds were small. We were three big guys and the ones that slept together they dont have any space to move.

- Pamela Fiorela (3/5): La próxima vez buscaré otro lugar - Me sorprendió el tamaño, era más grande de lo que esperaba y para tres personas estaba bien, si fuera para dos personas mejor, porque las camas son de plaza y media no de dos plazas. Y el baño era más grande de lo que esperaba, tenía ducha con puerta. Pedí dos llaves ya que éramos tres personas y, el encargado, lejos de solucionar simplemente contestó de forma muy grosera y sin ninguna explicación. Cuando intenté entender, esta persona intentó usar el chantaje emocional y justificar su falta de profesionalidad usando como excusa la cultura japonesa. Cuando un cliente pide dos llaves con educación, lo correcto, como mínimo, es que se le explique claramente por qué no se le pueden dar; no entrar en conflicto innecesario y mucho menos ser maleducado o recurrir a trucos como el chantaje emocional. A nadie le gusta que le escupan la inteligencia y, para colmo, que no le resuelvan el problema.
- Tenorio (10/5): Our stay here was relaxed and peaceful if we'll be going to Tokyo, we would most likely stay here. - It's near the train station and multiple districts. Once we got tired, it was easy to go back to the room to rest and relax. The place is also complete and very clean.

- Donna Buchanan (9/5): - Great little apartment option instead of a Hotel & the balcony was a bonus. The 2 double beds easily accomodate 2 to 3 people & the location was convenient that you could easily walk to all major Shinjuku City sites & catch a train to others ( get off at the Higashi Shinjuku Train station & Exit through 1A so it's 200 metres away. Plenty of Restaurants, cafe & Family Mart close by. The Host was lovely & communicated well & met us to hand over the keys. Everything was great but a couple of extra pillows & towels would be nice for longer stays

- Siu Kim (5/5): It was just ok. - Close to the station. Didn’t provide enough amount for the laundry powder. We stayed for 9 nights and the laundry powder just from the leftovers from previous visitors. The room was too little. Didn’t have much room to move around.

- ShyhShyong (5/5): 尚可，同樣預算可以考慮其他地點。 - 周邊購物、飲食都很方便。 臨韓國街，很多韓國商店與餐廳。 離JR站很遠，步行15分鐘以上，隔音很差（晚上很多救護車經過）。 臨歌舞町，路上煙蒂、垃圾很多。 標榜家庭房，實際空間有限，大行李也無空間攤開。 2點到達，被告知3點才能入住，照規定在現場等到3:30pm才有工作人員來帶領，到另一棟建築物（與booking上的位置與描述不同）。
- phillytee (1/5): Don't waste your money. - The location was nice as it's a walk away from multiple train stations, near Korea town and main centre Shinjuku Rooms were not clean, beds were very uncomfortable, barely a mattress, pillows were thin and were not great at all. I booked 2 rooms for significant amounts of money that we could not use. One room appeared to be almost an ex-jail cell and not clean at all, bathroom was impossible to use and the other was a walk away which wasn't an issue, except the beds were horrible, the pillows were non-existent and overall not a great stay. We booked for a week, we stayed a night and booked another place across the road. We did try to discuss for a partial refund however was unsuccessful. Do not book this place at all.

- David (9/5): A wonderful, comfortable stay in the heart of Shinjuku’s busy nightlife! - The apartment is very centrally located and easy to get to. The staff was prompt and courteous and made check in very easy. This is out of the property’s control, but it can get quite noisy at night, given the location. Travelers in search of a restful stay should be aware that there can be loud sounds at night from the street.
- Xue Min (7/5): 总体来说很算满意的，因为有洗衣机可以把床单洗一下遍感觉很舒服，房间不大但也还可以，毕竟收费也不算太贵，客服小哥很好很快帮忙解决问题，这个我给他打满分，地理位置很好很便利，这是优点也是缺点，因为经常听到救护车消防车的噪音，但是在我相信只要生活 - 很方便，客服小哥人超好 卫生再搞一下就更好啦，如果可以的话把隔音做上下就更完美了

- Isip (10/5): - I loved the location of the hotel, close to convenience stores and a 24-hour Donquijote. The staff were so quick to help and also very accommodating. We had a balcony and provided us with an amazing views for day time and night time. The facilities were very good and easy to use. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, we all really liked this. I would definitely come back here. It took quite a while to wait for someone to pick us up in the cold (we also had all our luggage), however it’s only a minor issue.

- yukinoko (4/5): 修理業者は宿泊前にお願いします。 - 対応のスタッフさんが爽やかで親切。 宿泊当日に30分もかからないからと言って修理業者さんを呼んでいたこと。いらっしゃる間、何も出来ない。しかも、辛かったのが、業者さんが靴を脱いで部屋に上がられた途端に、匂いが部屋中に残ってしまったので、冬場なのに、換気と床掃除に時間を使いました。バスタオルやスポーツタオルがパリパリで使い回しだと明らかにわかること。タオルは買いました。
