• Stephanie (1/5): - Communication was excellent. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at all. Upon arrival, we were shown the apartment which was very roomy however it was extremely dark with a terribly moldy musty smell. Not good for a person's health.

• vani (10/5): - We had to find last minute accomodation due to cancelled flight, booked in singhs elite apartment for family of 6. Arrived at 10 at night, needed a place to rest overnight. Clean apartment, aircon worked well, comfy beds, good shower pressure, good nights sleep. Big space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Shops nearby, walking distance. Checked out at 11am, Mr Singh helped us with calling a taxi back to airport. Vinaka vaka levu! Nothing not to like.

• Jionem (9/5): Good value for money - Very spacious and clean. The property is secure with parking space. Location is convenient. it's near to Macdonalds and shopping centres. The master bedroom bathroom was really nice. I loved the big shower head. The kitchen is also good for cooking meals with all the basic necessities to make a home cooked meal. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and when it was, the floors were still damp from being mopped. We were 15mins early and the last guest checked out late. These were minor issues.
• Mere (10/5): - Affordable with all of the necessities. Very accomodating to ours needs making our holiday very relaxed. Comfortable and well situated as we were there for a concert that was just up the road in Nadi town. Thank you for your lovely hospitality.
• Greg (7/5): Spacious apartment/ gated - The location was convenient. Easily guided to the apartment via Google Maps. The couch and beds were comfy. TV, WiFi and AC were functioning properly. The hot water system was working well. It was a clean apartment. The towels and bedding were clean too. Very spacious built-ins in the bedrooms. Iron and ironing board provided. Microwave oven, freezer, electric kettle and gas stove available for your cooking needs. The dining plates and cutlery provided . Parking is available on-site. The initial parking slot was a bit congested but we were grateful to get one just outside our apartment. No normal TV stations
• Naulivou (8/5): Money's worth - Pleasant hosts. Great shower, spacious rooms, value for money. Close to McDonald's. Quiet neighborhood. Bed was missing a top sheet, but this is a minor issue. There are no elevators to take to the top floor, so traveller's with heavy luggage may struggle to carry bags to the second and third floor. Good to pre-arrange to be accommodated on the ground floor. I wish I had done that. But otherwise it was pleasant stay.

• Begum (4/5): Not a good experience 😕 - Well, I liked that the AC was working and we had somewhere to sleep. There were lots I didn't like. First and most disgusting thing was that the master ensuite toilet mat was probably not cleaned/changed. The whole bathroom smelled like pee. 🤢. I had to take the mat outside and leave it out the back door. Cleaned the toilet area which was so stinky. Than had shower. The shower door didn't close too. The other shower drain cap was out. The hand basin didn't have hand soap. Only one little soap was placed in the shower. One toilet roll was provided only. Can't say much about the kitchen coz didn't really use it. We stayed in number 8 downstairs. This was good coz we had lots of luggage and had to move all in the room. The bed, my husband felt something crawling on his body and couldn't sleep the whole night. The bed needs a good clean and the sheets needs to be changed and washed after every guest. Oh one of the towels were not washed. It had dirt on it and felt like it just got folded and placed on bed.
• Chantelle (7/5): Good - The check in lady was nice and friendly. She's on site so can be there quickly. They only take cash so be prepared for that. For someone unfamiliar with Nadi, this place appears to be in a "rougher" neighborhood. I make this assumption due to the run down homes and high fenced, gated homes. However, we never felt unsafe or pestered in the apartment. It's also gated and they give you a key so rest assured your car will be safe. The washing machine was super handy and our clothes dried rather quickly inside the wash room. Wifi was great. Lounge was comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were okay for a night The bathrooms are probably the biggest let down. They're quite run down, old and a bit mouldy. This building is quite old and run down but suited what we needed.

Toilet and shower was not clean. Misleading pictures shown on the website compared to reality. Very dusty. Mould in the bathrooms. Very tight and narrow parking spaces where cars can easily get damaged. Limited parking spaces.
• J4ck1e (8/5): Nadi at Christmas - The weather was extremely wet so we stayed inside more than usual and observed that the kitchen is inadequately stocked no kettle so even making a coffee was difficult. We were told that toiletries would be supplied - didn't happen. The extra cost for balcony is not worth it the view was awful.

We couldn't get the TV to work - there were no instructions provided at all, but we had Wifi which was not bad, so I guess that worked out. For an air B&B at this price rage, I would have expected the provision of some bare essentials, like salt and pepper and oil to cook; at least to get us started. I would have expected more than 1 knife to cut vegetables etc to cook. I would have expected more than 1 frying pan. The one provided was like what you would use for deep frying. I would have expected more than 1 chopping board. The mugs to drink coffee (2 provided) were made for giants, the glasses to drink water (2 provided) were made for tiny people. The shower at the back of the apartment from day one drained EXTREMELY SLOWLY...so slowly that i felt like I had to have 1 minute showers so that I was not swimming in the water that I thought would overflow out of the door into the hallway. That was the worst part of my stay. Yes there were two 'bathrooms' but both showers were most inconvenient & cumbersome.

• Shirley (8/5): Great place for a short stay, good value for money and very nice staff. - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited us well. A little dark and the step to get into the apartment a little high and somewhat difficult for my stepdaughter who has a neurologist disorder affecting her balance.

• Julie (4/5): Definitely was not Elite - It was quiet from traffic. There was no one to contact regarding issues. Called the number on booking.com, a guy in the USA answered and said to deal with his property manager, but no concat details for property manager. Sent several messages, none responded to. Couldn’t get the WiFi working. Toilet roll holder was not attached to the wall so would continually fall on the floor and it was very difficult to close the door, you had to try and insert the piece of wood hanging out of it to be able to do so. It smells like a smoker has resided there at some stage and as I was clawing my eyes out the whole time I’d guess there has been pets there too. Air conditioner in main bedroom did not work properly and was so loud it was like trying to sleep in a blizzard storm.

Coffee, tea, sugar or water are to be purchased offsite as these are not readily available at the apartment. Bond and apartment rent are to be paid in cash. Card payment options are not available. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided so it is advisable to take your preferred products. Laundry detergent sachet is also not provided, to be purchased offsite. No clothes dryer but clothing pegs are provided to sun dry the laundry. The dining chairs were slightly wobbly. The bathroom light in the master bedroom was flickering and the sink downpipe outside the common bathroom was leaking at times so we avoided using it.

I really struggled to go up and down. Few nights was noisy till midnight, since some construction was going on. Late night noise and stairs.

A welcome bottle water would have been nice as we had to store the bags then go shopping. Was stressed a bit to arrange cash payment for full stay on arrival as we took enough cash just for 4 days stay.The lady said she sent email but we didn't see and had to arrange cash though we requested credit card payment as we usually do from booking. com.this was a bit of a hassle. The cutleries were constantly snapping in two, chair and table were very wobbly, was scarry to sit and the big gas burner wouldn't light up..last day the tap joined under the sink burst and we continuously swept the water as the caretaker wasn't around and the plumber came after 2 hrs. our belongings on floor was wet but fortunately the bags were in the room..And we were told to park outside, it was risky as we had a rental car. She said it was paid parking in front but it didn't say anywhere..

• Niza (10/5): Excellent customer service. - We came back to fiji after 25 years, and we were amazed ,Excellent customer service. The name justifies it all . We as a family enjoyed our stay, big and spacious unit with cookingutensils lovely , and were close to the supermarket and restaurant ,were walking distance. Thank you for accommodating us . We had power supply cut off in the entire nadi area ,some just were very unprofessional, and started swearing at the property manager,however she was try her best to get things sorted, when it wasn't even her fault. Keep up your good work, girl .

They made our life easier .that was the best thing we did to book Singh's Apartments. Perfect place to stay, CLEAN, BIG ROOMS, AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF S.. • Unique (8/5): Everything was excellent regarding the stay except for the taxis, maybe it’s a new location or something that no one kno - The staff was so nice and considerate Calling for a taxi is hard… none of them seem to know the address or the name of the apartment, one time i waited for an hour under the sun when the taxi says they were on their way… despite me standing in front of the gate, they said that two taxis went to the address and no one was there…
• Raissa (3/5): Fine for an overnight stay in transit but wouldn’t stay longer. - Apartment is behind a large electronic gate that requires remote to access. Host was accomodating to move their vehicle to create space for our rental car. Spacious apartment with two bathrooms and two toilets. Despite the issues with cleanliness host were always trying their best to resolve the issues. Big thing not mentioned on any reviews is beds don’t come with a duvet, just a top sheet which may be a deal breaker if not used to it. We had sheets replaced on arrival as bed was full of hair. New sheet was better.. but as was brand new ruined a set of clothes with fluff until we managed to get a top sheet too. Wifi was patchy at best and didn’t reach bedrooms despite being reset multiple times. Smart tv worked off wifi so constantly froze and took up to 10 mins just to get Netflix started due to constant freezing of the screen. Local police recommended not walking in the area at night due to recent robberies they had in area, we didn’t have any issues personally but definitely wouldn’t walk the family through given we had the wild dogs chase and jump on our car, people yell at us near the McDonald’s etc..

• Cherie (8/5): OK but not OK - Big and spacious, fully equipped Kitchen McDonald’s is like 3-4min walk We arrived and wasnt greeted by the owner as they live on the 3rd level, luckily their daughter turnt up at the same time as us to show us in and around the apartment and sign the papers and collect the money ( I feel like this is a cash only apartment ??) Lugging our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs with no care in the world of any help from the owners (I mean they didn’t even say hi when we arrived so I wouldn’t expect any help I guess ) Neighbor hoods abit rough, we were only there over night Floor was quite dirty in the main room, nothing a mop couldn’t clean Polar fleece blankets on the beds probably isn’t the best choice of bedding

Information on booking.com is not updated. The shared shower was a bit odd. There's no dry spot to dress in, so you have to come out in your towel/robe.

• Kirsty (7/5): Good - Friendly welcome, clean, comfy beds, good TV. It felt very basic, with minimal kitchen and bathroom supplies (no cooking oil, shampoo, etc). Was warned by a taxi driver not to walk around the neighborhood after dark. This effected our stay as we were there with young children
