• Gyongyi (9/5): - Két utcányira a Bazilikától,Vatikántól,központi helyen, de a lakás csendes oldalon van. Az utcában szuper éttermek, üzletrk,hangulatos helyen van. A lakás tiszta, a ház igazi olasz hangulattal, Valeria nagyon kedves volt. Sajnos a kv főző nem üzemelt, a zuhanyzó kis felújításra szorul.
• Scott (7/5): It was decent apartment. The property owner was unaware of the ant issue, but was very apologetic when told her. We wo - Great location near the Vatican. Plenty of options for food on the street where we stayed. Mornings, we were able to grab a nice cappuccino and pastry just a block away. Comfortable bed. Lots of stairs to climb. Ok for us, but people with mobility issues may have a problem. There is a small elevator though. Still have to climb some stairs to get to it. We also had small ants in the apartment.

• Cornelia (6/5): Good location, but would not stay here again - Location, beautiful building Confusing entry system, host or delegate should be present for checkin to navigate the many doors, keys, lockboxes. Ants in the apartment, foul smell from the bathroom shower drain - 100% true from the previous reviews. You have to pay attention not to overload the electrical system, if the fuse blows, it is in a locked box and someone needs to come.

• Chelsey (7/5): Overall, good! - Location was great and walking distance to everything we wanted to go to! Had all amenities we would need for our stay. Bed was super creaky, there were approximately 10 different locks to get into our room, unclear directions to which key opened what.
• PIERLUIGI (10/5): - Appartamento molto carino, non con spazi enormi ma, nel complesso, molto comodo e ben tenuto. Al terzo piano ma raggiungibile con un ascensore. Proprietaria sempre molto disponibile in caso di necessità. La zona è molto vivace e sembra di essere in un paese, più che una grande città … Forse i gabbiani che al mattino ti svegliano … 😀
• Bettina (10/5): Top Wohnung mit top Lage - Gebe normalerweise keine volle Punktzahl aber hier stimmt alles top. Könnt bei Fragen die Vermieterin Valeria per WhatsApp schreiben. Lage 7 min zum Petersplatz und Metro zur Engelsburg 8 Minuten . Lebensmittel einkaufen 5 min Bäckerei Restaurant alles in der Straße. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Es gibt keine tolle Aussicht. Uns war das egal da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Liegt im 3 Stock ab 1 Stock gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug. Hatte einen Rollstuhl dabei als Hilfsmittel und durfte ihn im offen Innenhof abstellen. Da ich laufen kann war die Wohnung für mich kein Problem. Ich werde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir nach Rom fahren Für körperliche Behinderung nicht geeignet das Treppenhaus .

• Letizia (7/5): Buona struttura, peccato per i dettagli - La posizione strategica sia per il vaticano (a due passi) sia per il centro. (Piazza navona dista una decina di minuti a piedi). La struttura è moderna e silenziosa, gli arredi curati, i letti comodi. Flessibilità nel check in anticipato. Servizi carenti: un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due persone per 5 giorni, un solo asciugamani ospite, un phon da viaggio che ha visto tempi migliori, muffa e calcare nei servizi. Impianto di condizionamento molto rumoroso. Due rampe di scale per raggiungere l'ascensore.
• Victoria (10/5): Fantastic stay near Vatican - Excellent location. We loved being near Vatican City as it’s much quieter than other area of Rome on an evening. The apartment was well furnished and easily accessible. The host was very helpful. There are a some reviews on here that complain about the smell in the bathroom. We were here in August and there was no smell.
• Alfie (9/5): Great place, nice location - It is accessible to st Peter's basilica, food and shops Check-out was at 10 AM as confirmed, but unfortunately, the electricity was shut off at 9 AM while we were in the middle of cooking. That was the only disappointing part of our stay. Thankfully, it was sorted out quickly.

• Matea (9/5): Excellent location, excellent and very helpful host. - The location of the apartment is excellent, 2 min walk form St.Peter's square and basilica. Going to the town you can take a walk, we user Uber because we had a kid with us. Although we didn't meet her, Valeria (the host) was very helpful and helped us with everything. Everything is great, maybe to add a little pot or something so you can prepare meals for the kids.
• Eva (9/5): Superb - The position of this apartment is amazing. It is so close to the Vatican, which is why we chose it. Parking is a little problematic, but that is normal when in the center of an old town
• Yuki (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about this place. It is a quaint apartment, well decorated and so incredibly convenient. It's right next to the Vatican and you can go walking almost anywhere from there. It has all the amenities. Everything is clean and the communication with the property was always smooth and very nice. We were ther for 4 days and we felt like home. Thank you for hosting us!
• Carla (10/5): Lovely!! - Perfect location! The property is very quiet, at least I didn’t hear anything from outside! You step outside and you have all restaurants and gelaterie on a single street. I live in Rome and stayed here for New Year’s Eve, and we had a blast! We paid a few extra euros for late checkout, since it was possible for that day. Slept all morning! The blowdryer is pretty small. If you need it and have long hair, it may take you a while.

• Kateryna (2/5): Bad facilities, lift not reachable from ground floor , smelly, no view, no AC, no toileteries . - Staff was friendly. Location. The facilities mentioned in description are not what they offer in reality. To reach lift you need to walk 2 staircases and on check in you have to take stairs to the 3 rd floor to bring key down to open lift with key, if your travel alone this is very inconvenient. If you travel with elderly it’s a bad experience too. AC is not working it’s only blowing. No toiletries provided be sure to have your own. Ants in shower, shower is in bedroom and bathrooms bad smell won’t let you sleep at night. The smell stays all day. While AC was on at least to have some air blow in room and we on stove electricity went off and no AC no oven worked anymore, to fix that you have to wait for them as electricity panel is locked. No view at all, small windows with view on the lift and neigbours.

• Yevgeniya (8/5): Lovely Vaticano - Fantastic location, freshly renovated apartment, good coffee machine to kick the day. If you are traveling from Fiumicino, there is a CIT bus stop, which is 10min walking from the apartment. There is a nasty smell in the bathroom. Maybe because of old building. We could not get rid of it. Fan helps, but not fully. Kitchen also is equipped with a very minimal set of kitchenware. But was enough for breakfast. There is apparently a lift in the building, but nobody told us about it when we arrived. (it's not visible).
