• Ilya (5/5): Хороший персонал и расположение, но заселили в другой отель - Очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и гостеприимный персонал — встретили тепло, во всем помогали и даже угостили вкусным кофе! Также у этого варианта оказалось вполне удобное местоположение. Нас заселили в другой номер и в другой отель без предварительной договорённости и согласования с нами. Администрация заявила, что это их филиал и одна сеть, но я так и не нашёл этот второй отель на Booking, поэтому не могу полноценно оценить проживание именно здесь. Мы не стали просить переселения, так как предложенный вариант нас в итоге устроил, но сама политика компании нечестная!

• Iuliia (8/5): Overall good value option, a few minor inconveniences with room - Staff were friendly and helpful, wifi was great, price was affordable, location was quite convenient being close to Taksim and facilities in general were pretty good. Overall satisfied and will probably stay here again. Peephole in door had fallen out and needs to be reinstalled. With the windows open, the nearby mosque is very loud. The filters in the air conditioner smell like they will need to be changed soon. The water temperature from the boiler does jump up and down quite a lot and there's a little bit of mould in the shower. But these problems are relatively minor and the overall impression was positive.

• Koki (10/5): Best value stay in Turkey with a great location - Great location The staff are kind and helpful The room is clean There is a fridge and a kettle in the room Overall, this was the best value accommodation I stayed at in Turkey The noise from outside can be a little loud at times The hotel and the lobby are in separate buildings, so it was a bit difficult to find the reception at first This could easily be solved with just one sign, so I hope they can improve this soon. The staff do not speak much English, but it is not a problem if you use a translation app

• Marina K (9/5): Very good price/quality ratio - The hotel is located right beside Taksim square, 5 minutes walk, very comfortable and close. The maps are taking you a little more far than it is actually situated. It is better to enter the street inside from the other side. Mohamed, the receptionist was very welcoming and nice. As I arrived too early, I left my suitcase until the evening as I spent all day out. Upon coming back, my suitcase was already in the room. And I had the upper floor, so it was very nice I didn't have to carry it all the way up. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow and steep. The room is quite spacious, very comfy to have a washing machine, microwave, kettle, small kitchen. I even had a jacuzzi in the room, but it didn't work. Water in the bathroom worked well. The room is light, you can open curtains. The room has everything you need. There is a grocery supermarket right beside the hotel, you can buy necessary food and drinks. The prices are lower than in the shops closer to Taksim square. No breakfast served. But there are many cafes around, also you can have quite a nice breakfast at Aven hotel with 10$. All in all I think this hotel is a very good price/quality ratio. -

• Oday (10/5): Top Hotel mit exzellenter Lage! Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein extrem freundliches Team - Hervorragendes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und Hervorragende Lage! In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Taksim-Platz, von wo aus man alles Wichtige – Metro, Busse, Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Restaurants – direkt vor der Tür hat.. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll fand ich, dass der Besitzer sich regelmäßig persönlich nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat. Ich habe mich rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werde dieses Hotel definitiv immer weiterempfehlen. Nichts – der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Schade ist lediglich, dass ich die Heimreise antreten muss und das Hotel deshalb heute verlassen habe

Februar eingechekt und haben zimmer am 3 stock bekommen, im zimmer ist alles veraltet, viel schimmel überall, gegenstände, gläser sind schmutzig. Als ich am nächsten Tag duschen wollte, zerbrach plötzlich glastür in der duschkabine, ohne kontakt, ohne last darauf, ich habe insgesamt ca. 6 Schnittwunden am bein und arm sowie schock bekommen. Die ganze haut brennte unter Glasstaub. Ich meldete mich unverzögert beim Reception und fragte nach pflaster, es wurde gesagt es ist nicht schlimmes das wird sich heilen, nicht mal Desinfektionsmittel mittel wurde gegeben, natürlich wird das heilen, weiss ich als Arzt. Der Reception erklärte, dass wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen es gibt freien Zimmer und er müsse das mit dem chef besprechen, nach 1 Stunde kam der Chef und brachte einen reinigungsman mit und fange an zu sagen, dass ich das zu zahlen habe und wenn ich jetzt nicht bezahle, werde er das über Booking.com bekommen, anstatt normales Gespräch zu führen war er aggressiv und als er mitbekommen habe, dass ich für kaputte Glastür kein Zent zahlen werde nahm er seinen reinigungsmitarbeiter mit und verliess das zimmer mit Beleidigungen…. Ich war mit meiner Frau extrem schockiert… in Badezimmer konnten wir nicht mehr reingehen, ich könnte nicht mehr duschen und die haut brennte vom glasstaub weiterhin, sodass ich die nacht nicht schlafen könnte, wir haben die ausgabgsTür gesperrt und mit ängste haben versucht zu schlafen, da es 2 Uhr Nacht war. Frühmorgen haben wir das Hotel unverzüglich schnell verlassen. Im Nachhinein stellte ich fest, dass die positive Bewertungen sind eher Fake Bewertungen sind. So ein grausame Nacht haben wir nirgendwo erlebt.

J’ai aussi apprécié le calme et les installations de l’établissement. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. • Corina (6/5): Sehr gute Lage für - Sehr nah zum Taksim Platz mit guter Anbindung an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhig gelegen. Zimmerreinigung schon nach 2 Nächten. Zimmer war sehr klein für zwei Personen. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Kleiderhaken. Die "Toilettenecke " im Bad war an der Decke voll Schimmel. Dusche nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt war das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• rakhshani (10/5): - I extended my stay so many times due to some personal reasons, but I chose to stay at the same place over and over again, the staff are great, very kind, help you with your requests, the owner is a nice guy, there is also an Iranian who helped me a lot and is very nice, facilities are very good, has everything you need, shops and restaurants are nearby and very close to the taksim and Istiklal, would definitely come back again! My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the quiet ambiance despite being so close to the city center—it made relaxing after a day of sightseeing really enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was fresh and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend White Moon Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Istanbul. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We arrived verv early in the morning and only asked to leave our luggage while waitina for check-in, but thev kindlv allowed us to check in early since the room was already ready which we really appreciated The room was ideal for two people-very clean, comfortable, and everything felt new, including the furniture and the bathroom. The room was wel eauipped. and the television was connected to WiF with access to Netflix and YouTube. which was a great bonus. The location is excellent: onlv a 5-minute walk to Taksim Sauare and about 3 minutes to the Taksim metro station, making it very easy to get around the citv. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation are all easilv accessible The receptionist was extremely friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The building has a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, which raises safety concerns and is not suitable for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. During my stay, I experienced serious hygiene and maintenance problems, including an unpleasant sewage smell in the room, unclean bed linens, and poorly maintained furniture. Even after being moved to another room, the issues persisted, which suggests that the problem is not limited to a single room. Basic amenities expected at this level were missing, and overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below expectations. The location may be convenient, but location alone cannot compensate for the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and proper hotel standards.

Das Hotel war äußerst sauber sehr und alles ist neu (Möbel und Badezimmer).und komfortabel, und die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fähren, U-Bahn und Busse befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass alles, was man zur Erkundung der Schönheit des Landes benötigt, direkt vor Ort erreichbar ist. Das Personal war erstklassig, und das Hotel war angenehm ruhig. Die Gegend ist friedlich und bietet alles, von Restaurants bis hin zur Hauptstraße. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und werden auf jeden Fall mit unseren Familien Wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank
• Annisa (9/5): A very pleasant stay - I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was as described and it was clean and comfortable. the wifi, tv, washer, microwave, fridge worked well. the staff was super friendly and attentive. initially I stayed for 5 nights but then I extended my stay for 2 more nights. sometimes there's an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and it would have been better if they installed an exhaust vent in the bathroom.

• Jisun (9/5): - The location is very near to the Taksim metro and airport bus station. The staff was friendly. The bed was conformtable and the room was not too small in my opinion - and the room has everything, including washing machine and friedge, small desk, etc. Soundproof was not that bad. They also provide free detergent for washing machines, which i really liked. As many reviews mentioned, there are some rust in the sink and bathroom but it didn't really bother me. But the stairs were narrow - hard to move big luggage. Maybe they can consider installing elevator.
• siham (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel wurde durch das wunderbare Personal zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Inees, die mich mit ihrem exzellenten Englisch und ihrer Fähigkeit, in vielen Sprachen zu kommunizieren beeindruckte. Ein wahres Sprachtalent, das sich mit Herzblut dem Kundenservice widmet. Sie war stets freundlich aufmerksam und professionell - wie eine Brücke zwischen den Kulturen. Eine seltene Hingabe, die man nicht oft erlebt. Moath zeigte echte Gastfreundschaft und persönliche Unterstützung. Mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die ihre Fürsorge und ihren aufrichtigen Wunsch, zu helfen widerspiegelten, gab sie mir das Gefühl, gesehen und umsorgt zu werden. Und nicht zuletzt Ramzan, der von morgens bis abends im Einsatz war, war immer erreichbar und lÖsungsorientiert. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war makellos; es war deutlich zu spüren, dass Hygiene hier nicht nur Routine, sondern eine Herzensangelegenheit ist Das Zimmer glänzte mit frisch gewischten Oberflächen, einem blitzblanken Badezimmer und frisch duftender Bettwäsche Täglich wurde gründlich gereinigt, wobei auch auf oft vergessene Details wie fingerabdruckfreie Spiegel, staubfreie Ecken und perfekt gefaltete Handtücher geachtet wurde.Es vermittelte ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Ruhe, als ob mar in einem Haus lebte, in dem Qualität und Eleganz an erster Stelle stehen. Zusammen machten sie Ihren Aufenthalt von einem angenehmen Erlebnis zu einem unvergesslichen. Danke ♡
• siham (10/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das jederzeit professionell und zuvorkommend war. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar sind. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen und würde bei einer zukünftigen Reise gerne wieder hier übernachten Empfehlenswert Vielen Dank

Fresh sheets and towels. Actually the facilities are quite old and needs upgrade (especially the water tap in the bathroom that always falls when you open it)

• Kildary Arrais (10/5): Great hotel in central location - The hotel is very well located next to Taksim Square. The inside of the room is really cool, everything in gold color and somehow made me feel like a Sultan. 😜 The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The facilities were clean and very comfortable with a frigobar, tv and a balcony to smoke outside.

• Tayyab (1/5): Finger weg! - Nichts! Die lage ist schlechter als beschrieben und musste das hotel wechseln. Alles! Es gab so viele rost und schimmelstellen. Es gab keine wechselmöglichkeit. Habe das hotel gewechselt, da könnte ich keine Sekunde drin verbringen. Das Zimmer wurde auch einfach weitervergeben dann ohne jegliche Quittung zu bekommen!

But my room was on the first floor, so was perfect.
• Choukri (10/5): - Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war äußerst sauber und gepflegt, vom Zimmer bis zu den öffentlichen Bereichen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Besonders gefallen hat mir die neu gestaltete Deko, die überall frisch, modern und sehr einladend wirkt. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet: Das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt – ich komme sehr gern wieder! Alles war super
