• Tom (9/5): Perfect location with everything you need nearby. Lorenzo was very helpful and a great host. - The location was fantastic; great transport links, nice area of the city and multiple options to eat and drink. The apartment had toiletries, shampoo and towels. Lorenzo provided really clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and the building. Also the internet worked really well. Only small disadvantage was you have to climb 5 floors to get to the apartment, but it was fine for us.

• Alberto Márquez (8/5): Buen alojamiento a precio contenido en una excelente ubicación, pero valora que es 5to SIN ASCENSOR - El apartamento está muy bien, con una calidad aceptable y con todos los servicios necesarios para una buena estancia, si bien hay detalles mejorables. Destaca sobre todo la ubicación, al lado de la plaza del Poppolo, la cual es una zona espectacular especialmente en navidad. La calefacción funcionó perfecta, así como el agua caliente y los diferentes electrodomésticos. Las camas fueron muy cómodas, así como la estancia en general, y también la cuna que nos dejaron para la niña pequeña, por lo que muy buena atención en este aspecto. Lo primero a destacar, y es una información que no está facilmente visible.....NO TIENE ASCENSOR!!!!!. Nosotros lo desconocíamos hasta que llegamos, y si bien para el día de entrada y salida te apañas, nos supuso un problema para subir y bajar con la niña pequeña por la estrechez de las escaleras. Si eres familia, presta atención a ello porque nosotros de haberlo sabido lo habríamos descartado. A parte de este tema, lo más negativo es sin duda el estado del baño, que presenta óxidos y algunas cosas en un estado muy mejorable, y también algunos detalles menores como que el estropajo para lavar los platos estaba muy viejo y de uso de otros muchos clientes (no cuesta nada poner un pequeño pack nuevo cada vez).
• Lucía Silveira (10/5): Muy buena estadía, lo recomendamos - El lugar supero mis expectativas, por las fotos no me daba mucho pero cuando entramos al apartamento me sorprendió para bien. Muy buen tamaño, cómodo, limpio, es un puntazo que tenga lavarropas, nos facilito todo porque viajamos con carry on, había jabón asi que no tuvimos que comprar, eso es excelente. Nosotros no lo usamos, pero la cocina estaba super completa, perfectamente se podía cocinar ahí si se quiere para ahorrar un poco. La zona en la que esta en muy buena, nosotros caminamos mucho y asi incluso era muy fácil llegar a todos lados, pero hay parada de taxi en la plaza que esta a cuadra y media, el metro tambien muy cerca. Las excursiones que hicimos por suerte (no se si es asi siempre) pero todas salieron desde la Piazza del Popolo, que nos facilitaba todo porque en 5 mins estábamos ahí. Un punto a considerar es que es en un 5to piso por escalera, lo que lo hace cansado después de largas jornadas de recorrido pero para nosotros re valió la pena, hay restaurantes en la misma cuadra y muy ricos también. Lorenzo muy amable también. quedamos muy conformes con todo, la verdad que volvería a hospedarme en este lugar, tuvimos muy buena experiencia asi que lo recomendamos muchísimo!! la unica cosa es que en la bañera, la mampara que tiene deja pasar el agua para afuera asi que se nos mojaba todo el baño cada vez que nos bañabamos, pero nosortros poniamos toallas que habian en el lugar y luego las lavabamos

• Simon (10/5): - Although we did not meet him in person Lorenzo was very welcoming (he left us coffee!) and very helpful in locating the main fuse box over the phone when there was a power cut. The small roof garden was really valued as was the washing machine. And great air-con. The 5 flights of steep stairs. We were ok but elderly couples would struggle.

• Jeff (10/5): Loved the location and the apartment's proximity to the Piazza del Popolo. - Loved feeling like we lived like a local in a regular neighborhood. The apartment is very close to the Piazza del Populo, where there was always something going on. There were many good restaurants very nearby. The Flaminio subway station was only a short walk away. Sunset from the nearby Terrazza del Pincio was one of the highlights of our trip! Some folks might mind the stair climb required to reach the apartment. That did not bother us and the 5th story location made for some great views of the street.

The host is very friendly and always in touch. He is ready to help you at any moment. Having a terrace is a very great gift! It's very nice to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the apartment is located on the 5th floor. The house is historic, so there is no elevator. This can be a problem for the elderly or people with disabilities. But I was ready for it. It wasn't a problem for me. Thank you, Lorenzo! • Mefodiii (9/5): I can definitely recommend it, if you don’t mind sending a selfie with your documents online. - Good location, excellent check-in and check-out organization, and the administration is always available if needed. The apartment is well-equipped with almost everything necessary. The pillows and bedding are comfortable. The high floor and narrow staircase were not an issue for us. Overall, a very positive experience. Before check-in, you are required to send all documents and personal details, including those of children, as well as a photo of yourself holding your passport, through a third-party website. Who knows how this information might be used later? This data set could theoretically be used for KYC verification with any online financial organization. GDPR fairy tales - reality isn’t always as perfect as theory. And despite all this, someone still comes in person after check-in to verify the documents.

• Yun (10/5): Best location hotel - Optimal location. Above all else, safety was top notch. There are numerous restaurants and other hotels on the road to the hotel, and Plaza Popolo is just one block away. In addition, it is close to a street lined with luxury brands, Plaza de España, and a subway station, so mobility is good. Any historical site in Rome is close to this hotel. In particular, the owner responded quickly to my requests and questions at any time and did his best to solve problems right away. The hotel was clean and convenient, and had almost everything I needed.

Clean and comfy place, having everything needed for your stay and every major attraction was within 20/30 mins away + close to a metro. Highly recommended - the price was fair and Lorenzo was very kind in case we needed something.

• עינבל (10/5): For those who want to be close to the center - We arrived at the wonderful apartment in Rome. A few days before Lorenzo the apartment manager contacted me and was very welcoming and kept in touch during our entire stay. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, has a beautiful view of the street and a beautiful back balcony. The apartment is arranged with all the necessary accessories. A very short walk from the main street Via del Corso. We really enjoyed the excellent hospitality and there is no doubt that we will return there. Thanks to dear Lorenzo for everything! There is no elevator in the building.
