- Zoltán (10/5): Bármikor visszajönnénk! - Síeléshez szuper szálloda, jó a megközelíthetősége mind kocsival, mind síléccel. Személyzet kedves, naprakész! Reggeli nagyon jó, bőséges a választék, mindenki talál magánakvalót :-) vacsorát is fogyasztottunk egyik este, rendelés után 7-8perccel már előttünk is gőzölögtek a fantasztikus fogások, amiért mégegyszer egy nagy dícséret a konyhának ;-) Ajtó alatt sok fény szűrődött be a folyosóról. A hulladéktároló jobban ki lehetve táblázva.

- Andrej971 (10/5): Very nice stay in the winter season with a lot of snow for good skiing experiance. - We liked the location that is just a few meters from ski lifts. The Hotel is very new. The equipment in the apartment was almost unused. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast and we also took a la cart dinner that was excellent and with reasonable price. We liked the garage since outside was very snowy and cold. The price in ski season is quite high.

- Zoltán (10/5): Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat !! - Reggeli tökéletes volt. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Az épület elhelyezkedése ideális, mind a kétoldali pályarendszer könnyen, gyorsan elérhető. Időjárástól védett parkoló. Mosogatógép hiányzott mint plusz kényelmi felszereltség. A skiraum arányaiban kicsi , kevés a leülőfelület ( pad ) és túl keskeny a közlekedősáv, így nehézkes az együtt öltözés több ember esetén.

- Itzchak (5/5): סביר מינוס, חבל. - המיקום מדהים, נקי ומסודר חווינו עוגמת נפש בכל הכל לשירות שקיבלנו. הפקיד והמנהל בר הראו חוסר רגישות עוקצנות כלפינו. התארחנו במלון במשך 11 יום. ישבנו יום אחד בלאונג׳ במטרה לשתות ולאכול, המנהל בר התעלם מאיתנו לחלוטין בזמן שהגיש שירות לסובבים אותנן שהגיעו אחרינו. הפקיד כל הזמן הראה חוסר אמפטיה וחוסר סבלנות. עוד עניין מהותי זה המיזוג אוויר שהיה חסר לנו מאוד באוגוסט, החדר מתחמם מהר ורוב השהות שלנו התעוררנו לחום של 28 מעלות בחדר. זה היה סיוט. לא התרשמנו במיוחד מארוחת הבוקר..הייתה דלה וחזרתית

- Bozo (9/5): Super hotel za obiteljski odmor! - Odličan položaj i moderno uređenje. Hrana je ukusna i dobro pripremljena. Sobe se lijepo čiste. Hrana za doručkom je dobra, ali se presporo nadopunjava, pa često ima polupraznih ili praznih tacni sa croasanima, jajima, špekom, kobasicama, salamom, itd., kao da stalno fali hrane. Na kraju se mora uvijek 5min čekati ili podsjetiti konobare da nadopune neki pladanj. Također izbor dnevnih jela za ručak ili večeru je vrlo limitiran, ponavljaju se dnevne ponude (meni) 2-3 dana za redom. Više raznovrsnonsti bi bilo primjereno za hotel od 4*.

- Zoran (9/5): Ponovo bi bila gost hotela najvise zbog lokacije i udobnosti - Lijep, moderan, čist hotel, blizina staze, parking u garazi U opisu kod rezervacije je pisalo da je to apartman sa jednom spavacom sobom a zapravo je studio apartman. Soba nije odvojena. U apartmanu se nalazi aparat za kavu za kojeg u obliznjim trgovinama nema kapsula a od hotela se dobiju samo dvije. Sobarica ne dolazi svaki dan, ne dopunjava toaletni pribor. U apartmanu nije bilo ogrtaca a hotel ima wellnes.

Frühstück für den Preis ,hätte mehr Auswahl geben sollen,ich hatte das Gefühl man hat am Frühstücks-Buffet etwas gespart,sonst was da zu Auswahl gab ,geschmeckt hat.

- Béla (9/5): Csodás helyen egy szép szálloda. - Szép új igényes szálloda. Erősen hiányos a szobai konyha felszerelése pl. sörnyitó. A koplex bornyitó nem volt erre alkalmas. Párnák minősége Emeletes ágy valós mérete. Fürdőköpeny csak külön térítés ellenében Ez méltatlan a kategóriájoz és az árhoz.

- Irène (10/5): - Super geniales Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gastgeber sind mit viel Liebe und Freude am arbeiten. Motorrad war gut aufgehoben in der Tiefgarage. Essen war einfach der Traum. ---
- Susanne (9/5): Ein sehr schönes Aparthotel in traumhafter Lage - Die Lage auf der Turracher Höhe ist toll. Wir sind mit Auto, Anhänger und zwei Motorrädern angereist und mit diesem Equipment sehr nett und freundlich aufgenommen worden. Alle Fahrzeuge haben ein trockenes Plätzchen bekommen. Das Auto in der Tiefgarage, Anhänger und Motorräder unter einer Überdachung. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben nur Übernachtung und Frühstück gebucht. Zum Frühstück: die Auswahl ist ok., könnte aber bei 9 Tagen Aufenthalt etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Das gedünstete Gemüse ist sehr lecker. Wir haben auch Abends das eine und das andere Mal im Restaurant gegessen. Unsere Speisen waren sehr lecker. Ein Lob an die Küche! Die Bedienungen im Restaurant sind uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Immer sehr nett und freundlich, immer wieder ein Lächeln. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allgemein alle sehr nett, entgegengekommen und unkompliziert. :-)

- Brigitte (10/5): Top Hotel mit super Service und wunderschönen Zimmer, dass man auch als Apartment nutzen kann - Wahnsinns Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, einem sehr gemütlichen Ambiente und wunderbaren Frühstück!

- Darko (9/5): Čudovito urejen ambient na krasni lokaciji! - Bližina jezera in pohodniških poti, udobje apartmaja, terasa, čistoča, prijaznost osebja, razgled iz restavracije, nov in estetsko urejen ambient. Apartma za dve osebi je bil lociran nad hotelsko teraso in je bilo ponoči hrupno, v kopalnici, v niši za tuširanje manjka polica za kozmetične izdelke.

- Matjaž (10/5): VRHUNSKO - Vse je bilo res zelo lepo. Lokacija hotela vrhunska. Čisti prostori. Lep in prostoren apartma. Zelo dober zajtrk. Vse osebje v hotelu zelo prijazno. Še posebej bi pohvalil receptorja g. Miha in natakarico ga. Leo.
