• Georgia (10/5): Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναγυρίσουμε!!! - Το κατάλυμα είχε υπέροχη διακόσμηση,ωραία χρώματα,ξετρελαθήκαμε με τα καδράκια στους τοίχους!!!Κι ένα πανέμορφο στολισμένο μπαλκονακι που σου φτιάχνει τη διάθεση να καθίσεις,παρόλο που είναι ανάμεσα σε άλλα σπίτια!!! Ολα υπέροχα!

• enzo (7/5): It could have been better - I like the location only the room us normal , nothing special and TV has no way to input the IPTV we travel with . , very small room but I guess it is enough for some people. otherwise the owner did communicate only by text and TEXT ME 6 times even at start of renting that the check out is at 10 am ,also he started again the night before andd also remind me 1 hour before etc,,,, annoying person , plus 10 am for people is very too early , never saw that in my travel max was 11 as people arrive a 3 pm . usually sfor people to know

• Emanuela (10/5): La bellezza di Chiaia - Appartamento molto bello e funzionale, dai colori che mettono il buon umore. Bagno spazioso con doccia molto ampia. Direi molto soddisfatti. Grazie mille al proprietario per la sua gentilezza e la presenza tramite messaggi nel sapere se il soggiorno stava andando bene. Lo consiglio vivamente, in quanto l'alloggio si trova in un punto strategico della città. Tutto perfetto
• much01 (10/5): Sehr sauber & super Lage mit vielen Restaurants 👍🏽! - Der Check in hat super funktioniert, obwohl wir erst um 21 Uhr angekommen sind. Peppe hat uns immer geschrieben, ob alles passt. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und sauber und die Lage super! Es sind viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe!Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank hatten wir im Zimmer 😀! Beim Check in ist der Code bei der Eingangstür schwer einzugeben, da die Tasten nicht mehr wirklich funktionieren. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

• Ana Maria (8/5): - Quarto bom, muito arrumado, banheiro ótimo. Localização boa. Tudo bonito. Pepe, o anfitrião é muito solícito. Não é um B&B, é só cama. Não tem nenhum utensílio pra tomar café no local, o que para mim era importante, pq tinha muitas escadas pra subir e descer. Tinha uma máquina de café mas não funcionou direito.

• Mary (10/5): This was a very nice area of Naples, full of high-end shops, nice restaurants, and the very walkable via Chaiai - The apartment was a good size and well laid out. The bathroom, especially the shower, were wonderful ! The lobby is in disrepair and gives a bad first impression. But once you get to the room, everything is beautiful.

• Michele (9/5): simple stay in Chiaia district - Room&Chiaia was a great location for my short stay in Naples. I traveled alone and had no difficulty finding the place from Napoli Centrale train station. The check in/out directions were easy to follow and I was able to easily walk to many attractions . There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well as a gourmet grocery store for the times that I did not want to eat out. The room was large enough for me and I liked having a refrigerator, sitting chair, and table. The shower was a great size and the water got plenty hot quickly. However, the absolute best detail of my stay at Room&Chiaia was the communication with my host. I was careless in leaving my AppleAir pods in the room after I had checked out and was on the bus for my next destination. I immediately sent a message to the host and we were in constant communication to help solve my problem. He was extremely helpful and shipped my item directly to my home in the United States. I had not even unpacked from my journey and the package was delivered. He was patient while I sorted out how to transfer repayment to him via Wise. I feel very fortunate that everything worked out despite this mishap. Personally, the bed cover seemed a bit worn for my liking, but I slept fairly well. I did not have success using the coffee maker as the coffee came out cold. I never used the outdoor seating area simply because the weather was cool.

• Ömer (10/5): Exceptional - Having lived in Naples before, I can say that this property is located one of the best places to stay for a tourist in Naples. It is within walking distance to the city's most important tourist spots and close to the metro and bus stops. I can also say that this area is very safe in Naples at any time of the day. The room is adequate in every sense, designed in Neapolitan style, but modern and has everything you need. The host, Peppe, is very kind and always keeps in touch with you. The only negative things are related to the building, things like a noisy repair very early in the morning, noisy people around etc. but it is acceptable if you are in Naples.
• Cathryn (7/5): centrally located - Location right next to many restaurants. Close to port and many attractions. Nice modern decorated room. Difficult to find we had to ask several people where it was. Its a room in a large block of other rooms and you need to arrange a time with the host to get in your room. I would hate to arrive after dark Its misleading as there is no on site coffee house and no breakfast is included despite saying room service is provided. No light on corridor so you need a torch to be able to open the door
• Abigail (10/5): Beautiful stay in Naples! Worth it! - The room was located close to all the designer stores, which is evidence to the stay being located in a very nice location/neighbourhood. We had close access to the train station which was a 10 minute walk from the room as well as the beach which was another 10 minutes walk in the other direction. Beyond this, the room was exactly as shown in the photos. Very colourful, very clean and brilliantly priced for what it was. The owners were also very kind and responsive on the booking.com platform with regards to check in and check-out. When we first arrived at the location of the room, we where very uneasy about the location, which is inside an almost dilapidated building. Additionally, one of the walls did have discolouration in the corner, which could have been mould..?. It wasn't terrible but it is worth mentioning. There is also a small outside seating area that the guests can use, however during our stay there was a sign placed by the door saying that it is still being worked on. This would be perfect during the summer months to have a coffee on in the morning! Finally, it must be noted that as tourists we obviously don't speak Italian but the owners also speak very little English. Whilst they were extremely kind, all communication was done in Italian so make sure to have google translate at hand, your going to need it!

• Alma (8/5): Good accomodation - We were impressed by Peppe's kindness. Despite encountering a minor inconvenience with the hot water in the shower, Peppe was extremely helpful in resolving the issue :) Additionally, he graciously treated us to breakfast at the bar nearby as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience. This was greatly appreciated. Moreover, we found the beds to be comfortable, which was a rarity during our trip to Naples and the Amalfi Coast. In other accommodations, we consistently found the beds to be quite firm. The entrance and the building itself are somewhat old and have a musty smell. Occasionally, this smell can be noticed in the room. This was the only inconvenience we encountered. We weren't bothered by the little natural light in the room, but it's true that it gives an artificial vibe. However, this is a personal taste.

• Kennedy (9/5): Superb - The location was great and the amenities that they had, also a very complete first aid box, I had an small accident and the items on it where more than enough for a deep wound Not enough light in the room, also the building is a bit rusty but the room was very modern
• Jan (8/5): Very good - The room has extremely good location and is very comfy. The apartament has a "basso" vibe, which has the only source of light coming from the balcony. When the balcony was closed, the room was extremely dark - we cought ourselves sleeping till 11 am and thinking it was 4 am.
• Pietro (10/5): Nice place, great location, welcoming host - A really nice accommodation: well decorated, welcoming, very clean, with many comforts, a modern shower, very comfy bed. Even a little bottle of Prosecco and one of water in the fridge for the guest. Great attention to details. There’s even a small internal terrace. And the location is amazing: central and near Via Chiaia’s little wine bars. Many thanks to Azzurra, who takes care of the room and was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back next year I’ve been thinking hard, but I really can’t find anything here

• Anetts (8/5): Very good - The owners were super sweet and helpful, gave us tips for what to see, where to eat etc. We could do earlier check-in which was great as we arrived in the morning. Also they took us from/to airport. And of course the best was location. 👌 The apartment was clean and renovated, however the old building had on the one side of the room mildew. All of our clothes were wet... Also a little inconvenience that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything
