- EVGENIA (10/5): - The location is very convenient. Hotel has beautiful terrace and common area on the top floor with a lovely sea view. There’s space to relax, play board games, make tea, or cook food, which creates a really cozy atmosphere. The host was super friendly, welcoming and communicative. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee available 24/7 near the reception. The rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfasts were good, we always found enough to eat. Overall, a very warm and cozy place with a great atmosphere.

Muito gentil, atencioso, educado, preocupado todo tempo para ver está tudo bem, se precisa de alguma coisa. A acomodação tb eh boa, o cafe da manhã tem opções. Resumo, alongue vem quando eu voltar a Istambul, elegwremos novamente o Paris Hotel como nossa moradia ! Não gostei por ter ficado apenas 2 dias em Istambul. Local maravilhoso. Pessoas eduacadaa, mesmo andando em plena 1h da manhã na rua, várias delas desertas pelo horário, nem susto de possibilidade assalto eu tive.um aeroporto maravilhos (achei até mais bonito que o de Atlanta nos EUA). Agora, é muito distante da cidade kkkkkk.A Turquia ainda n é um considerado desenvolvido. O Brasil tb n. Mas, acredito que se for colocar no ranking, com certeza a Turquia vai primeiro que o Brasil.

Gdyby herbata i kawa były dostępne całą dobę w lobby (koszt zerowy) było by znacznie przyjemniej. To już stary hotel. Standard hostelowy. Śniadanie z małym wyborem, na ciepło tylko chleb tostowy, kawa i herbata. Idealny na pobyt jeśli cały dzień spędzasz na zwiedzaniu i nie masz oczekiwań co do noclegu.

- Szilvia (9/5): - A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes. Közel a látványossághoz, mégis nagyon csendes kis utcában. Nem új , nincs felszerelve minden extrával..., de a tisztaság, a személyzet odafigyelése mindent felülír. Imádtuk a kis tetőteraszáról nézni este a hajókat. Jóformán csak aludni jártunk oda, nagyon jól lehet benne pihenni. Az ágyak matraca tökéletes, a paplan, párna vastagsága és minősége is nagyon jó. Reptéri transzferhez is kaptunk segítséget olcsóbban, mint amennyiért taxival oda jutottunk. Ha legközelebb megyek, újra ezt a kis szállodát választom 🤗🥰

Le wifi a bien fonctionné. On n entend pas les multiples mosquées Le frigo ne fait pas de bruit. En haut il y a plein de canapés à disposition et une terrasse En plus le gérant est très chaleureux et a géré la réservation de taxi pour l aéroport a bon prix Les photos reflètent l hôtel ce n’est pas le plus beau ni le plus moderne mais c’est propre et fonctionnel. Pour le rapport qualité prix on a été satisfait

- Robert (10/5): Oktay and his crew are wonderful!! The location couldn’t be better to the best sites. The terrace was amazing and the tr - Excellent location, fantastic breakfast, and the entire staff was superb. It’s an older building but the upkeep by the staff is excellent.
- Daniel (9/5): Top notch bang for the buck in the heart of Istanbul - Oktay was a great host, I couldn't find a time during the days of my stay when he wasn't available in person at the front desk, let it be early morning or late at night, always smiling and being friendly. The whole staff was absolutely professional, nice and welcoming, it felt almost like a family business, they were so kind. The hotel is very close to tram line #1, only a few minutes of walk so it's easy to get basically anywhere in town. The room itself was totally ok for what it was, anyone complaining about the size of the room or anything should be mistaking the place with much more expensive hotels. For the price, it's not only ok but exceptionally good, situated in the middle of Istanbul old town, within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Ayasofia and Sultanahmet or the Grand Bazaar, it's absolutely worth booking a room here if you need a place to rest for the night and exploring the city during the day. The bed is really comfortable and everything was as clean as possible. The facilities in the room are also good, there was a small fridge, a wardrobe closet in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom. The wifi signal was a bit weak in the room sometimes but totally usable. The breakfast is simple but good, a couple more slices of cold cuts would be good but please don't take it as a complain, it was a good variety of food options with juice and coffee available anytime during the day, when I told Oktay I'll be leaving for an early morning flight he even offered to prepare sandwiches for the trip. The only thing that would have been good if I could open the window properly for a bit of fresh air during the morning, but it's the only thing I can mention as room for improvement.

- peter (9/5): A gem in the heart of Istanbul - The owner went out of his way to make the stay excellent. Attentive, welcoming and generous, he and his staff were first rate. I loved the roof terrace room and enjoyed the pleasant buffet breakfasts. As budget hotels go, the room was fine and the overall service provided made me sure to book the Paris Hostel when next in Istanbul. A big recommend!

- Catalin (9/5): A fair bargain. I do recommend! - Excellent location, very close to the T1 tram station, the bazaar. The area is quite clean, adequately lit. The manager's attitude was very cooperative, friendly and also helpful. I benefited from a free upgrade to a double room. My room was on the 1st floor, not very big, very clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, a clean mini-fridge, good WiFi. I don't remember seeing a passenger elevator. The room has new furniture. There is a breakfast option, but I didn't use it. During the day, guests have free instant coffee and tea. Free luggage storage at property. The room's walls and installations require some renovations.

The building is quite dated and clearly needs renovation, the breakfast is repetitive with limited options, and the room could have been warmer during late February evenings. However, looking at the bigger picture: Exceptional Hospitality: The owner, Oktay, is a fantastic host who speaks English fluently. He is incredibly kind and helpful, making you feel like a guest in his own home—he even lent me an umbrella when it rained and let me store my luggage until my flight. Prime Location: It’s perfectly situated near the Çemberlitaş tram stop, with plenty of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. Unbeatable Value: This is a very budget-friendly option. If you just need a bed and a shower while spending your entire day exploring the city, it’s an ideal choice. Extra Perks: There is a lovely terrace with views of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara, plus free tea available at reception. I don’t understand people complaining because they expected luxury. This is a budget stay, and evaluating it within that category, it’s a solid 10/10.

Ottavio si è dimostrato un ottimo anfitrione, pronto a dare consigli e info su come muoversi, come ottimizzare il tempo di permanenza a Istanbul. Ambiente datato ma molto pulito, lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet buona e abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente.
- Rosangela (5/5): - Boa localização mas foi indiferente, porque apenas dormi uma noite para pegar meu vôo no dia seguinte Tive problemas com o transfer oferecido,, como estava em trânsito do Irã para lá, só recebi mensagens de orientação, quando já estava dentro de um táxi, ao qual fui obrigada a recorrer por estar com mobilidade reduzida. Quero fazer uma observação aos turistas que utilizam táxi em Istambul: Estava vindo de um país com povo honesto como o do Irã.. Já havia feito pesquisas sobre custos do percurso, em torno de 50 a 60 euros, o táxi cobrou um preço extorsivo de 170 euros, me recusei a pagar, notadamente um golpe, quando foi citada a palavra polícia, começou a negociação e mesmo assim paguei 100 dólares. Outro ponto,o preço através do hotel para minha volta ao aeroporto era 40 euros, foi exigido em euros, meu alerta é que paguem exatamente 40 euros ,dei uma nota de 50 euros, não recebi troco e nem tive com o que pagar um carrinho para me ajudar com mas malas.Esse alerta é para quem quer maior conforto, e o importante é que se você pensa que com mais pessoas você dividirá o custos,esquece, é cobrado por pessoa e número de malas, sempre darão um jeito para surpreende e dar o golpe I had problems with the transfer offered. As I was in transit from Iran, I only received guidance messages when I was already inside a taxi, which I was forced to use because of my reduced mobility. I want to make an observation to tourists who use taxis in Istanbul: I was coming from a country with honest people like Iran. I had already researched the cost of the trip, around 50 to 60 euros, but the taxi charged an extortionate price of 170 euros. I refused to pay, clearly a scam, and when the word "police" was mentioned, the negotiation began, and even then I paid 100 dollars. Another point: the price quoted by the hotel for my return trip to the airport was 40 euros, demanded in euros. My warning is to pay exactly 40 euros. I gave a 50 euro note, received no change, and had nothing to pay for a cart to help with my luggage.

Hot water comes out very quickly. Breakfast service is amazing. You can have breakfast with high quality of coffee. Location is convenient to access tram and go directly blue mosque on foot.

- Tadas (9/5): Great hotel in the city centre with an amazing view from the terrace - The location is amazing. The hotel is in the very city centre and there is a tram stop near by. The staff is realy kind. The breakfast has many options and after it you might not even need lunch :D Also there is a terrace with a great view and tea and coffee are always available free of charge. There is no elevator in the hotel and the shower in my room was a bit small.

C'è sempre possibilità di bevande calde sia all'ingresso che in terrazza. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere abbellita, lo stile rispecchia la cultura turca. - Mariusz (8/5): polecam - świetny stosunek ceny do jakości, bardzo miły personel, pożyczyli nam parasole gdy padał deszcz, fajny rooftop brak podgrzewaczy do dań ciepłych przy śniadaniu, co powodowało że jedliśmy zimne jajka sadzone i jajecznicę. mimo tego śniadania smaczne i dość dużo do wyboru:)

- Lenni (10/5): Excelente - El dueño fue increíble, sinceramente no estaba muy segura de hacer la reserva pero al leer las reseñas me animé y gracias a Dios que lo hice, buen desayuno incluido, la ubicación es céntrica. Hay té y café 24/7, una terraza superior con unas vistas muy bonitas a las mezquitas y las islas príncipes. Muy agradecida por el trato recibido y espero volver pronto.

- Mariel (9/5): - L'emplacement est au top le personnel dans son intégralité est adorable toujours prêt à satisfaire la moindre demande. Le summum reste le rooftop au 5e étage où l'on peut admirer le coucher de soleil sur la Marmara sea il est ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et le thé est à disposition (agréable même en ce mois de novembre). Le petit-déjeuner est aussi très bien tout y est œuf dur œuf au plat légumes confiture miel fromage charcuterie céréales du lait du yaourt du pain enfin bref tout ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer une journée. L'hôtel est très propre. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (pour les personnes qui éventuellement ont du mal à se déplacer)..La literie est très bien L'arrêt de tram Cembertilas est à 10 minutes à pied ce qui permet une arrivée facile même tardive de l'aéroport et pour rentrer le soir . L'hôtel se situe dans une zone touristique et malgré cela la rue est très calme á deux arrêts de tram de Sainte-Sophie vraiment très bien placé le seul petit bémol serait le besoin de rafraîchir un petit peu l'établissement mais il faut savoir ce que l'on veut soit être proche de l'authentique et ne pas payer trop cher ou alors aller dans des chaînes plus onéreuses et alors plus sophistiqué. J'y reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain séjour à Istanbul Peut être la salle de bain assez veillote

- Denise (5/5): - Localização é a única vantagem do hotel. Próximo as principais atrações de Istambul. Infelizmente não gostei de muitas coisas. Viajo muito, me hospedo em lugares simples. Não sou muito exigente. Mas um bom banho e a limpeza do local são quesitos mínimos. O banheiro (quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro) necessita de uma reforma urgente. A água às vezes era escura, não havia box, apenas uma cortina de plástico parda. Há carpete em toda a instalação. No nosso quarto embaixo da cama havia sujeira. Ele não foi aspirado uma única vez na nossa estadia de 3 noites.Nos corredores do hotel o carpete é manchado, causando um aspecto muito ruim. Enfim, minha experiência foi péssima. Gostaria de dizer que o café é ótimo, que o atendimento é maravilhoso, que a vista é linda, mas estaria mentindo. Espero que outros viajantes tenham mais sorte. Istambul é um lugar que merece ser visitado.

- MARIANO (10/5): Ubicacion y personal de 10 - El dueño y empleados son amables 1000x1000 , se veia todo ajado y viejo pero limpio , y la ubicacion es extraordinaria , si vas solo a hacer pocas noches es ideal , la presion del agua para ser Estambul es magnifica,te buscan taxis , te orientan en lo que ver , son serviciales , no te cambian las toallas pero solo hay que pedirlas sin problemas , la terracita del ultimo piso esta muy bien en verano debe ser estupenda. siempre hay te todo el dia en la recepcion . Todo muy familiar Todo se olvida por la amabilidad del personal y la ubicacion , si la estancia es corta todo se supera , pero el olor del baño, que no limpien las habitaciones ni el baño en 10 dias, la moqueta tiene un olor a pies importante, el baño huele a cañeria vieja y a meados , que no tenga un armario para colgar y solo media docena de perchas en colgadores de pared,el bufet del desayuno es limitado y aburrido,los baños deprimen seis azulejos diferentes con una pinta chapucera, y la ducha es sin mampara , el agua se sale y moja el pequeño suelo del baño, al ducharte y la cortina se te pega al culo por lo pequeño que es miles de frotis de traseros jajaja

- Naweed (10/5): - The owner of the hotel personally checked with us every day to make sure everything was good. On my first day, I arrived very late, yet he still offered me a free breakfast. Every day he kindly gave us cakes and other treats for free such a gentleman! The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions.

- Jairo (9/5): - A pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, se nota que Oktay, el dueño, le pone mucho empeño para que todo esté limpio y hacerte sentir como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos a pie de la Mezquita Azul y a 10 del Grab Bazar, con muchos bares, restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca. El desayuno merece la pena porque todo es casero y de buena calidad. Ojo, si lo que estás buscando es algo lujoso o moderno, este NO es tu sitio. Si lo que buscas es una buena relación calidad precio, y sentir más de cerca los cuidados del personal, indudablemente SI es tu sitio. La terraza es lo mejor, un remanso de paz, y con café y té las 24 horas por cortesía de la casa. El hecho de que no hiciesen la habitación a diario, ni la cama. Eso mejoraría aún mas el servicio.
