Really close to everything, the main street with all the bars and restaurants just in 3 minutes walk, beaches are in 5-10 minutes walk. Really close to the bus stop as well. If you are looking for a nice home-like stay, you definitely should come here

• Alessia (10/5): L'ideale per un soggiorno a Ksamil - Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Vento per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Prima della partenza abbiamo avuto qualche problema in aeroporto e temevamo di dover annullare il viaggio, ma per fortuna siamo riusciti a risolvere tutto e a partire. In quei momenti Pelagia è stata davvero disponibilissima: una persona d’oro che ci ha supportati con grande gentilezza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti calorosamente e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La struttura è in una posizione perfetta: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ksamil e dalla passeggiata con i locali. La camera è molto curata, accogliente e dotata di tanti comfort. Inoltre avevamo a disposizione anche il posto auto, molto comodo e sicuro. Se dovessimo tornare a Ksamil, sceglieremmo senza dubbio di nuovo Villa Vento!

Rooms were great, clean and spacious, just could've been a bit more cosy. Maybe an extra chair, plants or a small table.
• Jade (8/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Ksamil - Voor ons perfecte locatie, slechts een kleine 10min stappen naar het centrum (we houden er wel van om even te wandelen) en je zit uit het lawaai van de stad en auto’s. Ontzettend vriendelijke host, perfect schone ruime kamer. Ook heerlijk dat we de kamer helemaal konden verduisteren. Groot balkon, royaal ontbijt. Heerlijke douche! Een beetje muggenziften, maar ik miste in de badkamer wat opbergplaats (vb een plankje) en je hoort goed de douche uit de naastgelegen kamer, was wat jammer ‘s ochtends vroeg 🙈

• M (10/5): Perfect stay at Villa Vento - Our stay at Villa Vento was truly wonderful. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk and you can visit everything you need. The villa is very quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, spotless and well-maintained. The owners were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything. The peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness made us feel right at home. Without any doubt, if I visit Ksamil again, my only choice will be Villa Vento.

• Ντέα (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη! Περάσαμε 7 μέρες στο κατάλυμα, το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και καλοδιατηρημένο, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, ιδανική για να εξερευνήσεις την περιοχή ενώ ξεχωρίζει ιδιαίτερα για την ησυχία που προσφέρει πραγματικά ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση, ενώ το προσωπικό ξεχώρισε με τη φιλικότητα και τη διακριτική εξυπηρέτησή του. Η Πελαγία εξαιρετική ,μάλιστα μας έδωσε και πολύ χρήσιμες προτάσεις για το πού να πάμε γύρω από την περιοχή, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η ατμόσφαιρα του ξενοδοχείου είναι ζεστή και σε κάνει να νιώθεις αμέσως άνετα. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα😁

Tesis sahibi çok cana yakındı eğer konumu bilmiyosanız size neler yapabilceğinizi gayet güzel anlatabilir. Kaldığımız odada telefon ve wifi odamızın bazı noktalarında zor çekiyordu fakat bunu kötü yorum olarak eklemek istemedim çünkü her şey çok güzeldi.

• Carina (7/5): Es war entspannt. - Die Unterkunft war sauber, es gab einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man morgens schön frühstücken konnte. Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt im Trubel von Ksamil, sodass man etwas abgeschottet vom Lärm war. Pelagea ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns jede Frage beantwortet hat und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge etc. Gegeben hat. Leider war es trotz Abstand zu den Restaurants nachts sehr laut. Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dran ändern, aber die lauten Autos, das laute Bellen der Strassenhunde etc. hat teilweise unseren Schlaf gestört. Wenn man mit geschlossenen Türen schläft, muss die Klimaanlage laufen, damit man es drinnen aushält und dann wird man krank.

Pelagia and Marios run the accommodation very well. It is modern and clean. Pelagia told us what the highlights of Ksamil are, which was very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, be sure to book it with your stay! All in all, a wonderful accommodation to stay in Ksamil! It was a bit noisy. We could hear some noises the other guests were making, like talking or dropping things. Apart from that, everything was really wonderful!

La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e a 5 da bar e ristoranti. È presente un parcheggio gratuito. La camera era pulita e materasso e cuscini sono comodi. Il bagno è spazioso e bello. Utile il doccino per fare il bidet! L’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. La colazione era abbondante e buona! La ragazza che ci ha accolto e che gestisce la struttura è super carina e disponibile. È stata flessibile con l’orario di check-in e ha sempre risposto a tutti i messaggi! Ci ha dato utili consigli. La struttura è bella e comoda. Ksamil è più cara rispetto ad altre città albanesi, ma questa camera aveva un buon prezzo! Molto consigliata. Il wifi non funzionava molto bene. Venendo da un paese europeo, non avevo internet e sarebbe stato utile avere un WiFi che funzionasse meglio!

• Jesse (10/5): Fantastisch - Met aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en werd ons uitgelegd waar de leuke plekken zijn in Ksamil. We konden met alle soorten vragen Pelegia appen die ons super uitgebreid antwoord gaf, met oa linkjes naar leuke strandjes. Daarnaast was het verblijf zeer schoon met een fijn balkon. Echt een aanrader! De airco kan niet aanblijven als je de deur uitgaat, wat begrijpelijk is, maar met de hitte af en toe jammer.

• groustam (10/5): Ανθρώπινη κλίμακα σε μια υπερκορεσμένη τουριστικά περιοχή με τεράστιες ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες! - To πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, νόστιμο, με ποικιλία και διαφορετικό κάθε μέρα. Ο Μάριος είναι σεφ, οπότε τα πρωινά είναι ευφάνταστα και με πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής (χειροποίητα κρουασάν, pancakes, ρυζόγαλο, κέηκ κλπ κλπ). Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ περιποιημένο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι εξαιρετικοί. Η Πελαγία μας ενημέρωσε λεπτομερώς για όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος στην περιοχή (αξιοθέατα, εστιατόρια, μετακινήσεις κλπ). Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given lots of helpful tips about the city. The staff was always quick to respond to any questions, and they even scheduled a taxi for us when we were leaving, very thoughtful! The breakfast was tasty and good priced. Our room was spotless and came with a fridge, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Just small things: it would also be nice to have room options by floor level, as we would’ve preferred an upper-floor room. Also, the villa sits on a short uphill walk (about 150m) not a big deal, but without a car, it can feel a bit tiring after a long day.

Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf die Stadt und auf Grün war wirklich sehr schön. Das Frühstück war liebevoll und frisch zubereitet, sehr reichlich und jeden Morgen abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist perfekt: der Strand sowie Bars, Promenade und Cafés sind fußläufig, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles perfekt!

O curte frumos amenajata.Micul dejun a fost pe măsura cazării. Pelagia ,ne a oferit cele mai bune informații despre zona si este foarte amabila,mereu cu un zâmbet larg.
• Christian (10/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker und jeden Morgen etwas anders. Würden sofort wieder kommen. Alles war perfekt, nichts zu beanstanden.

• Martin knapp (10/5): Friendly and smart small hotel. Personal service and great breakfasts. - Lovely small hotel in Ksamil. Great local advice - if you have a car it is certainly worth seeking out some beaches away from the busy town. The best breakfasts ever! Thanks Cash only - it can be tricky finding a bank or ATM that can give that much cash out in one go. Hopefully they will soon accept cards.

• Denisa (10/5): Can recommend to everyone. - Very friendly stuff that was eager to help with everithing and even provide tips on where to go. Room had AC and lovely balcony. Private spot for parking was available as well. We even got a free breakfast on our last day that was delicious. We missed some basic equipment on the room such as plates, bowls, glasses or wine opener. However the onwner provided it all on our reqest.
• Séverine (10/5): Incroyable - Marios est vraiment accueillant et adorable. Il a été à l’écoute, disponible et serviable tout au long du séjour. La studio sont vraiment très beaux, propre et avec une vue magnifique. Notre séjour était parfait, nous devions rester 3 jours finalement on a opté pour 4 jours et nous voulions rester encore plus de temps si notre séjour était plus long. Le meilleur était les petit déjeuners incroyable que nous a préparé Marios chaque matin c’était vraiment digne d’un brunch en restaurant ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour magnifique.

• Doroftei (10/5): Relaxing and lovely - Pelagia was the most lovely host we could find. She was really kind, helpful with every question we had, showed us some attractions and activities we can do in Ksamil. She makes a delicious breakfast for good money, also the marmelade she gifted us was awesome! There weren't any significant things we didn't like.
• Noelia (9/5): Recomendado! Muy buen trato del personal, amplio, con muy buenas vistas y a 7 minutos caminando del centro - Lo mejor sin duda fue la casera, Pelagia. Nos recibió muy amablemente y no dudó en contarnos numerosas cosas que ver y actividades en la ciudad y los alrededores, asi como responder a nuestras preguntas. También, y gracias a la situación elevada de la villa (hay que subir una pequeña cuesta), hace que las vistas que haya de la ciudad sean muy bonitas y se vean unos atardeceres preciosos! El estar un poco más alejado del centro (7 minutos caminando), también hace que el ruido de la fiesta y turistas disminuya y puedas relajarte. A su vez tiene una terraza muy amplia donde puedes estar muy cómodamente. Por ponerle alguna pega diría que la ducha (no disponía ni de bañera ni de plato de ducha, con lo que, al ducharte se mojaba la totalidad del baño cada vez), y que las vistas al mar que tiene no son realmente al mar que todos los imaginamos como tal, si no, un saliente de él.
• Fabian (10/5): De perfecte plek met een enorm goede gastvrouw - Pelagia heeft ons enorm goed ontvangen. Ten eerst konden wij al eerder de kamer betreden, vanwege dat ze wist dat we eerder kwamen. Ze zocht dan ook de dag van te voren contact per app. Bij aankomst kon ze veel over het plaatsje en de activiteiten vertellen. Zo kregen wij goede tips wat te doen in de twee dagen dat we hier waren. Persoonlijk zou ik Butrint ook zeker aanraden. De kamer was erg schoon, luxe en lekker ruim. De bedden liggen ook enorm top. We hadden zelfs een bed extra gekregen. Ook is er een waslijn zodat je al je badkleding kan ophangen na het strand. De locatie zelf is lekker rustig en vanaf hier is een mooie route die je direct naar het strand lijd. Wij kregen deze dan ook aangewezen zodat je niet stijl naar boven of naar beneden moesten lopen. Zoek dus niet verder, dit is je plek. Ook wanneer je per auto ben. Het ontbijt hebben wij vanwege de prijs overgeslagen. Zag er daarin tegen wel heel goed uit. Er is verder genoeg locaties om ook in de buurt te ontbijten
• Clémence (10/5): Parfait - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Villa Vento. Pelagie est absolument adorable et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Les petits déjeuners (en supplément) sont délicieux. Nous avons déjà eu le plaisir de recommander cet établissement auprès d’autres français croisés en Albanie.

• Rea (10/5): - Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά στο κέντρο και τις παραλίες, μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια, αλλά ταυτόχρονα μακριά από την βαβούρα σε ένα πιο ήσυχο δρόμο. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που έφτασα οι οικοδεσπότες (Πελαγία και Μάριος) ήταν ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Πελαγία θα σου λύση ότι απορία μπορεί να έχεις και θα σου προτείνει μέρη να επισκεφτείς. Το πρωινό του Μάριου είναι θεσπέσιο και το προτείνω, με επιλογές αλμυρού και γλυκού. Έμεινα με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις, αν ξαναπάω Εξαμίλι θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω.
