- Swantje (1/5): Wohnung ist ambitioniert geplant aber scheint an mehreren Stellen nicht zünde eingerichtet - Die Lage ist gut, Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. In der Wohnung waren Bettwanzen, wir haben mehrere Bisswunden davon getragen und tagelang zu Hause damit zu tun gehabt, die Wäsche zu waschen beziehungsweise einzufrieren. Auf eine entsprechende Beschwerde unsererseits mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung einer bestimmten Summe, da die Wohnung teuer ist, hat der Vermieter nicht reagiert. Außerdem: Betten bei Ankunft nicht vollständig bezogen, Besteck unvollständig, kein geschirrhandtuch, Kleiderschrank, viel zu klein,, keine Haken für Kleidung in Zimmer oder Bad, Inneneinrichtung sieht gut aus, funktioniert aber z T nicht, u a kein türknäufe zum bewegen der Schiebetüren, Wasserhahn fiel zwischenzeitlich im Bad herunter, falsche Kennzeichnung in der Dusche, Licht im Bad, durchgehend an,Zugang zum in der Anzeige angegebenen Balkon nicht möglich
- Olamide Tolulope (8/5): Excellent apartment in a very quiet neighborhood with easy commute around London. - The apartment was very modern and clean with comfy beds and facilities. The terrace was quite dusty with no outdoor seating so couldn’t make much use of it.
- Germán (1/5): Muy mala experiencia - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, con buena conexión al transporte público y comercio cercano. También contaba con buena conexión de WiFi, instalaciones/decoración modernas y equipamiento de cocina suficiente para una estadía corta. 1. No se podía calibrar la temperatura de la ducha. Al inicio de nuestra estadía el agua salía muy caliente y cuando solicitamos que lo revisaran comenzó a salir fría. Nunca se logró un punto intermedio a pesar de haber solicitado varias veces a la administración que se revisara. 2. En medio de nuestra estadía (23/09/2025) cancelaron la reserva a través de Booking.com, según nos explicaron, por error. Recibimos un reembolso por parte de la app por el monto completo y luego la administración nos solicitó solucionar el problema realizando el pago directamente a la empresa. Esto nos hizo sentir inseguros y desprotegidos al no tener el respaldo de Booking si es que algo ocurría durante el resto de nuestra estadía (hasta el 1/10/2025), pero accedimos de todas formas. 3. Lo más grave, es que la cama tenía CHINCHES y solo nos dimos cuenta cuando ya teníamos picaduras por todo el cuerpo (tenemos evidencia fotográfica y de video). Cuando nos dimos cuenta nos fuimos inmediatamente del lugar teniendo que encontrar otro lugar para cubrir los días que nos quedaban de estadía con todo el estrés y gastos extras que eso implica. Al informar está situacion y solicitar una solución, la administración nos respondió que quizás se podría deber a nuestro perro lo que nos pareció ofensivo y que no aportaba ninguna asistencia a la situación en la que estábamos. Finalmente logramos que nos devolvieran el dinero de los días restantes y que nos pagaran el servicio de lavandería de toda nuestra ropa. En resumen, fue una muy mala experiencia y a pesar de que recibimos un trato cordial, el personal fue muy poco eficiente para ofrecer soluciones oportunas a todos estos problemas.

- Dan (10/5): Spacious, clean, safe, with a great host and perfect location — excellent value. - Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed apartment in a safe area — rare for London at this price. The host was precise, on time, and very helpful. Fantastic location: 10 min walk to St Pancras, steps from Granary Square’s restaurants and shops, and even Camden within walking distance. Incredible value for money — we’ll be back.

Tardamos en recibir una respuesta. La maquina de café es el modelo de nespresso que solo vende cápsulas en la tienda nespresso. Con lo cual no se podía utilizar.
- Julie (9/5): - Zeker voor herhaling indien we nog in de buurt zouden moeten zijn. Appartement was niet immens groot maar groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Je bent tenslotte altijd op stap in Londen. Comfortabel bed. Haardroger, strijkijzer en stijltang waren aanwezig. Borden en bestek waren proper bij aankomst. Een borstel en een vaatdoek hadden misschien wel handig geweest bij een langer verblijf.
- Gabriela (9/5): Short 1 night stay in London. - The property was clean and right near the train station which we needed to catch the train to Edinburgh the next day. It was very modern. Lovely shower and comfy bed. The directions given to find the apartment were not that good we had to phone twice to get directions.
- Esther (8/5): Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für alle Zielgruppen mit super Lage! - Lage, 10 Min.Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof St. Pancras Int. und Kings Cross Underground, zudem Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte Buchung und Check-in Prozesse. Nespresso-Maschine inkl. Kapseln vorhanden. Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal (war als wir ankamen noch kurz da, was uns nicht störte) Der Boden war im ganzen Apparement voller Staub und der Mischer in der Dusche klemmte zum Teil, war schwierig zu bedienen. Alles ziemlich neu und modern, aber zum Teil unpraktisch.
- Bea (9/5): Heerlijk genieten met ruimte - Heerlijk veel ruimte, koelkast, vriezer, vaatwasser. Tv, nespresso (platte cups), makkelijke toegang. Geen airco, maar wel optie gekregen om naar kamer met airco te gaan. Heel attent, maar niet nodig met dit weer. Leuke buurt, vriendelijke mensen, veel mogelijkheden om boodschappen te doen en aan de overkant heerlijke verse croissantjes. Fietsen in Engeland vond ik nogal spannend (andere kant fietsen) maar deze omgeving ideaal om te proberen. Heerlijk wandelen langs kanaal, openlucht bios, bussen voor de deur. Badkamer licht met sensor maar er zit ook een gewoon licht in dus je zit niet in het donker. Wij vonden het top! Vooral dat je ook veel ruimte had, meer dan elders. Contact was ook prima. Het is een appartement en geen hotelkamer dus verwacht niet iedere dag iemand in je kamer, maar vonden wij niet erg en bewust voor gekozen. Er was genoeg zeep, toiletpapier en handdoeken. Niets. Het is ook hoe je er zelf mee omgaat. Wellicht voor het gemak een theedoek meenemen, maar er is een vaatwasser (met vaatwas tabletten) dus niet perse nodig. Wij hebben genoten!
- Sunil (10/5): Clean, professional, modern & amazing! - I stayed at King’s House Apartments during the Wireless Festival and it couldn't have been a better choice! The location is super convenient—right on Caledonian Road, with loads of shops, amenities, and excellent transport links. It’s not too far from Central London either, which made exploring the city easy and stress-free. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. I needed an extra vacuum, and they arranged for a cleaner to come by right away—truly impressive service! The area felt lively yet safe, and everything I needed was just steps away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London—especially if you’re attending an event like the Wireless Festival. Honestly can say there was nothing bad about this apartment. I would totally recommend to anybody who is looking to stay in London.

- Misbah (1/5): Worst experience ever worst host ever - I booke d the apartment for AC facility and it was disappointment to last level otherwise I can write essay on this. My first ever booking.com worst experience 1) she didn’t send me any check in information I had to wait outside apartment in scorching heat and kept messaging but no replied till 5pm after that I managed to call her then she apologise and send me information 3) the apartment is tiny the sink is like the toy you can’t even wash a cup, wash basen is same No cups provided for second person Yo can see the picture of wash basin and sink yourself 4) toilet light has set timer and it gets off every 3-4 second when I told her she said you just keep moving your arms (this is so annoying and uncomfortable) 5) the biggest issue was hot cold water the cold water knob gives hot water boiling level I asked them to resolve in day 1 she said check again on second day I said the issues stays she insist to move knob left right which obviously I did but issue Persist the only day she offered some one to send my apartment to fix the issue in my absence I asked her to send at evening as i am outside and I have valuables on Aparmtnrt and I can’t afford missing anything. No reply. Next day I told her I’m apartment and waiting for some to come fix the issue no reply I stayed at apartment while day in wait for plumber because I can’t go out without shower at all. Day 3 again I asked her to send some one to which first she said you are the only one have this issue no one has ever it change the direction of knob, after that she said plumber came knock 3 times you didn’t open door which was a lie because was at Aparmtnrt all time I asked her to check cctv camera maybe he went some where else finally she said you should have leave by now I will send someone after you check out where as my booking was till tomorrow , at this point I contact booking.

- Natalie (5/5): Overall, the flat is in a good location and a good value, although there were some aspects that needed attention. Probab - The location was very central, close to public transportation and shops, etc. The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The aircon worked great and it was nice to keep it cool. There are a lot of stairs (35) to access the flat, which was not clearly described. Then, to access the laundry, even more stairs (48 one way) because it’s in the basement. The toilet is a floating design, which made us quite uncomfortable because it did not seem sturdy or fat friendly. The room that the toilet was in was also very cramped. The towel warmer and Nespresso machine did not work. We let the management know and nothing was done about these items during our 6 night stay. The communication from the management was minimal and they never answered multiple questions - it was difficult to get in touch with them.
- Megan (7/5): Good - Location was convenient for Kings Cross / St Pancras. The place was not very clean. Also the coffee machine didn't work, but even so the pods provided were for Cortado, I take mine black as I have dairy allergies. The shower head was quite blocked, and the shower leaked a bit at the bottom creating a pool of water. Also some of the doors only have a thumb-turn mechanism - the WC door in particular was VERY difficult to close with no handle to pull on - pretty sore on the fingers.
- Jade (10/5): Really gorgeous apartment, booking again very soon! - Really gorgeous property! The bed was SO comfortable! The only negative is that there is no lift so we had to lug a huge heavy case up many flights of stairs. Oh and also, no toaster! Oh and the bathroom does get quite wet when using the shower, could do with some kind of shower mat.

The building has a secure entrance as well as security cameras which we found reassuring during our stay. The location is also great with Kings Cross station being a 10 minute walk. We will definitely book again for future visits!

- Julie (6/5): Clean, but need to supply the essentials you need in an apartment. - Clean. Could not find. Needs more signage. Needed more utensils, tea towel. Also I booked for three and had no pillows for sofa bed, or towels for third person. If you have a coffee machine , provide the capsules. It was expensive for not providing the essentials.

- Mieke (1/5): Awful - The hygiene of the apartment was awful. There were kind of bedbugs in the bed with big itching bumps on my body as a result, and 1,5 week of itching afterwards. After the first night we complained. There was not even a molton on the bed! Just a sheet on a mattress. They did not offer us another apartment. They offered us a refund, and we had to find another appartment ourselves and it was already late at night. But there was nothing to find for an affordable price and we did not want to loose 1 day of searching during our city trip. So we slept on the couch the rest of the citytrip. It was awful. The apartment has been renovated quick and dirty; they try to earn lots of money this way, quick and dirty. Further: we did not receive the code for the box to enter the apartment in time. We had to send messages a few times, and 1,5 hour later we received the check in instructions and code. And at last: they promised to refund 50% immediately, and after almost a week we had not heard anything about the refund. So I contacted Booking and Booking arranged the refund. Bad service from the owner of the apartment, good service from Booking. So, you can't rely on the owner / manager of the apartment.

- Miraen (7/5): great location, lots of potential - Fantastic location 10 minutes from king's cross and 10mins to Islington high street. The apartment is stunning, well-designed and stylish. Air conditioner. Both the main bed and sofa bed were comfortable. It is a well-equipped, high-spec kitchen with a washer and cooker. Check In was seamless. There was some communication error so the sofa bed was not set up even though we booked for 3 adults - recommended to check prior to arrival. The host attempted to resolve this on the same evening but was only provided with sheets and no duvet. The dish washer contained dirty dishes from the previous occupants, and when we tried to use it, did not work, we messaged and they advised they will look into it, we did not cook so was not too fussed. Overall the place is stunning with lots of potential but is just missing a few practical points that should become apparent once lived mainly in bathroom e.g. hooks for bath towels, bathmat, some bathroom table/furniture to place fresh clothes.
- Nejira (7/5): I was satisfied with the apartment and the location overall, but there are a lot of small impracticalities that annoy th - The apartment had a nice layout, enough space for two people. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The location is superb. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The kitchen sink is way too small to be useful, I couldn’t wash anything without spilling water all around. The shower cabin drain was not working properly, and the water was not running, so I had to stand in dirty water the entire shower. The toilet door doesn’t have a handle, so it is very difficult to close the door, let alone lock it, we couldn’t do it at all, we just pulled the door as close as we could. The windows were pretty dirty as well. In general, the apartment looks great and is spacious, but there are a lot of really impractical aspects that get on your nerves and make your everyday actions harder.

- Daniel (8/5): Well appointed spacious and comfortable, a great base for exploring London. - Location is great - a bit of a walk from Kings Cross with a suitcase (probably best to get a cab) but without bags it's an easy 10 mins to the station. Given that it's self catering the facilities are great, it's comfortable and quiet, well appointed and spacious. Grab a pint of milk and some tea bags before you get there (previous visitor had left some tea bags in fact but I guess you can't guarantee that).
- Nora (8/5): good value for money, very nice apartment. - The apartment is nice, it is spacious, well equipped. It is suitable for a longer stay. The bed is excellent, the wifi is good, there is a lot of storage space. The flat is well heated, it was comfortable. My only problem was the shower, due to a problem in the flooring, the water drains very slowly. I am not a big fan of the large TV in the living area, but this is luxury problem to have :-).
- Minjae (10/5): Exceptional - - Room is exceptionally wonderful and beautiful. - Room is very spacy. - No breakfast though, there are small cafes just right next to the hotel. The location is just perfect; 5-10 mins from Kings Cross station. No lift option is available. So, if you do have a buggy... 2nd floor might be so challenging.
- Chang (7/5): Good - Price is fair to what got. Location is good, close to Kings Cross train station (15min walk), not noisy, close to convenience store, restaurants, everything Can’t open the door via the code initially, had to call the owner for assistance. Luckily it was resolved immediately on the call. Not enough hangers and wardrobe space for cloth Washroom and toilet a bit squeezy

- Jane (6/5): Fiorm over function - a masterpiece is over engineering - Location was good for us. Very clean. Air con very easy to use Automatic lights very annoying - particularly in shower and loo. Loo door could do with a handle on the outside.. Oven didn’t work. Shower controls wrong way round. No toaster or teaspoons! No tea towel. Poor use of space - bed was rammed up against wall on one side even though there was ample room for it to be moved so that you could get in and out from both sides

- Ronen (8/5): Overall a very nice apartment. If the mattress was stiffer I would definitely come again. - I liked that the room was modern and clean. I liked the decorations, including the living plants. The spaciousness (I had plenty of room to practice yoga in the living room). The quiet. The bed was way too soft and made my back hurt. The shower is weird and has a large area of standing water that isn't drained so when you come the next day it is still there and cold. There are lights in the bathroom that turn on with a movement sensor in the room - I didn't like that when I move in bed the lights turn on. No elevator.
- Rachael (7/5): Potentially a great property in a very convenient location - just needs a few minor improvements to make it a very comfo - Very good location. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice contemporary decor. A few quirky design features, like toilet with no door handle! Gaps in work surface in kitchen meant a lot of flies seemed to be getting into the property. No bedding left for sofa bed.

- Irina (7/5): not a great experience overall, but has potential - Location and generally facilities available. It's brand new. The room I stayed in didn't seem to be fully completed. The finish on everything was quite cheap, wires hanging out, still things in bubble wrap, dead plants, no handle on a pull door of the toilet, taps installed incorrectly and building work clearly ongoing which made me trying to work impossible. overall, not a great experience

- Mohammed (9/5): Nice spot would stay again if I want to be in the same neighbourhood! - The place is clean, modern, and spacious, with a host who’s very accommodating and hospitable. It’s also super convenient for your stay. If you’re staying for a longer period, they offer cleaning services for a fee, so don’t expect complimentary cleaning. That’s the only thing to keep in mind.
- Marc (9/5): Superb - Easy to find. Host was very responsive. Wifi worked well. Clean and quaint place! Quite happy with my stay here, would stay again.
- Norisham (10/5): Beautiful and perfect apartment in a perfect location - The location was just perfect. Connection was easy with the bus stop in front of the apartment. It was brand new and stylishly decorated It was at the top floor with stairs making lugging big luggage hard Maybe in future could add simple additions like salt, sugar n oil for guests
