• Justine (8/5): It was a good room - The room was ok, it had enough space and the beds were ok for 1 night. The room was clean. Only thing I noticed was a hair on the shower, maybe the cleaning team didn't see it. Also the drain was a bit clogged it didn't fo right away.
• FOTINI (7/5): - Καθαριζανε καθημερινά. Και ήταν πολύ φιλικοι. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλή, γιατί είσαι δίπλα στο termini. Δεν υπήρχε φόβος, ακόμα και όταν κυκλοφορουσες δύσκολες ώρες. Ήταν καλυτερο από ότι περίμενα. Είχε πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά στο μπάνιο. Εμείς πήγαμε Μάιο. Οπότε αν έκλεισες την πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν μύριζε. Δεν ξέρω τι θα γινόταν το καλοκαίρι .

Aspetto generale interno di un palazzo antico riconvertito in vari hotel tutti in un unico palazzo. Un po' incasinato.

• Pare (5/5): Deben mejorar - El lugar lindo y el personal muy amable. Al entrar en la habitación había olor muy fuerte que venia del baño y al entrar al baño aún más fuerte. Para mí que soy muy sensible a los olores me daba nauseas 🤢 si hubiera otro tipo de olor realmente cambiaría al 100% más para mí ya el mal olor me arruina la estadía.

Слив в душе не работал, крышка унитаза отваливалась, в номере по факту нет шкафа с полками, куда можно разложить вещи. Кондиционер старше меня, повезло, что не жарко было, а так надежды на него нет. Окна номера выходили на оживленную дорогу, при открытом окне спать не возможно, а с закрытым душно... в общем на тройку. Завтрак типа сладкий стол, мясного, сыра не было (кофе/чай, круасан, йогурт и банан)

Puedes ir andando a muchos sitios y si te cansas la estacion central Termini esta a 5 minutos, donde puedes encontrar metro, tren, bus, tranvia, etc. Hay un microondas comunitario en la planta donde estaba nuestra habitacion, muy util. Humedad alta en la habitacion y un poco fria la primera noche. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad. No hay nada salado, solo dulce.

El personal super amable, está bien ubicado, el baño reformado y la cama comodisima. El desayuno es un poco simple pero te vas con la barriga llena, y la chica que ayuda es muy amable. Está super bien ubicada con Termini y el metro, y sino, justo en la calle de atrás hay un bus que te deja a una calle de la Fontana de Trevi Todo me gustó !! Repetiría otra vez

Le scuse sono arrivate solo dopo una lunga serie di messaggi. Fortunatamente ho trovato un altro alloggio, ma ho rischiato di ritrovarmi senza un posto dove andare a dormire, avendo prenotato e pagato con largo anticipo. NON si fa!!!!

Thanks for the Slippers :) The stuffs were great and very helpful. Nice clean hotel. Additional nice thing, there was one microwave in the lobby which helped us to heat up some food at night. The door lock was automatic. Also, 30 min extra time was given for morning check out (10:30 AM instead of 10 AM) and the breakfast time span was from 7:30-10 AM. The towels were changed regularly. Addition of AC was nice. Location is near to Roma Termini. The breakfast was almost felt nothing after our Venice hotel. We stayed in the Canal Hotel in Venice which was even cheaper than this, But the breakfast there was superlative with 3-4 kinds of breads for sandwiches with supply for ham, sausage, cold cuts, cheese slice, sandwich maker, egg salad, 3-4 variants of croissants and muffins and cakes, yogurt, cereals, Muesli, corn flakes, milk, tea, coffee, honey, 2-3 fruit juices, assorted fruit salad and whatnot, all you can eat. Here we found only 1-2 types of croissants and cake slice which are too sweet, cracker, tea, coffee, orange juice and banana. Very much disappointed with the non-existent breakfast. When we checked-in the room we were given two 500 ml bottles of water. We did not use them as we had 2 liter water with us. When we came back next day evening, one bottle was gone. Also the 2nd day we felt the room was not properly mopped, so we had to request to mop the room, next day. Final disappointment is the lift in the hotel. Basically in the building there are 4-5 hotels I guess like Alex Romano, Philla, some square and some other names which I forget now. There is a central very old lift with only 2 person capacity and the wait time was very long as the lift could operate only after serving one journey and was very slow. Sometimes we gave up and used the staircase adjacent to it to save time.

• Contreras (2/5): Súper recomendable - Si realmente estuvo mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, limpio y cómodo, la atención fue muy buena 100% amables nos guardaron el equipaje antes del check in y después del check out , teníamos café y el baño muy bien agua caliente espectacular, incluía desayuno y estuvo bueno también, está a 8 min caminando de termini o 6 min de una estación de metro , a 2min de paradas de autobús, super cerca del centro y la zona turística , la verdad muy recomendable!!! En relación calidad y precio perfecto.

• Ozgur Cihan (6/5): - Having breakfast options was good, although it was a limited Italian type breakfast. Room was comfortable and sleep was decent. Room was clean on arrival. Bashir from staff helped me get a better room, thanks to all staff for consideration. My initial room couldn't be locked from both inside and outside. It was really unsecure and door could be forced open from outside or lockpicked easily in minutes. At first, the receptionist wasn't interested and staff claimed that the door was "automatically locked" while this wasn't the case, the door was just closed that's all. After 2 hours of struggle, Bashir from staff introduced me to a properly working room. That specific room needs its lock to be fixed.

В комнате стояла тумба с мойкой не подключена ни к водопроводу, ни к канализации. К канализационной трубы тоже был неприятный запах. Маленький холодильник неплотно закрывался и очень сильно жужжал. Ночью невозможно было спать. Приходилось днем намораживать, а на ночь отключать. При следующей поездке буду выбирать другой отель

• Maria (9/5): Definitely enjoyded our stay - The staff was really nice and friendly, they accommodated everything we asked for. The room was cleaned every day. The complementary breakfast was a surprise because it made it easier to start our day. The property is near both a bus station and a subway station as well as the termini. The only thing that we did not like is that there was a smell in our room that we believe it was coming from the sewage system.

O quarto cheira esgoto forte, as janelas não fecham e a porta não tranca. Possui um elevador muito antigo , onde cabem 2 pessoas por vez e a bagagem. Fiquei presa pois o elevador parou e acionei o botão de emergência e não tinha ninguém para ajudá-lo. Enfim e no café da manhã, muito fraco e sem reposição . Péssima qualidade.
