You will not find a nicer, cleaner, or more modern place to stay. We've been travelling in the Caucasus for nearly two months and this place was such an unexpected gem that really revitalised us and left us with a great impression of Gyumri. Nothing, it is perfect.

- Hajforoosh (10/5): A perfect stay with a beautiful view and great hospitality. - The city of Gyumri is a piece of paradise, and this house is an amazing place to stay—everything about it is perfect. You can work on your notebook while enjoying the beautiful view of a park (garden) right in front of you, or have a meal with your family and take in the scenery. Dear Karen is a kind and wonderful man who helps a lot, accompanies you, and provides everything you might need. The park has playground equipment that keeps the children entertained, as well as a playfield where they can play football and basketball. We had an absolutely wonderful time here, and everything was just perfect.
