- Carol (8/5): - The flat was very central, close to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is nice, set within communal gardens.
- Ma Jose (10/5): - La casa es como en las fotos, llena de detalles para hacer comodísima la estancia, por ejemplo dejar café, azúcar, infusiones, a parte de refrescos en la nevera y agua, tener sillas de playa y sombrilla, pastillas de lavadora y lavavajillas, pocas veces sucede esto, había hasta comederos para nuestros perros, la casa estaba limpísima y la piscina fenomenal, el edificio muy tranquilo, la recomiendo al 100%. La calle a la que da la vivienda es una principal por lo que había bastante ruido de motos y coches, pero totalmente llevadero.

La propietària molt amable i al cas en tot moment de les nostres peticions i dubtes. Aires i ventiladors molt eficients. Les ciutats de Cartagena i Múrcia relativament properes, i molt recomanables. Hi hem estat molt bé! La terrassa petitona i si poses els aires acondicionats no s'hi pot sortir de la calor, però s'entén que es necessari que els aparells estiguin a l'exterior. Res mes que no ens hagi agradat.
- cristina (6/5): Vacaciones tranquilas y mejorables - Ubicación y la opción de piscina . Instalación de ventiladores y aire acondicionado. TV y variedad de canales. Cocina muy obsoleta y la casa oscura y con una terraza con vistas a la gasolinera y con mucho calor por los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Recomiendo instalar y organizar mejor el conjunto de cables de TV y aires acondicionados que hay en el salón. Así como revisar el suelo del rellano central de la casa. ( tiene baldosas distintas y al pisar se hunde). El acceso al garaje es estrecho y no está comunicado con el edificio de la casa

- Natalia (10/5): - La limpieza, camas super cómodas, céntrico y al lado de la playa y un restaurante que se come estupendo que se llama " la madre del amor hermoso " la dueña nos dejó café, azúcar, aceite etc... un detallazo El aire acondicionado no tenía fuerza. Pero sin más, nos apañamos con los otros aires y de maravilla

- Normanw27 (9/5): Can't fault location, everything more or less on your doorstep. - Location was perfect, although is was hard to find at first, but luckily owner was on site and came down to us. Entrance next to the chemist with white gates. And there is a lift to the 2nd floor. Accommodation is a good size, with double bedroom streetside, and is well equipped for your stay. Everything you need is within easy reach, bars restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. This is my 4th visit to this area, in the past 3 years. Temp was around 20-24C on this visit.
- Stanley (5/5): Passable - Location good proximity to seafront and restaurants Due to cool March weather, we were cold in the flat. There were no blankets provided so we requested them and were provided with one thin throw to share. We had to double up with light duvets from second bedroom as well to try and keep warm. We were told to turn up heating but air con unit only blew out cool air when set at 29c. Entrance key to apartment complex did not function properly and took a few minutes each time to achieve entry. Electric kettle did not turn off automatically which is a fire hazard. Only hand towels were available when you would also expect bath towels. Shutters in bedroom could not be closed and curtains were thin and difficult to pull. Stiff creaky tap in bathroom washhand basin. We felt the lady host could have spent more time explaining how things functioned. No WiFi available./ no password provided in small info available on file. Due to these shortcomings we decided to move elsewhere in Lo Pagan for a second week as we loved the area. We chose this apartment on the basis of excellent reviews and the attractive bougainvillea photo which turned out to be the shared garden area of the neighbouring residential complex.
