- Charles (7/5): Ok, mais rapport qualité/prix un peu faible. - Bien situé au centre-ville de Wellington, épicerie proche, plage à proximité, restaurants variés à distance de marche. Vue du lac à partir de la fenêtre arrière. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Relativement tranquille. Situé au 2ième étage, presqu'un 3ième, escalier extérieur long, étroit et un peu chambranlant. Escalier complètement encombré de matière végétale tombant de l'arbre à côté, feuilles glissantes, noix noires et gommantes, on aurait pu dégager l'escalier avant notre arrivée. Déchets éparpillés sous l'escalier durant toute la semaine. Odeur de moisi en entrant dans l'appartement. TV HD annoncé mais aucune instruction pour l'opération de l'appareil et la sélection des chaînes. Chaises de cuisine très incomfortables. Plancher qui craque.

- Isabelle (10/5): Mon garçon a tellement aimé passer un séjour qu’il me demandait de « rester pour toute la vie! ». - Intéressant de se trouver dans un ancien magasin général. Très bien rénové. Parfait pour 2 couples ou une famille ! Tout est prêt pour cuisiner de bons repas en famille, avec l’îlot on pouvait être tous ensemble pendant la préparation. 2 belles salles de toilette avec douche. 2 lits confortables. Ce sont des détails, car nous avons eu un bon séjour ! Espace de l’îlot toutefois est serré à 4, idéal à 3.
Terrasse moins entretenue, beaucoup de toiles d’araignées et noix des arbres, mais pas un gros problème !
Équipez-vous bien contre les moustiques en été au coin du feu!!

The location was great and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Wellington. The mattress and pillows weren't great but certainly acceptable. I am also very picky when it comes to beds and bedding. Other than that, no complaints!

It seems apparent that we’re sharing with others in our own unit and in the building and it was incredibly slow most of the time.

- Megan (9/5): Perfect location for a PEC getaway - Gorgeous recently renovated property, exceptionally well located within Wellington area but quiet due to its position at the rear of building, we could walk to coffee and restaurants which we loved. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We didn't realize we needed to bring all our own toiletries, there is no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer, so something to be aware of/plan for during your stay.
