- Adan Carlos (7/5): - La ubicación Las sábanas regular, el baño prácticamente no cabe una persona, falta de detalles con el cliente como algún sobre de te o cápsulas de café de cortesia que eso no supone gran cosa

La tranquilidad para descansar , no sé oyen ruidos molestos a pesar de estar en el centro , el apartamento es espacioso y la comunicación con la anfitriona perfecta. Eché de menos alguna servilleta o rollo de papel de cocina , por lo demás todo perfecto.

- Ole (1/5): Bad - On arriving with my family to Burgos on the same morning of my reservation I found the following message in my inbox: "Hello, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. We see you made a reservation through Booking.com, but another reservation was already made. Booking.com made an error by assigning the same stay to two guests at the same time. Complain to Booking. We're sorry, we can't process your reservation." On top, Booking.com make it super difficult to communicate with them, and 5 days later I'm still trying to get my money back. Total scandal. I will never book with Booking,com again.
