• Mustafa Deniz (9/5): Don’t miss it, you will be in heart of Athens. - In the middle of Athens, everywhere is 2 min. You can shop return back to room; then directly go out. Museums, shops, restaurants, Plaka (old neighborhood) etc, everywhere is max 5 min. Don’t miss it. Easy to access via key-lockers.

• Elsie M (7/5): confirm stay way before travel and make sure you speak to someone - once in the property 2 days later from arrival date it was fine Not been able to contact anyone the night we arrived and having to rent a hotel for 2 days until we were able to finally get the keys.

El proceso de check in y check out fue muy ágil, y el propietario respondió rápidamente todas nuestras dudas. Pudimos lavar nuestra ropa perfectamente, lo cual era muy importante para nosotros, ya que hasta tuvimos detergente a disposición. Y al estar ubicados entre Syntagma y Monsateraki, la accesibilidad siempre fue fácil! El colchón parecía estar algo vencido de un lado, sería bueno que lo cambiaran.

• Michelle (4/5): Confusing Check-In and Poorly Managed Arrival Experience - Loved the location so close and easy to get around from there. Like a 12 minute walk to the acropolis and all restaurants. Clean, good AC, comfortable beds, nice terrace, and responsive host. We were supposed to be allowed an early check in at 11 if possible but the room was not ready until after 3pm so we had to loiter around with our stuff. Was pretty uncomfortable for my mother who is older. The process to get the keys was VERY difficult and stressful. I had a hard time finding the key box, opening the key box was a struggle as well (sticky and won’t open easily) there were several keys on the loop and I had no idea which was which, you kind of walk into a massage parlour and it’s confusing, I asked them where the apartments were and they pointed me around to the elevator. When we got to the room none of the keys would work and I didn’t know which was the right one so I tried all of them. My mom was so tired and I had no data because I haven’t installed my e-sim yet, I had to run outside to get wifi at a random store to text the host and he told me which key it was so I went back and tried again and finally it worked. When we went inside none of the power would work and I was so confused and really needed wifi, I had to run outside AGAIN and then he let me know you put the card in the box. At night time they close two doors and I had the same key experience repeated for each door, not knowing which key is which! this whole debacle of check in was my worst airbnb/booking.com check in experience unfortunately. The instructions to get to the place and get the keys need to be more detailed.

The room is small but has everything you need, clean towels and sheets, hot water in the shower, kitchen has everything you needed. It was difficult to find the location at the first time. No sign or anything. Also opening the door with the keys ts a bit complicated. Also there was no blanket.

• Michel (9/5): Un hébergement que je conseillerais à tous les visiteurs. - Mon ami et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable à votre Studio. cet espace nous procurait tout le nécessaire à nos besoins. J'ai apprécié le sofa-lit très confortable puisque la personne qui voyageait avec moi n'est pas mon partenaire mais plutôt mon ami. Nous avons tous les deux apprécié énormément la tranquillité du Studio après de longues journées d'activités. Je dois souligner particulièrement son emplacement qui se veut à proximité de tout ce qui est à explorer à pied. Que des éloges pour ce magnifique Studio. Bravo! Et merci!
• Charlotte (9/5): - Great location, room had everything we needed Door was initially very difficult to unlock as locks work differently to how we expected. Had to ask a local to help late at night! A note explaining to turn all the way to the right and push hard at the end would help!
• Neil (8/5): Delightful modern apartment - Great little modern apartment in a central location, a stones throw from many of the major sites/sights. Great facilities in the apartment. Many restaurant choices and market nearby. The property staff were responsive and pleasant. Only minor niggle was that the power in the apartment required a magnetised card to work (attached to the apartment keys), so you couldn't pop out for 5 min and leave the aircon running. It did not bother me, but some people may not like that the view from the balcony looks onto some dilapidated buildings (but that is a general issue with central Athens). Suggestions (not dislikes): It would have been helpful to know in advance that the check in process was self service, so I wasn't concerned that I needed to meet someone (this info was given when i enquired). A guest manual of helpful info on the apartment would have also been helpful (things like that one doesn't flush toilet paper down the loo in Greece (it goes in a bin), large bins for disposal are located on particular street corners (rather than in the apartment complex) etc).

• Linda (9/5): Depending on what you need, the location of this apartment was excellent but some very simple things could improve it fu - The apartment was clean and comfortable, if small, and it was in an excellent location and super quiet. The aircon and the lift were great to have. Communication with the host was not good and no guidelines were provided eg where the garbages were located. The balcony was really a ledge and only suited to drying clothes. It was definitely too small to sit on and the “view” was horrible anyway. Some basics were missing such as drinking glasses, mugs and tea towels. The apartment was too small for a table and chairs and cooking facilities were very limited. The tv remote did not work well and the volume was stuck way too loud. The building was quite dirty and old.
• Amadeus (10/5): Fantastic apartment - I loved everything about this apartment. It‘s equipped with so much attention to detail! It has everything you need, even an iron and ironing board! Location could‘t be better to explore Athens.
• Samantha (10/5): Nice modern apartment with great facilities and close to all amenities. - Facilities, Cleanliness in the apartment. Location. Walking distance to many attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Apartment on the 6th floor, small lift for those who suffer with claustrophobia. Entrance of the building was littered with empty coffee cups and small amount of rubbish. The stairwell needs attention especially when expecting guests. Apartment being above Accounts office and Thai massage so was very busy with people going in and out.

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - Location, location, location! Bed sagging in the middle. Oversized lounge and coffee table took up too much space making apartment feel crammed.
• Jorgena (9/5): Amazing stay - Great location. Super close to the Syntagma metro station, Plaka, Psyri and Monastiraki. Super safe area as there was always police around and other people walking even in the early hours of the morning. The apartment was super cute and had everything you need. Kudos on the hairdryer. There was a weird smell when you entered the apartment, but you wouldn’t feel it for longer than a few seconds. If you left the balcony door open when you went out, there would be no issue when you returned.

• Arzu (10/5): It was a great stay for us. The location is perfect. - The location of the room is perfect. Almost all the historical sites, museums, shops, restaurants are in the walking distance. Very clean nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, nice cotton linens. Air conditioning was great. The room is not big but enough for two people. There is a small kitchette, appliances are new. There is no view from the window.
• Richard (10/5): Excellent location, great, well appointed apartment, very tastefully decorated. - Chic, tastefully decorated apartment in a great location halfway between Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations. If you have heavy luggage get off in Syntagma as it’s downhill. Very comfortable bed, best in our 3 week stay in Greece. The only noise was someone practicing the saxophone for a short while which we really enjoyed but don’t know if it is a regular feature. Stunning apartment. Nothing, it was great.
