Guest Reviews
- Julius (6/5): You get what you pay for. It would of been better without the noise above. - It was clean Too much noise above. Every night someone or children kept running back and forth. I kept hearing footsteps running back and forth repeatedly making it difficult to sleep.
- Eddison (6/5): -
- Gajic (1/5): Dirty basement - I didn't like it at all, I recorded everything and will post it on social networks. I didn't like everything, from the dirt, unhygienic, uncomfortable beds, terrible bathroom, to the people who were constantly fighting on the first floor above us, and we couldn't sleep.Shame on all this!!!
- Dreger (2/5): Wouldnt recommend. Even if you are desperate. - the location was great. Parking was easy. insufficient beds, bedding, towels, no hand towels, no dish towels. We booked for 5 people and only had dishes for 2 people. 1 roll of toilet people for the 5 of us for our 6 day stay. Microwave was in demo mode, Oven didnt have dishes to use and there were no oven mits. Contacted the owner multiple times and after 3 days were given a set of oven mitts and 2 more bowls and some plates. Still not sufficient for the 5 people staying in a place that is meant to accommodate 6. Mold in the shower and the sink was not clean upon arrival.
NADA A RECLAMAR..
- Mohammad (9/5): Property was clean and spacious with mattresses and blankets. -
- Draa (8/5): - Quartier calme, la maison est propre , propriétaire compréhensif et respectueux

- Oluwaseun (10/5): Comfortable with good value for money. - He was calm and was quiet suitable for enough rest Nothing
- Quintero (9/5): Superb - It was delightful to stay at the "RosePalace"
- Duong (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is really nice
- Sumi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krista (5/5): Passable at best. - The owner helped us to get in, as there were no outside lights by the door and we weren't sure how the digital locked worked. For security, outside lights. At least 3-4 rolls of toilet paper should always be available and kept under the sink. The bathroom has NO hand towels, or face cloths. No shampoo or body wash. The beds had no sheets and very poor pillows. The garbage can had a small plastic shopping bag that didn't fit and no additional proper garbage bags to replace the small one with once it was full. We had to ask for dish cloths and towels to wash the dishes. No paper towels available either. The coffee tasted very old and there was no tea or creamer for the coffee. No TV remote, host said he couldn't find it but would look and bring it down to us, and never did. The bunkbeds were super creaky and really not needed. I would get rid of the bunkbeds and the old dresser with kids toys and put in a queen sized bed, with proper linens, end tables and lamps with suitcase rack and an armoire so peoplenvan hang their clothes and keep luggage off of the floor. The rooms had no end tables by the beds and no lamps. Also, we could hear the owners talking and kids running around at 10pm, and we needes to sleep as we were traveling for work and needed to he up early. Could hear when someone showered or ran any water. There needs to be some soundproofing done.
There is a lot of room for improvement here and as someone who travels for work and stays in Air B & B's often, this one was hardly passable. The host being kind and that it was clean is really the only good things. $450 for 3 nights was much too expensive. $90 a night for what is there now would be ok. I also do understand that this property was affected by a flood and the owner had to replace the floors and paint. That has nothing to do with what wasn't there.
- Mostafa (9/5): Superb -
- Umair (5/5): Passable - Host allowed me extra hour to checkout. Place was clean and equipped with washer, dryer, and kitchen. Listing should tell that it’s a basement. Entrance was dark and the bunk bed wasn’t comfortable.
- Sweetpea (9/5): Superb -
- Jungbluth (10/5): Excellent experience at Imad's place and would repeat it if we ever come back to Toronto - We traveled as a family with small kids and we planned to spend a couple of days in Toronto. Imad's place is located about a 20min drive from downtown Toronto ( without traffic). The apartment is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible with private or public transportation. There is a playground in the corner of the apartment that offers a nice option for families with small kids. The host was always open to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The wifi is super fast and our kids loved the Netflix connection, this was a good solution to keep the kids quiet after a long day in Toronto. The beds were comfortable, clean amenities and the apartment had all what's required to cook a night meal for the family. Parking was always available for us, and that was a huge plus! l would recommend Imad's place, double thumbs up! 100% Nothing, everything worked out greatly.
- Loredana (1/5): Very cold , very dirty -
- Ivan (8/5): Very good -
- Jasminmit (9/5): Superb - Host was warm and welcoming. Available within the hour.
Home was clean and stocked with supplies. Comfortable and cosy place with great energy! Did a lot of meditation here.
I would recommend! Nothing, it was perfect for what we wanted.
- Carter (10/5): The #1 Stay in Mississagua you will ever find! - I loved everything about my stay....the apt was spacious,VERY clean, the interior design was classy, modern, sophisticated but yet lowkey and comfortable, the detail to our every need for the stay was well thought out...down to the age appropriate toys for my son and baby girl...and it doesnt stop there the hosts were gracious ,kind, patient and VERY understanding and helpful from the simplest question to my every need.It honestly felt like they made our comfort thier top priority. My entire family was very comfortable and safe due to the privacy we were given and our hosts' energy and personality made it even more so...I also may add kudos to the staff as well...the ones I interacted with were so nice ,corteous and thorough along with a great professional relationship with the hosts...grew my respect for them even more...just genuinely nice and awesome people...will recommend everyone to have at least 1 stay which is also very affordable !...i guarantee you wouldnt want to leave🙂 What I didnt like was....I assumed and didnt extend.... my stay was tooo short.
