• adrian (2/5): Me robaron. Me hurto el que me alquilo - Ubicación Primero que tenía q hospedarme en otro dto y me dejaron en el mismo q ya venís. Me pidieron cambiar de dto xq estaba mal la parte eléctrica, yo estaba en otra ciudad , cuando volví tuve que ir rápido a sacar mis cosas y me olvide ropa y comida . Se las pedí y nunca me respondieron , es decir me robaron. Denuncia hurto de parte de los que me alquilaron . Solicito intervención e indemnización. Tengo los msj enviados y no respondidos. No responden consultas solo cuando les conviene. No entiendo como tienen a esos en la página cuando son estafadores. Solicito devolución de mi ropa y alimentos en indemnización. Nunca me pasó con ustedes esto. Me robaron . Iniciaré acciones de no reparar el daño

• Martin (1/5): - Me cancelaron el apartamento y me dejaron sin nada al aterrizar, por suerte Booking respondió y me realojaron. Esta gente no podría estar más en Booking

• saša (8/5): - Najveća vrijednost ovog objekta je njegova lokacija. U samom centru Madrida, par sto metara od Plaze del Sol. Internet je neupotrebljiv.
• Obanos (8/5): Endroit agréable, bonne relation qualité prix et bonne communication. - Très bon emplacement et très satisfaite de la relation qualité prix. Une rue plutôt calme dans un environnement très fréquenté. L'arrêt du métro est juste là devant donc le déplacement en ville est simplifié. Bonne communication avec les responsables, très gentil, informations claires et disponibilité régulière. Un des lits n'avait pas de couverture, juste des draps, donc on devait allumer l'air conditionné, pour ne pas avoir froid la nuit. Il n'y avait pas de torchon de cuisine ni de pèle pour récupérer le balayures.
• Ivan (5/5): Alojamiento con problemas de energía eléctrica - El apartamento, tenía lo básico necesario para mi alojamiento El departamento tenía un problema eléctrico, saltaba un breaker y dejaba sin energía eléctrica a varios departamentos icluido el mío, luego de investigar, determiné que el problema era en el apartamento que yo me encontraba, informé esto por wathsaap al único contacto que tenia el apartamento, finalmente el último día me cambiaron a otro apartamento, esto fue un gran inconveniente, pues no tenía cocina, refrigerador, microondas, lavadora ... ni wifi. fue una verdadera molestia

• Marina (1/5): - Estafa total!!! Cuidado a los que alquilen aquí. Leer más comentarios abajo. Hay cucarachas y además el piso no tiene licencia de apartamentos turístico. Un antro donde pagas a precio de hotel. La cocina no sé puede usar por la cantidad de cucarachas, así que olvídate. Por la noche cuando duermes las cucarachas están por la habitación. Cuidado ! Y ánimo a todos aquellos que quieran denunciar a la comunidad de Madrid. Very bad experience. There were cockroaches every day, and the kitchen could not be used because of this infestation. In addition, the apartment did not have a balcony, even though the ad said it did. They even changed the address to Calle Barcelona 12 without prior notice. Nobody gave me a solution or contacted me during the whole stay, and they don’t reply to messages. BEWARE, SCAM. It does not have a tourist registration number, so tourists be warned! There are much better places in Madrid at a better price.

• ENGEL (3/5): Place to avoid. For a few euros more, there are clean and modern apartments in the same neighbourhood. - The studio is ideally located three steps from the Puerta del Sol, the most central place in Madrid. It overlooks an inner courtyard and remains silent despite a lot of activity in the street. The apartment should be completely renovated (painting, furniture,...). Everything is old and dilapidated (broken chairs, damaged table), and especially an air conditioning that does not work and only projects room temperature. With the heat in Madrid, this point is not acceptable. Finally, cockroaches regularly came out in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Nicholas (1/5): Pieno di scarafaggi - La posizione super La casa è davvero bruttina ma per il prezzo va benissimo. Ecco i vari problemi: la cucina di notte si riempie di scarafaggi. Per 8 giorni ci hanno lasciato solo un sacchetto della spazzatura e un rotolo di carta igenica. Non ci era mai successo. Eravamo in tre. Uno dei 3 cuscini era praticamente una mattonella.
• pauline (4/5): - L’emplacement est proche de tout À l’arrivée nous avons reçu un message nous disant que ce n’était pas la bonne adresse sur le site donc déjà pas sérieux de recevoir cette info le jour même. Ensuite ne parlons pas de l’appart qui n’était pas propre mais surtout des cafards donc on a pas pu faire des courses de la semaine car peur que ça soit encore plus infesté et manque de confort pour dormir à cause des lits. Et pour ce qui est des cafards j’avais prévenu le proprio qui m’as envoyé quelqu’un juste pour mettre un coup de produit pour nuisibles donc autant dire que ce n’est pas la solution; j’ai vu dans les commentaires que ça datait qu’il y en avait donc j’imagines qu’il n’y a jamais eu de vrais protocoles mis en place pour ces nuisibles ce qui est dommage.

• Javier (3/5): Noisy, rundown and very EXPENSIVE! - It was in a good location It was dirty, it had cockroaches. The fridge door was broken, cigarette burns on the couch. No smart tv, It was not the apartment in the pictures. Very Noisy and very expensive
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - The room was nice , fair for the price , excellent location. The bathroom was small and the shower flooded a little ,the button on the toilet was a little hard to push , you can hear others clearly in their rooms.
• Medy (9/5): Perfect👌 - The apartment is accessible to everything. Really close to Sol metro. We arrived very late and Jose was very helpfull and kind to inform us in advance that the room we are supposed to stay was not available and have moved us to another apartment. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommending this apartment to my friends👍😊 They should put a foldable hanging rack for clothes inside.

• Jill (5/5): I wasn’t sent the information to enter the property. It was easy once I knew where the key was but I had a very stressfu - The kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower curtain appeared dirty. The shower was not suitable for a large person. The bed was a bit squeaky. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

• Marco (3/5): Don't book this - Nothing Almost everything this place doesn't look like what is been showing on the pictures. The complex is fire hazard. Stay away from this place. There are also different locations which is not shown on Booking.com so you may end up somewhere else.

• Luigi (9/5): Last minute booking - Excellent location, lot of service (water boiler, microwave, dishes, coffee machine ecc...), beds were very comfortable! Interior were quite weared, bathroom was outside the room (in our appartament) not very clean overall.
• Richardson (1/5): Nightmare in La Latina - Location is the only thing to mention here, it’s very well located what makes it super sad how the apartment is treated, it could be a gem in the city Everything else, but to say it from the start. Communication with the host is awful, I had to contact booking in a moment to force them to answer me. The apartment I got didn’t have a toilet inside the room, it’s on the other side of the of a long corridor with 2 other rooms, inside the bathroom is a nightmare, tiny, smelly and connected to a bathroom in another room, so get ready to feel like you’re using a public toilet as you listen to everything that happens in the other room. Inside the apartment is sad to see a room with a really nice size so badly treated, the floor is falling apart, there’s a window to the corridor that makes no sense at all, the door to the balcony is not sealing well, so you hear all that happen in the streets even been in the 4th floor and, the worst, it allows the cold to enter, I could feel the air coming in. Also about the balcony, that is announced as a good thing, forget to have access to it, the air conditioning machine take the whole space of it and worst, it prevent you from closing the broken old wood door to try to make the room private and dark, this last is also a problem as the curtains to that door are paper thin, while the one to the kitchen was super good, making no sense at all. And then we get to the bed, the worst bed I ever slept on, the mattress was so twisted it was extremely hard to sleep in it, for that, at least, an employee came and turned the mattress which improved it 30%, which means almost nothing, but good to say he tried. To wrap it all, in the first night I found a bug in the bed that I assumed was a flea, I reached out both, the host and booking and none really helped, this should be a matter of refunding right away and booking finding me a new place, but what could I expect for such a bad place and an app that allows such things to be part of their lists?

• Reijo (1/5): I have been cheated! - I didn´t like: I had booked an appartment for two weeks (6.-20.10.2023) in Madrid in address Calle de los Estudios 7. The owner informed me, when I came to the Madrid airport, that my accommodation has been changed without discussing with me. The new address was Calle del Desengaño 12. In this new place there were no air conditioning, no washing machine, no dishwasher, no microwave oven, no coffee maker. The WiFi didn´t work. The stove didn´t work. For all those things I had paid . The room was much more smaller than what I had paid for. The owner didn´t answer my phone calls. I send many WhatsApp messages, but I didn´t get answers to my questions. I tried to contact with booking.com, but didn´t manage. So I had to stay in this very small room two weeks.
• Richard (4/5): Should have been a lot better for the price paid... - The location is very convenient. There's no sign for Apartamentos TravelStep La Latina on the intercom or on apartment door itself... Collecting the keys wasn't easy - lots of missed calls and hanging about... Difficulty obtaining Wifi and the TV is very poor quality... Average cleanliness...
• Heidi (5/5): If you are there for work , you better come prepared with your own internet! - Great location Internet non existent and I was on a working trip and using my roaming which is not ideal nor good. Tried contacting them couple of times (everyday at least 2x) never got response only once saying try this password which never worked (and I sent pics says incorrect password) and that’s it, never heard from back from them..
