• Alena (1/5): Klidná část, v blízkosti žádná restaurace, nutné mít auto na vyvážení odpadků a nákup. Před převzetíim si vše natočte ne - Zcela klidná lokalita, prázdná pláž, minimum lidi, nádherný výhled z apartmánu přímo na moře. Měli jsme domluvený check-in na 14:30h, kolegyně Eleonora přišla ve 14:45h, poté nás nechala čekat dalších 15 minut před vchodem do bytu, s malým dítětem ( že jde dát sáčky do koše). Hezké přivítání. Byt je ve značne opotřebovaném stavu a novější věci jsou nekvalitní ( hlavně, aby to bylo co nejlevnější) Kuchyň: nože tupé, každý talíř jiný, skleničky zničené z myčky, prkýnka na krájení na vyhození, pánve nelze použít ( koupili jsme si svojí v Estepone v Carrefour), myčka zapáchá odpady. Trouba, když má peče, tak je vařící z venku ( pozor na malé dítě). Koupelna: dostali jsme 3 kusy malých a 3 kusy větších šedivých ručníku, téměř všechny odbarvené s bílými fleky a pruhy od praní.. hadice k baterii ve vaně (zadní koupelna) omotaná lepicí páskou, vana otlučená uvnitř, vedle položená protiskluzová podložka do vany ( smrděla, byla od plísně, stará na vyhození). Idelitový zaves… Ložnice: značně opotřebovaný nábytek včetně matrací, nemůžete si rozsvítit lustr, pouze lampičky u postele). Pokud jste zvyklý na tmu v ložnici, tak to nelze, je tam pouze polopropustný závěs, nevalné kvality. Ložní prádlo bylo čisté a v pořádku, ale chybí tam klasická deka. Obývací pokoj: chybí klasická sedací souprava, kde si můžete pohodlně sednout. Pohovka pod přehozem špinavá… Terasa: Černý plastový nábytek značně opotřebovaný, nekvalitní. Stůl se každou chvíli rozpadne, židle to samé… Problémy s majitelkou: V průběhu pobytu se mi stalo, že jsem si sedla na jednu z plastových venkovních židlí a ta podemnou praskla a já jsem spadla na zem, náhlasila jsem toho majitelce ( ta po mne chtěla zaplatit 17 Euro za židli plus dopravu z Amazonu v celkové ceně tedy 40 Euro za 1 plastovou židli),to jsem odmítla zaplatit, protože se jednalo o starý plastový nekvalitní nábytek a pravděpodobně vlivem horka a celodenního sluníčka byla židle proste tenká a křehká jinak si nedokážu představit, proč by praskla.

• Jean (10/5): An amazing beachfront penthouse in quiet area, away from the crowds - Finding the place was easy and getting in was simple and straightforward. The views of the beach are amazing, especially from the rooftop solarium. The condo was comfortable and has all the amenities you would expect from a modern condo. The area is quiet and the beach is not crowded, so if you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be! The sunrise over old town is something that must be witnessed in person. Spectacular! The beach itself is a bit rocky, and the Estepona Hotel & Spa Resort next door appeared to be closed for renovations, or perhaps out of business. This in no way reflects on the Diletta Beach condo - In fact it made my stay that much better for peace and quiet! Be sure to practice your Spanish, because this area does not have many anglophones. You'll be living among the locals, but that's a good thing!

Apartamento acogedor, lo que lo hace muy agradable para descansar después de un día de playa. La ubicación es perfecta, la zona es tranquila, tanto la playa como la piscina, ideal para relajarse. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades wifi rápido, cocina equipada, aire acondicionado y ropa de cama. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. En definitiva, recomiendo este apartamento al 100 %.

We were there in February and enjoyed the sun on the roof terrace when the balcony was in the shade. Our host Sara was the best and did her utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's one of the best places where we've stayed around Estepona!

The view was spectacular and the condo was set up beautifully and had everything we could need. The pool and the beach are at your doorstep and so relaxing. Good parking right at the unit. I liked the fact that we were slightly out of the center of Estepona. It's quick to get there but there's also places nearby to eat and shop. The owner, Sara, and her family could not possibly be nicer or more helpful. We loved meeting them and getting to stay at their place for 9 days! Just not long enough!! Not a single thing!

One of the best overall experiences I've had while renting apartments through booking.com I could easily come back again. There was nothing that was against our expectations.
