Guest Reviews
- Fergus (10/5): -
- James (4/5): Will take money out your bank with out consent and claim you lost keys - Good location Unfortunately Ive been scammed by this property so please be aware before booking. They claimed I misplaced keys but for some reason they still received the fob for the main entrance which doesn’t make sense as it all came attached to the keys. They charged my account £100 with out any authority so I think these are regular scammers, especially to our foreign visitors
- Andrea (9/5): Great location. Had everything needed -
- Ian (7/5): - Easy location to get to Wembley / Stay North for trains etc! Wifi didn’t work!
- Dulce (7/5): Good flat. - The apartment was good and comfortable; there was enough space, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. For a start, the communication with them was complicated; it was very stressful, to the point that we thought it was a scam. We even got a link twice to make the payment again, even though we had already paid, and that was odd. I had to call Booking.com a few times because I was even scared that we would lose our payment. Also, we had to wait until a few days before arriving to get the address of the flat, and therefore it was stressful after we made the payment. It could be cleaner; the floors were a bit dirty. Maybe if they supplied new towels, the ones we got were so used. Our room was good, but sometimes the light from the street wouldn't let us sleep.
- Hannah (10/5): Lovely! - Clean. Bright good location Really need to upgrade your air con machine. Was very hot and sticky !
- Denise (8/5): Great location - Apartment was spotlessly clean. Only one set of keys between 6 guests. No tea towels in the kitchen. Not enough towels for guests. Cleaner arrived at 930am on the morning we were due to check out and waited outside the door for us to leave.
- Amy (5/5): If you squint, it looks like the pictures. With no hot water. - Location was good. Pictures sold it to be cleaner and newer than it was. No hot water at all over four days. We asked for help and were told to reset the boiler. I spent an hour doing that and it didn’t work. Asked for help again and nothing happened.
Plus, mold in the bathroom and not very clean.
- Mark (6/5): A very small amount of extra care would have transformed the stay. - This is a pleasant building with a very friendly concierge. The location is great. Penny pinching re facilities. For example one towel each and then a small one for the bathroom but not tea towel in the kitchen. Nothing in the store cupboard, not even salt. A very small amount of extra care would have transformed the stay.
- Kay (1/5): Don't stay here - We had no hot water for half our trip. The contact phone numbers provided were never answered. Our only communication was via WhatsApp and the responses were not satisfactory. Since our return I have been unable to contact the property to share my disappointment, emails and messages have been unanswered.
- Iwona (10/5): Clean, cozy and unbeatable location - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was spotless, freshly renovated, very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a night out. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, just steps away from great nightlife and amazing restaurants. Despite being so central, it was peaceful and quiet inside. Super convenient and cozy! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
- Shannon (4/5): Lovely central apartment in Camden but disappointed that we had to have freezing cold showers. - The apartment is a good size, well equipped and very clean. We did not have any hot water throughout our weekend. I messaged Booking.com but nothing was done about it. The apartment was very warm due to the hot weather but we could not use the air unit as it smelled of fish.
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely short 2 night stay with my daughter. Primarily used as a base to do some sightseeing. - Very spacious, all the mod cons available including air cons and fans which were a god send on our visit. Can I also mention the concierge who was an absolute gent. Really friendly and let me use his private toilet while we were waiting for our keys to arrive and also kept our bags safely for us after we had to vacate the apartment and wanted to nip out for some breakfast and a final shopping trip before our train home which wasn’t until 2:30pm. I didn’t catch his name, but he said he worked till 5pm every week day Wasn’t the quietest on a night, could hear noises from apartments above including a droning noise. Wasn’t really terrible though and is to be expected when staying in an apartment building I suppose
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Bright clean Very warm
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, everything you need great location
- Zielonka (8/5): Very good - Very good localization
- Reem (3/5): Poor - Extremely disappointed. The sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guests and when we raised this was the host, they had only dropped off clean sheets for us to change ourselves. The bins had also not been emptied. Would not recommend.
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Oliver (8/5): Very good -

- Tommy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (9/5): London trip - Location and facilities There was no AC, and it was too warm in the apartment during the night
- Andy (9/5): Great location - Good central location More towels each
- Kylie (9/5): Great stay for Camden!! - Exactly as described Appeared a little more spacious on pictures but worked perfectly for one night as it’s in the heart of Camden!
- Stacey (9/5): Superb -
- Mia (8/5): Very good -
- Jade (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Great find.. - Great location, value for money. Everything we needed. We will come again. Great communication. Big shower head not workings correctly. Needs descaling.
- Kathryn (10/5): Fab girls weekend in Camden - Fabulous clean / secure property in Camden One tiny comment - no tea towel ! Apart from that all good !
- Victoria (8/5): Great stay will come back - Very clean and comfortable
- Randle (8/5): Great location and communication from the hosts! - Host and communication was super! Apartments were perfect for what we needed. Great location. The shower in one of the apartments was leaking but didn't spoil our stay - more an FYI for the property managers. Otherwise everything was great!
- Terasa (3/5): Informed the host but was ignored once o sent the photos of the stains and ling black hair in the bed. Having previously - Location The laundry, bedding/towels were dirty
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - This was a very last minute booking due to turning up in London to find that the accommodation we had booked was dreadful. I quickly logged in to Booking.com and found this apartment. I booked it immediately and we were checked in within half an hour. The staff were very helpful in dealing with our last minute request.
The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. An absolute bargain too!
I couldn't recommend it enough and we would stay there again.
- Nicola (7/5): Good -
- Vladimir (8/5): Good value for money, safe and close to Camden - Good value for the money, safe.
- Barry (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Velimir (9/5): Superb - A TV that does not have a choice of programs, as well as HD picture quality. A sound like the vibration of a mobile phone is constantly happening. It's not loud, but it's annoying.
- Tracy (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (6/5): Pleasant -
- Callum (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jordan (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again - It was nice and clean and central to amenities The heating didnt work, the fob to get into the building didn’t work we were stuck outside until other residents let us in, the were constant parties in the complex and out on the street till all hours not suitable for families
- Cara-jayne (10/5): Very nice location, exceptionally clean, great hosts! - Friendly host and met us at the time agreed Nothing, loved it!
- Jengamaster (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (7/5): Good - High quality apartment and clean. Smooth check in process and excellent location Everything was high quality apart from the TV! Would expect at least a smart TV. Would be good to have some sort of a speaker too
Other than that we were very impressed
- Mc (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable, a great relaxing environment with space for leisure and also practicalities such as tea, breakfast - Clean and with all the necessary requirements eg cutlery, bowels, toiletries etc I liked it all … although maybe the plastic plants could be replaced!
- Lesley (8/5): 2 bed apartment near Camden market - Good sized apartment, in what looks to be a new block. 2x double bedrooms (queen sized beds). Good sized bathroom. Big living space; sofa for 2 (sofa bed, but only recommend use for emergencies as not very comfortable), additional armchair; dining table with chairs for 5; kitchen with all mod cons (although didn't really use it as there are so many places to eat nearby). Washing machine in cupboard in hall. Lift. Security 9-5. Key fob entry at main entrance. Quiet location near Mornington Crescent tube station. 10 min walk to Camden market. Mattress was too soft for me, just personal preference.
- Esah (7/5): Good and comfortable - Clean and spacious Heating is on even though we lowered the temperature it still feels warm
- Halilah (9/5): Superb -
- Antony (10/5): Great apartment clean, quiet and convenient -
- Linda (9/5): Great location. Very stuffy apartment - Excellent location in between 2 train stations and close to shops. The windows only opened about 5 centimetres and it was hot and airless. The "air-conditioning " unit blew hot air out the back as there was no extraction hose!
Second bedroom doesn't have a window
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Carli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maram (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were very helpful and nice The location and the cleanliness.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tahlia (7/5): Satisfactory - Really good location & very quick responses from hosts! Apartment is perfect for 4 people! The apartment was VERY hot, unbearably so. We switched off the thermostat & had the windows open but because we were on the first floor, the windows only opened a tiny bit. We had 2 air con machines but no extractor for the hot air to go, so the cold air being produced was counteracted by the hot air coming out of the back.
- Vlado89 (8/5): Great location, clean and spacious apartment. - Great location in the clean and new building. Well equiped and quite spacious. It was way too hot in the apartment even though it was not that hot outsite. Windows cant be fully opened so it was hard to get it colder inside as the AC was missing (we were travelling at the beginning of September). Also we were a party of 3 in need of separate beds so one of us had to stay on the sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed was really bad to sleep on, very unconfortable. I have seen several guest complaining about this issue so I would recommend host in investing in a new sofa.
- Livia (7/5): Good - Very good cleaning, bed terrible mattress, not comfortable and very small. Mattress to small and nothing comfortable.
- Michelle (10/5): Perfect for a family group. - Clean and spacious.
- Kieran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lesley (10/5): Visit to Camden - The apartment was perfect, the check in easy. Tube on doorstep, we were visiting camden but actually went all over London as the tube was so close. Will definitely use again. Would have liked to be able to leave luggage for the day on check out day.
- Carol (5/5): Not valuable apartment - Great location. Walking 10 minutes to Camden Market and next to Mornington Crescent station. Very poor wifi connection. We can’t connect wifi most of the time.
There was some strains on the towels
The room was too hot even though the fans and a mini air conditioner were in there. The temperature outside was about 22-23 Degree Celsius but the room’s was 29 Degree Celsius.
- Peter (9/5): 2 bedroom apartment in a great location - nice and roomy in a great location, another nice observation was how quiet the property was which really suited us. Would have no hesitation staying there again. Collecting the keys was a bit of a chore but got there in the end.
- Maureen (9/5): Great location, clean, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. - The location and facilities were excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite its convenience. Very clean. The management was responsive. The door to the apartment did not self-lock. I was uneasy having to leave it unlocked with the keys on the table. But the management responded quickly and reassured me.
- Ken (8/5): Very warm apt! Air Conditioning was most welcome.. - Cleanliness, location Lack of towels/ kitchen towel
- Helen (8/5): Good for what we needed - Location was good and property very clean - but we did have to wait for the key - dispute them asking us for an arrival time and to let them know 30 mins before which we did - luckily it was not raining . Not really much they could
Do as it was a hot day - but the property was uncomfortably hot inside even though fans were provided for each room - they were too noisy to have on whilst sleeping .
Also curtains or blackout blind would be appreciated in main bedroom as there are lots of lights outside the window and just vertical blinds which didn’t blot that out . So didn’t sleep as well because of that.
- Christine (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. There were no options to store luggage upon early arrival or late departure.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Geoffrey (8/5): Lovely clean apartment in a great location - The property was quite warm - I think from a water boiler in a cupboard in the hall. we There appeared to be a central heating control that we managed to turn down but instructions would have been useful. However the windows open and we kept doors to the hall closed so it was fine
- Zuzana (10/5): Great location, great price - The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were ok, the pullout couch was not great to sleep on. Location was perfect. I was a bit nervous as there were no reviews when I made the booking, and before we travelled some not that positive reviews appeared. But it was all fine, the reviews perhaps lowered my expectations a bit, but we have had no big issues. We had two apartments booked, and planned to have 3 people sleep on the couches (kids, tiny adult). Two couches were fine, but a third one was unusable when pulled out. The kid slept on it, and was complaining after the first night. There was a missing matress, and she felt every spring.
- Daniel (7/5): Good - Room layout just about worked for a family of 5. TV didn't work.
- Jiejia (9/5): in general, will go back to stay again if visit London next time - The location is good, very close to the station, plus, restaurants and super markets within walking distance. It is very easy to purchase food from the supermarkets just across the road then cook at the apartment. 1. the check in process suffers, we waited outside the building for more than half an hour before someone coming to check us in.
2. Nice kitchen, but no supply at all, no seasoning, no oil, no salt, nothing provided.
3. the bed in the master bed room too soft. my daughter rather sleep on the sofa then the bed.
- David (6/5): modern, clean and happy with location, space and security. just did not get enough sleep. - New and modern but overall found the apartments to be too warm and the sleeper couch was just not comfortable. Probably more suited to sleeping 4 than 6 guests. Quick walk to mornington crescent tube and close proximity to M&S foodhall and Sainsbury’s made it a convenient spot for our last few days in London but overall just did not sleep well here given the heat/lack or air circulation and poor blinds (no block-out on the windows so neighbouring apartments etc.) meant that the flat was never really “dark” which made sleeping for my family (wife and kids) a challenge...... see above. mainly no block-out blinds and apartment always just too warm. ineffective fan/air con as no outlet pipe provided. thankfully my youngest is short enough to sleep on couch without having to unfold the bed as mattress was just not good enough.
- Cloudytints (9/5): Clean and tidy apartment in an excellent location! - The host and her team are very proactive and professional. I received a whatsapp text the moment I landed in LHR airport. And right after that, it was a seamless flow of communication over whatsapp, to estimate time of arrival at apartment, to the time we met the personnel to collect our keys. The apartment did not disappoint and it is true as the photos description in the listing. It is clean and sufficient for my family of 5, with 3 young, adults boys. The beds are comfortable though they on the smaller side, to pack 2 big adults. No big complaints but we wish the beds were bigger in width to accommodate tired adults after a full day of sightseeing. There is no air conditioner in the apartment, but it is not an issue for us, as London weather can be cold at night. We are out during the day, so we wont be able to tell if the apartment is stuffy during the day.
The apartment has a washer /dryer, and we did our washing, which is awesome too! The ktchen is well-equipped and everything looks new with SMEG equipments.
Not to forget the location of the apartment is superb! It is a quick 3min walk to Mornington Crescent Station, and it is along the Camden High Street. It takes about 8-10min walk to Regent Park and we did our morning walks and evening walks. It takes under 20 min walk to the King's Cross Station / St Pancras International, meandering through the quiet neighbourhood streets.
Overall this place is in an excellent location, with a clean and comfortable apartment to return to after our daily sightseeing. It is a great apartment block tucked away from the main bustling activities of Camden Town, yet everything is within walking distance with many eateries, thrift shops, and unique shops to add to the vibes of Camden.
Will recommend this to friends! We wish the beds were bigger in width!
- Abby (9/5): Superb -
- Scott (6/5): Nice, but not good enough for me to return - The location, when we eventually discovered where it was located, was good. 15 minutes from central London. The lack of upkeep by the operators. There is a real sense of this apartment being a money factory, and there are so many little issues in all areas, the care for the place is just not really there.
- Lynch (4/5): There are lots of other accommodation options in London and I’d use them in preference to this one. - Not much. We had six adults (three couples) and booked this apartment as it had two bedrooms and a sofa bed. We found that the sofa bed was so uncomfortable one of the couples had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for the first night. After this they booked into a different hotel. Of the two bedrooms, one had no window or ventilation and was too hot and stuffy. There were lots of minor deficiencies: there was only one set of keys for four to six adults, the shower access was difficult (we had a couple in their 80’s with us), there wasn’t enough toilet paper, there weren’t enough tea bags, there was no T towel, there was no clothes washing powder provided even though there was a washing machine and lots of other cleaning chemicals, the water pressure was very low, there were bathroom tap fittings missing, a knob missing on the oven, no instructions on how to use the appliances…..the list goes on.
- Ellie (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (7/5): Great but don’t book if you need to use the sofa bed! - Brilliant location, right on Camden high street. Clean apartment, quiet. If not for the sofa bed being completely unusable this would have been near perfect Don’t book if you need use of sofa bed! Sofa bed was completely unusable. Mattress dipped and had springs sticking out, no way it could be slept on comfortably. Had to just sleep on sofa instead! (Family of 5 with both beds already being used)
Check-in was arranged for 5pm. We turned up at 4:50pm with two young children in tow and no one arrived til 5:30pm. This was after we called and left messages asking where the host was. We had to just stand on the street waiting, luckily weather was fine but it was less than ideal especially when waiting with young children who were tired & needing the bathroom.
Some marks and wear & tear with walls/doors but only cosmetic.
Air con would be a good addition as the apartment was very warm overnight.
Having said this, if we needed an apartment in Camden again and had less people staying so wouldn’t need a sofa bed, we would stay again
- Matt (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Beautifully finished, all facilities provided, comfortable and relaxing. Freezer was pretty much frozen shut….
Getting in was a bit of a kerfuffle…
- Tereza (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartmen in great location. Small and not comfortable beds.
- Lyndsey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Could have done with a few cloths for washing up
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Gill (8/5): First time visiting London and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - It was clean, modern, quiet and in a good location. Close to the tube and all other amenities. The only issues we had was that the duvets didn’t quite cover the beds and there wasn’t any tea towels in the kitchen.
- Neil (3/5): Location is great but it’s basic and quite worn and the images are misleading. - Location was great. Property is similar to first 2 photos but they are not exact images of the property we were allocated and it is much smaller.
Check in was awful as we had to wait for over an hour for key to arrive. You have to book an arrival time which was inconvenient in any event when you want to be on your own schedule. Had the key holder advised an accurate time of arrival then we could have made use of our holiday time rather than waiting for an hour with our kids in the car.
Numerous flaws with the property and it is worn, namely the smell, and beds uncomfortable. No window in bedroom off kitchen. Was small apartment but just about ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Lack of wardrobe to one bedroom. Faults were reported and maintenance arrived without our knowledge whilst we were out for the day which we didn’t like.
They offered late check out due to awful check in but feel we were misled on the quality and specification of the property. There were pictures on walls but no longer, just the pins left now.
Phone charger also left at property, reported promptly and not returned to us.
The phone not good thing is the location to Camden Market but doubt you’d want to stay for more than 2 nights.
- Lionel (6/5): Good with some necessary improvements - Clean, comfortable, good location, easy check-in No towel for the dishes, windows all blocked, very few toilet paper !
- Jennifer (9/5): Excellent, would stay again - Location was great, host were very accommodating, very clean property. As described. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but we got use to it
- John (7/5): Good -
- Sara (7/5): Clean , spacious but badly managed - Property was clean , quiet and had everything we needed We told property management we would be there at6.30. We were asked to give them a half hour notice of our arrival. We text at 6 to say we would be there at 6.30. We were then told the person with the keys was delayed in traffic. We were left outside until 7.20. The person that met us was very nice and apologised but we were left waiting outside for almost an hour. We left the property to go sight seeing the following day. We then got a text to say work maintenance was to be carried out within our apartment. Basically someone was in our apartment while we were out. I found this uncomfortable. All our things were left out , nothing secured . We were out in London and going back wasn’t an option as we had booked activities. I understand maintenance work has to be done but if we were given notice we probably would have been more weary of how we left the place.
- Chloe (8/5): Very good - Clean and has a nice layout Looked different too the pictures online.
- Nurhidayah (10/5): Exceptional - The host was responsive to our messages and orientated us in person without any charges . The location was exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were sufficient. The heating in the rooms was good. The was also a lift to the apartment. Nil
- Jane (10/5): Great modern apartment - Excellent location just off Camden high street.
Good communication, able to leave bags prior to check in.
Comfy beds Nothing to not like
- Arsh (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Great location and value for monwy - Very good location private and secure
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Location, check in Out, everything was great, big and cozy apartment, quiet place in the middle of Camden, next to tube
- Kate (7/5): Good location. Value for the price, some issues. - Good location close to Mornington Crescent station. Plenty of local shops. Apartment was very quiet, which was wonderful. Very good amount of spacd for being relatively central. Comfortable sofas.
Communication from the management team was cordial. The host who met us was rude and condescending. Despite my husband and I having 3 children, he lectured us about ‘no loud parties’ and reprimanded us for waiting in the lobby. Check-in is from 3pm, and we had hoped to be sightseeing until 4:30, but the kids were exhausted. I texted to ask if we could arrive at 3:45 instead, but he couldn't/ didn’t arrive until 4:30. There’s a concierge at the apartment and collecting the keys from them would be a much better arrangement.
Beds were cheap IKEA mattresses - very soft and lumpy, especially the master bedroom. Each person should have been given two pillows to sleep with, as they were thin.
Microwave was difficult to work, or it was broken - no manuals to give instructions, and I didn’t bother to look one up online, so we went without.
Sheets were not cleanest. Bath was not the cleanest.
