- Bronwyn (5/5): Overpriced for what they offer ( or don’t offer) - Only plus for this accommodation was proximity to James St Burleigh We were allocated Unit 9. Decor belongs to the 60’s/70’s. Maintenance on the unit was non existent. Light globes out, leaking shower, flat batteries in remotes, limited wine glasses, plastic plates etc. so over priced. The garage was full of owners clutter, stuff just scattered on the floor. We had a second unit booked for family members- couldn’t even access the garage because “ owners car was in there & broken down”. AND NO INTERNET THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY-seriously?? Would not recommend these units unless like us, circumstances made us desperate.
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Loved the gardens and the upgraded pool and bathroom areas Wifi is a definite must these days not just for the young but also for my 85 year old mother. People rely on it to find info on local attractions amongst everything else it's useful for.
- Jaylene (1/5): Disappointed due to the quality of the apartment. - The location was great! The pool was lovely. The photos of the apartment we booked did not match the apartment we received. The unit was cluttered with ocean ornaments and the furniture was from the 60’s. The couch was old and stained. We asked to move to another unit as Unit 9 was unacceptable and needs to be taken off booking.com. Was disappointed as the photos of the apartment on booking.com was completely different to the one we received. Luckily we were able to move as another apartment was available but again did not match the photos online. Disappointed.
- Alison (9/5): Exceeded expectations as primarily chose apartment on size and low price. Would definitely stay agai - Size of the property. Queen bed in master room very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with all equipment to cook any meal.
Neighbours very friendly and helpful as well as the hosts.
Quick walk to beach and cafes. Few minor things. No tea towels or oven mitts. this made cooking a bit difficult.
Lock on door could have deadbolt on it as well, although safety and security of area and neighbours very good.

The apartment had modern bathrooms, kitchen and comfortable beds. The apartment was not the one I booked on Booking.com
The living area and decor was very dated, it was overcrowded with ornaments etc, the lounge and arm chairs were very old and not usable as too low and springs stuck up as not enough padding. Lucky it was beautiful weather and we did not need to lounge around apartment.

There was also no toilet paper in the rooms. I had to go out and get some myself.
