Esta experiencia es una prueba de que el turismo en el sur de Chile tiene un potencial gigantesco y de que Chile es, sin duda, uno de los países más lindos del mundo. Fui en temporada baja, con poca gente, y eso hizo que el ambiente fuera todavía más tranquilo y especial. Invito a todos a conocer el sur de Chile en distintas épocas del año y a vivir la gastronomía de la isla de Chiloé en todo su esplendor. Lo mejor de todo fue el personal: gente del sur, gente buena, cercana y amable. Sin duda volvería.

• Paulina (8/5): Lugar tranquilo - Me encanto el lugar ( alejado del ruido) la decoracion hermosa, la atencion de Cristian Duque perfecta No me gusto el balcon, tenia una sola silla, por lo tanto no se pudo disfrutar de a dos, solo uno a la vez, y el desayuno lo sirven muy tarde ( 8 am) y nunca estaba todo listo a esa hora

Preocupacion por los detalles, para que uno se sienta comodo. Sugiero, que tengan un hervidor y tacitas, para te o café en las habitaciones , el clima frio invita a algo caliente después de llegar de los paseos-.
• Hector Hernan (1/5): Baño asqueroso, limpieza horrible, mal trato de parte del gerente casi nos arruina vacaciones - Nada El hotel es bonito, pero el baño estaba asqueroso, hicimos el reclamo y la respuesta del gerente del hotel fue "si no te gusta te vas" literal, eran las 21:30 de la noche, finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación, pero claramente con el estado en que estaba el baño no quisimos utilizar ya las instalaciones, realmente fue un asco

Camera grandissima e con tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Un balcone ampio con una vista meravigliosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Colazione forse un po da migliorare, yogurt confezionato e pasticceria non all’altezza

Volveremos sin duda.

• Ali (10/5): In one word: ASTONISHING - The location is absolutely amazing. The hotel and staff are wonderful. The whole experience is FANTASTIC. The view from the dining room and living room is like a fairy tale, as the view form the rooms, absolutely mind-blowing! The road to get to the hotel is a bit tricky and I guess in winter it can be difficult to get there if you don't use a 4x4.

• Hardy.a (10/5): Great views, cozy rooms and the most amazing people in the island! - This hotel is excellent!! Love the sustainability program and its efforts to make it more eco-friendly. The room was well-heated, and the balcony was great. You have to make a reservation if you want to use the Tinaja, but it is completely worth it, and they give you a reasonable amount of time! - Don't forget to have dinner in the restaurant; the menu was phenomenal! The breakfast in the morning was good too. The access road, is a little tricky to locate the hotel.
