• TIAGO (1/5): I DO NOT RECOMMEND - I do not recommend it. After you pay the daily rate... they have an extra fee of 100 pounds, it stays in a Dangerous and violent area, no parking, you leave your car and have to walk around.

• SABIN (8/5): Dissapointing and way too pricey for what it has offerred. - The apartment was quiet and clean. The address is 5 minute walk from the train station. The agency managing the property has been extremely dissapointing. Although I have repeteadely wrote them via booking as well as via whatsapp at the phone number provided, they announced me they still need some papers for the online check the day I was supposed to check in, even if I have gone through the online check in procedure one and a half week in advance. By the time of check in, the agency did not provide me the access codes so I had to repeteadly text them and ultimately inform them I was about to submit a complaint via Booking. Finally they excused themselves for being overloaded and sent the codes. Although clean, the room is extremely small. The wifi did not work at all, neither did the heater in the bathroom. Before going, check the neighbourhood. At 7am in the morning Home Office violently knocked at the door looking for a person...

• mathew (1/5): Not clean rough location and entryway felt unsafe entering place - Inside was modern but in the middle of a very bad area and round the back and above busy local shops. Hence why there are no photos of outside. It’s a dark ginnel through 2 locked gates. The cleaners don’t clean at all the property was so dusty the blinds hadn’t been opened in a long long while! We had to air the place out when we got there. The dust was all across the top of the bed head board and the windows were also covered in dust really badly.

• Carl (1/5): A crime... - Nothing Honestly a crime for the money. The reception/telephone assistance hung up multiple times while trying to enter as "they were in a meeting", but only after I repeatedly asked to be let in as they hadn't sent us the lockbox information. Terrible part of town - children felt unsafe. Had to pay a deposit outside of normal booking, which I'm still waiting for. Left before finishing the entire night.
• Ram (10/5): "Champagne Experience on a Lemonade Budget!" - Easy access to supermarket public transport pubs restaurant and everything that you can dream of Only thing was a slow response from the property as you tried to contact them via booking or WhatsApp it was a bit slow but also they weren't ignored. Anyway I found someone on the property as i tried to check if there was reception or something else like that by ringing the bell 🔔 but we found a really helpful guy who sorted everything within minutes . But also everything was perfect in my case was an immediate booking.

• Sven (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment was very clean and comfortable, 10 min walk to the underground/overground/train-station No host present the day of arrival as promised, no answer to telephone call, little damages inside the flat, daily complicated opening of gate and apartment with codes delivered by mail instead keys, windows do not close well, very noisy quarter with dirty streets around, no TV-signal, bed in the main bedroom is a french one (1 1/2) - not a proper double bed, we had to send Euro 100,- deposit in advance by bank transfer - sent back only after 4 days, no welcome note - no info about the surrounding

• Davis (5/5): Passable - Lovely, smart apartment, with nice decor and bathroom suite. However, very noisy area with a market to the rear of the property which opens very early in the morning so unless you are a heavy sleeper the noise will wake you.

Good communication with owner think the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. also needs soap to wash your hands and no sponge in the kitchen sink to wash you dishes
• Myles (4/5): Clean apartment but poor hosts and very loud. Felt unsafe - The apartment is clean and newly furnished. The hosts weren’t great. I was let into the wrong apartment at fist and couldn’t leave until I was given the keys. The security deposit was ment to automatically come out of my account but I had to manually do it and there fire the hosts wouldn’t give me any access codoes or keys until I did. And then the code to my room was changed / didn’t work the next day. So I was locked out in the cold. I found the hosts to be not very professional. Also the apartment sound proofing is testable so it’s very loud and the area is not nice.

• Phillips (4/5): It's nicely presented, but not worth the money - Nicely decorated. Was able to contact the host fairly easily. The property was clean, cosy for a couple or up to 4 people, the bed was comfy, the bedroom was nicely presented, bathroom was nicely presented as well as living area. Good for a small get together. The security deposit is £100 which I feel is very high especially for the type of accommodation it is and where it's located. Quite difficult to locate, the instructions/directions given by the host was not very clear and confusing. I had to contact the host multiple times to get directions to the property, I was told I'd be sent a video on how to get there, I'm yet to receive it. I tried to call the host they didn't answer the phone, told me to message instead. The key safe was tricky to open. There's a step behind the gate to the property which is a health hazard. The front door was hard to open, it sticks a bit. The step into the property is also a tripping hazard. The flat was cold, I had to contact the host to turn the heating on which I had to do manually and ask for instruction multiple times, I was told to send pictures of the boiler and dials so I could be instructed as the host could not speak on the phone. I had to contact the host to get my security deposit back the next day. The TV quality wasn't great and there were stains on the sofa bed. The iron also caused damage to my partner's trousers, it left an iron mark on it.
