• Lilia (10/5): Très belle résidence - la belle piscine qui mène vers l'exterieur. Le sauna, le hammam, le jacuzzi peu fréquentés le matin pendant que les skieurs sont sur les pistes. Ce serait une belle attention si dans chacune des chambres, la résidence proposait un appareil à raclettes ;-)

• Anais (10/5): Emplacement exceptionnel avec un spa magique - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, au pied des pistes. La piscine et le spa très qualitatif. L’accueil des animaux également en plus. Le choix au niveau du Spar et de la possibilité de faire des courses pour pouvoir se nourrir de façon individuelle dans l’appartement.

• M (7/5): Late season skiing - would have been disappointed to pay full price - Clean bright modern apartment. Kitchen was well stocked. Big heated ski locker. Swimming pool was a riot with no adult only times. Very long walk to the apartment in the building with several lifts. Hard to access from the town out of the hours of 0900-2300 (30min walk)

• Juliette (8/5): Confortable résidence au pied des pistes avec piscine - Très belle résidence au pied des pistes avec un super espace piscine et une literie confortable La déco des appartements du bâtiment "souverain" est très bof, des images de nature/montagne seraient + sympas il me semble 😁 la piscine est un peu trop fraîche pour l'hiver, le lave vaisselle ne lave pas bien du tout, Netflix impossible à mettre sur la télévision. (Pas de connexion internet sur la tv or c'est une smart-tv)

• Romain (10/5): - Nous avons apprécié la situation de la résidence, son cadre, la magnifique vue que nous avions tous les matins au réveil. L'appartement était idéal, propre. Nous avons également apprécié l'espace bien être. Le parking souterrain est très pratique. Si on doit revenir dans la station, ça sera à coup sûr dans ce logement.

• Omaicar (9/5): Buen Complejo - Ubicación a pie de pista. Apartamentos cómodos. Cada habitación con su baño (2). Sistema de check in anticipado con registro de vehículo y matrícula automática para entrar al parking. Buena comunicación con Les Arc 1800 Village . Atardeceres de lujo . Falta algún utensilio de limpieza como fregona. En la cocina no nos dejaron kit de limpieza, lo pedimos en recepción. hizo falta un batidor y no hay horno. El Spa abarrotado de niños, incluso un dia nos toco un bebe con pañal dentro del jacuzzi, problema que resolvimos iendo al spa privado que esta dentro del mismo complejo que por cierto vale mucho la pena . El Gym es pequeño y tiene pocas cosas. Sin más . Son cuestiones mejorables, el complejo le conocimos hace 10 años y ha crecido mucho para bien.

• Erik (6/5): Prima locatie, star personeel - Ligging aan de skipistes, grote van de kamers. Gebrek aan flexibiliteit personeel. Door omstandigheden kwamen we 's morgens vroeg aan, het personeel ging echter geen acties ondernemen om te zorgen dat we eerder onze kamer op konden. We moesten maar om 17u terugkomen. Er wordt geadverteerd met een 'shuttle service', die blijkt er helemaal niet te zijn. Dus extra taxi kosten moeten maken die ze niet vergoed hebben.
• Julia (10/5): Perfect location - The location is ski-in, ski-out. The very spacious two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms offers enough room for four people. It was warm and had a very comfortable kitchen area. The small shop on site, offering fresh baguettes and everything needed for a delicious breakfast, was perfect. The spa shown in the pictures is available for an additional fee. It is located on the second floor in a separate apartment building, so you need to walk outside if, like us, you stay in the first building. The spa price is very reasonable, and we would definitely recommend visiting it. -

• Gaurav (3/5): - For a 5* residence what we found was unacceptable: bedsheets not changed, clearly you could see they were used, and just doing the bed and not changing the bedsheets was a very bad surprise to discover after couple of hours drive to reach the mountains. In addition toilet paper was remaining very little and no additional new one. The sofa bed that we precisely chosen for sleeping was dirty: when opening food was on the mattress. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t fix it. I had to vacuum the sofa bed and I had to change all bedsheets at 1am in the night. The hotel and the odalys didn’t react and they just ignored our messages.

• Monique (9/5): Zoals altijd: heerlijk - De ligging is geweldig. Direct aan de piste en bij de ‘boodschappen’lift. De wijze van inchecken is niet met zijn tijd mee gegaan. Duurt nog steeds een eeuwigheid.

• Dan (10/5): Modern, lovely ski-in ski out apartment. - The ski-in ski out is wonderful. There is a great grocery market on the ground floor. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom is very nice. There is ample locker storage for ski equipment. The hotel is not at the base of the mountain in the main 1800 village, but it is on the side of the mountain about few hundred yards up the hill. The only issue is that if you need to take the "Dahu" gondola from the base to the hotel between 4:30 and 7pm there can be a 15-20 minute line. You can avoid this by skiing right back to the hotel.

• gerard (7/5): Ce qui était parfait il y a plusieurs années devient correct à cause prix en augmentation constante - Accès parking avec lecture de plaque e bien pratique a l arrivée vue mont blanc comme nous l'avions souhaité, appartement spacieux, localisation au Chantel , disponibilité du personnel... Multiplicité inutiles et confuses des informations par mail et messages qui au final étaient inexactes. Réseau Wifi pourtant payant défectueux. Une petite attention sur le ménage ne serait pas un luxe.

• li (5/5): 不满意 - I am very disappointed with this stay. The property was advertised on Booking.com as “ski-to-door,” which was the main reason I chose and booked it. However, in reality, there is still a walking distance of approximately 100 meters from the apartment to the ski area, which clearly does not meet the definition of ski-to-door. The staff explained that this was due to insufficient snowfall, and therefore ski-in/ski-out was not possible. I do not find this explanation acceptable. If the property cannot reliably offer ski-to-door access, it should not be marketed as such. This feels misleading and does not match what was advertised at the time of booking.

• Samuel (10/5): All good - one of the better places to stay. - Everything good - we stayed and skied over Christmas. It was expensive as is everything over the peak time. But not as bad as many other places so good value for money. Lovely apartments perfect location for skiing, social, shops and Apres-ski. Good car parking under the building. WiFi, Smart TV - all you’d expect and well done. Our kids managed to do something to the TV - it was fixed within an hour. Staff very friendly and helpful! Nothing - I would definitely return.

• Roseanne (1/5): A big disappointment and freezing cold - Not much Apartment heating repeatedly broken, always cold, had to keep skiwear on when returning to apartment in the afternoon and on waking had to fully dress with jumper to make breakfast as so cold in lounge area. Was not possible to adjust the heating ourselves. Pool heating broken for the duration of stay - only warm on last day which was a real disappointment for my kids. Ski lockers were as expected and that room was warm. Beds very comfortable.

• Matthieu (9/5): - Superbe résidence pour passer une semaine en été. La résidence est accessible grâce à une cabine téléphérique ou quelques minutes de marche des restaurants/commerçants. La résidence est propre et les chambres bien équipées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 randonnées offertes en groupe avec un guide. Un peu plus de détail pour se rendre à la résidence quand on arrive en funiculaire/navette (ex : arrêt de la navette + disponibilité de la cabine téléphérique...)
