• Pieter (4/5): - - Location is quite nice: calm street, close proximity of supermarkets and the beach on 5 minutes walking distance - size of the house is really nice for 5/6 persons. With 3 showers it's easy to quickly take a shower with the whole family - Cooking facilities available and reasonable well working. Toaster, microwave, pots and pans all is available and acceptable clean - space around the house is really nice and spacious. If you want to sit in Sun or shade, there is always an option in the large garden It just is not clean enough: - Dirty bed linnen with spots and stains at nearly every one. Large yellow sweat spots on a few of the bed linnens - The floor is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner but certainly not with a wet mop. Many stains, drops and dirt still visible on the floors - Hand/finger prints still visible on the doors - A dead insect on the floor of the largest bedroom - The floor of the pool was covered in sand. Clearly not cleaned before our arrival Stuff is not working: - Airconditioning at smallest bedroom does not give real cold air, only a bit of ventilation - The pool is slowly leaking. After every night a couple of centimeters of water is gone. We filled the pool with fresh water with the supplied hose No basis household supplies available: - All toilets have exactly one (1) role of toilet paper and when you finish these you have to buy new ones yourself - No dishwasher detergent tablets available so if you want to use the supplied dishwasher you first have to buy a whole pack of tablets, even if you are staying for only a few days - No empty new garbage bags available. Not for the large bin in the kitchen and not for the three small bins in the toilets. So again, if you fill one up you have to buy an entire roll. General comments: - The usage of the airconditioning units downstairs is at an additional fee of 10 euros per day, while this was not clearly stated at our reservation on booking.com I dont think its fair a property owner can add these types of conditions after we come to an agreemen - beds were really really hard and uncomfortable
