• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing to be honest……wouldn’t return sadly - Location was good WiFi didn’t work upstairs Pool was dirty No duvets on bed - these were requested and we got bought dirty blankets No instructions for the oven or washing machine No oven gloves Unkept gardens
• Mick (5/5): Has lots of potential, but needs a lot of love, care and repairs. - The Villa has so much potential in size and location. Ideal with it being just a few hundred metres to the bars, restaurants and the Bakery etc. There are plenty of sunbeds and the privacy is very good. It's a hidden gem that could be brilliant if it had some love and care taken of it. We had an issue with the TV not working, but the hosting company are very very good and handle any issues very quickly and efficiently. The general upkeep of the Villa was very poor. 3 Showers, non electric, so on a cloudy day you have no hot water. Majority of the silicone in the bathrooms is mouldy and old. The Patio doors to the balcony in one of the twins rooms won't shut and lock, very dangerous if you have small children and for security. The garden was overgrown, especially around the outside table and chairs area. Sockets were hanging off the wall/ not working in areas. The beds were cheap, very hard and uncomfortable. When we arrived the towels and bedding had marks and stains on, which was a poor first impression. All the bins in the bathrooms had broken lids. Some of the bedroom and bathroom doors don't shut properly and stick. Another issue is that the showers are all located right next to windows and with nothing to cover those windows, even though it is frosted glass, you do feel exposed. Shower curtains needed replacing and refreshing. The table legs on both tables in the downstairs living area are loose and need repair. Loose toilet seats. The downstairs bathroom has a problem with the toilet cistern which takes a very long time to refill after the flush. Overall it was just lots and lots of small things that to be honest could be quite easily rectified and seems crazy to not sort out in a Villa with this much potential.
