- Simon (9/5): Überraschend tolles Hotel, sieht von aussen nicht so aus. - Zimmer, renovierte Einrichtung, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Lift und das reichhalte, frische Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allen Problemen geholfen (z.b. zweiter Zimmerschlüssel). Die Matratze war für mich zu weich, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

- Nick (10/5): Geweldig! - Eigenaren heel vriendelijk en attend, netjes en correct. Faciliteiten zijn geweldig, alles tip top in orde. Coop dichtbij voor wat kleine snacks en wat drinken te kopen. Geweldige kamer, modern van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen idee, alles was gewoon echt enorm goed!

- Dominique (8/5): joli petit hotel confortable perché dans la montagne, prix correct - joli petit village très coquet, joli petit hotel façon chalet, niché dans un groupe de divers chalets hotels. Parking payant mais tout près de l'hotel, précieux car peu de parkings sinon, et payants aussi. décoration kitch et sympathique, hotel très propre et lumineux. Jolie très grande chambre avec vue sur la belle montagne, bien équipée dans l'ensemble (nous avons eu très chaud à cause de la canicule et les rideaux n'étaient pas super efficaces mais une telle chaleur à une telle altitude ce n'est pas habituel), balcon spacieux. Déjeuner buffet avec pas mal de choix. Pas de restauration à l'hotel mais accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Plein de petits magasins et restaus autour avec les spécialités du coin au fromages divers ... ou pas ;-) (pizzas très bonnes) Vues sur les montagnes à couper le souffle ! (mème si on ne voit pas le Cervin, il a des copains autour..) Pas de clim mais comment le reprocher à une telle altitude ? les rideaux pourraient peut être être un peu plus épais car nous étions en plein soleil levant, nous avons eu chaud. le prix de la chambre était élevé mais pas plus que les concurrents de cette zone, Zermatt est très recherché. l'hotel est situé à Grachen un joli tout petit village perché très loin et très haut dans la montagne, avis à ceux qui ont le mal des transports (comme moi)

- Cédric R. (6/5): Pas exceptionnel et plus cher qu'annoncé. - Dormir tranquille à distance du centre qui était animé. La taxe de parking qui n'est pas indiquée sur Booking (8 CHF/ jour). Le "grand lit double" qui se trouve être 2 lits simples côte à côte avec cadre en bois qui gêne. L'organisation du nettoyage quotidien : fait pendant le petit déjeuner et perturbant nos préparations de la journée.

- Aurimas (10/5): Wonderful Grächen Stay: Clean Rooms, Great Service, Tricky Directions - A wonderful stay! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The only minor downsides were the absence of shampoo in the room and some initial confusion with the address. The Booking.com app didn't list a specific address, and our Waze app initially directed us to the wrong hotel, about 30 minutes away. To avoid this, make sure to select "Grächen" as your town in Waze, and then carefully look for the hotel name, as the app tends to navigate to the town center. Once we found it, it was clear we'd found a fantastic place to stay! We'd happily recommend it.

- Fabrizio (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Ottima posizione, camere molto pulite e molta tranquillità, proprietari molto premurosi, ho comunicato al personale che avrei ritardato parecchio oltre orario limite del check-in, causa un incidente in Autostrada e mi sono state inviate istruzioni per accedere comunque anche senza più il personale del Hotel. Ringrazio veramente molto per la cortesia dimostrata.

Considering the cost, a sign in the room saying using the kitchenette would incur additional charges was off-putting.

Man hat das persönliche Engagement der Hotelbesitzer für die Gäste gemerkt. Toll waren auch die "Panoramafenster" im Zimmer.

- Julie (8/5): Lovely simple and comfortable hotel, perfect for hiking holiday - Simple hotel run with a lot of heart and generosity by a friendly local family. Will def. book again. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. Great buffet breakfast served from 8am with a self-serve coffee machine that makes any type of coffee one likes. Very quiet. Seems to have a lovely terrace (which I didn't use as was there only briefly). Parking is tricky in Grächen village, so I made use of the Alpha's paid parking 1 min away (CHF 6/night). Be aware that wifi is offered as a paid add-on. I personally didn't need it, so not sure if it reaches in the rooms as guestbook says 'in common areas'.
