- Dzenita (5/5): All in all, it was a nice place to stay at, price was good, location etc.. - The rooms were fine, we also like the location, since it is close to what we wanted to see as well as close to restaurants, stores etc. My room had a non functional AC, which made my room freezing, I couldnt heat it up. Had to ask for another blanket. The bathroom only had hot water in the shower, so I had to use the shower for washing hands, face etc.. My moms room did not have these issues. Also, a minus for these hotels (i have been to other in same area) is that the walls are so superthin, you can hear EVERYTHING!!! Cleaning lady kept throwing away stuff we didnt want to be thrown away, so we hade to "hide" stuff, lol

Superbe vue sur mosquée et mer. Personnel adorable. Mériterait un petit coup de neuf mais parfait étant donné le budget. Se trouve dans une ruelle vraiment pentue (peut-être difficile pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher)

VERY noisy. I was on the ground floor so heard guests and the staff talking loudly whilst smoking outside my window. The bathroom was very rusty with hairs everywhere.

- Catherine (1/5): Cet hôtel ́est pas aux normes. Ne pas réserver. - Cet établissement n'est pas aux normes. Son emplacement est bon . C'est un hôtel qui ne peut convenir à une clientèle française. Nous n'avons pas apprécié: leurs manigances, ils nous mettent dans une chambre au sous sol et nous change de chambre moyennant un surplus. Des fuites dans l'autre. Nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre en 1 semaine.

- Nouiri (10/5): - Das Team ist wirklich sehr freundlich, der Chef Lacht immer und hilfreich, wenn auch Notfälle gibt. Die putzfrau kommt Täglich Zimmer zu putzen, trotz die kein Englisch kennt hat geklappt mit Gestik und Mimik nd hat sich freue mitgebracht. Wegen das Hotelstandort hatten wir immer schwierigkeiten im stadt zum fuß gehen, war fast wie eine Training. Aber kann mann mit Taxi fahren oder ne Auto mieten wird auch super, da ne Parkplatz in der nähe von Hotel gibt und immer frei ist.

Mais reste dans un endroit plus calme de la ville. Rapport qualité prix parfait pour nous! Si vous êtes trop exigeant, l'hotel n'est pas fait pour vous!

- Cornelia (2/5): Ich würde hier nicht noch mal buchen. - Die Lage ist gut. Die Bilder stimmen nicht mit den Zimmern in der Unterkunft überein. Es gibt auch keinen Garten oder Freisitz. Die Zimmer sind runtergekommen und schmutzig, es ist sehr laut.

For the price, it was good value. I’d recommend getting the double room with balcony as these did look a lot nicer standard than just the basic. 24 hour reception who were very efficient, can’t complain! Some of the furniture and walls could do with a renovation. They did look a little tired

- Safran (1/5): Bad - Location and Heating was working We stayed at Divas Hotel, and while the location was good, everything else was a disaster. The rooms were very dirty and not cleaned properly. Our friends in two other rooms faced the same issues—broken toilets that were never cleaned for four days and even bed lice in the rooms. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the rooms. Requesting the staff to use a room freshener and it didn’t help , so we had to keep using our own perfume. The bed was too close to the toilet, making the smell even worse. Breakfast was served cold every day, which was disappointing. The only positive aspect was that the heating worked well. However, basic cleanliness is essential, and this hotel completely lacks it. I would never stay here again.

The bathroom definitely needs upgrading it’s the worst I have seen so far in hotels but overall the stay was ok.

The shower took a moment to get used to, but it is a great on a budget and steps away from a charming part of Istanbul. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for us 5 people. The shower could use renovation.

Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of Blue mosque, Grand Bazar, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back.

Furniture still very old and mold every where specially in bathroom ! Electricity shut down on the 26/9 from noon till 7-8 pm only in 2 floors and when I complained to the receptionist, he was so rude and say “ There is nothing I can Do” and did not even apologize for the inconvenience!!! Never be rude with a guest that are staying without electricity ! No kettle ! No iron ! Nothing you ask for they can make it ! I would prefer pay more and stay in the same hotel I stayed previously “ Crown Plaza “ or at least 5* hotel !
