• Nataša (10/5): - Sve je lepo, stan je čist, prostran, na osličnoj lokaciji među stanovnicima Barselone. Jeli smo u lokalnim restoranima sa ukusnom hranom. Mi smo želeli blizinu Camp Nou a to je 5-10 minuta hoda od apartmana. Preporuka za ovaj apartman.

• Alice (6/5): Frosty luxury - The property was very nicely decorated. There was a huge tv. Lots of essentials were provided like tooth Brushes. It was also big and bright. Unfortunately the heating didn’t work properly. So the flat was freezing cold and we had to sleep with our coats on.

• Kelly (9/5): - Très belle appartement, nous sommes restés une nuit. Métro à 3 minutes à pieds idéal pour aller au centre de Barcelone pas besoin de reprendre la voiture. Parking payant juste à coter. C’est un quartier qui vie Bruyant un peu le soir entre la rue et les poubelles mais dans la nuit aucun soucis.

• Monika (8/5): - Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt, aber voll ok. Kaffee und Mini Muffins waren vorhanden, sowie eine Flasche Wasser. Riesen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnbereich und auch einer im Schlafzimmer mit Netflix etc. Gratis WLAN funktioniert gut. Die Kommunikation vorab mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut 👍🏻 Im Wohnbereich kann man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Wenn man auf dem Sofa schläft hat man Nachts das Licht von der Straßenbeleuchtung und ab morgens das Tageslicht. Verdunkelungsvorhänge oder Rollo wären super.
• Sanchez Romero (8/5): - El apartamento muy bien, limpio y en condiciones,pero el chequing mal, ponía a las 13 horas, y no mandaban el código hasta mucho tiempo después, haciéndonos puesto en contacto con el telefono que aparecia en reserva sin que lo cogieran, incluso hubo que ponerse en contacto con booking.com para solucionar el problema. Que hubiera que abandonar a las 10 el apartamento, muy temprano.yo cumpli y me fui a esa hora que indicaba la reserva pero ellos no con la hora de entrada.

• Laetitia (5/5): - L’appartement en lui meme correspond a la description et est propre et cosy et tres bien placé pour visiter Barcelone Le bruit dans la rue, passage du ramassage des containers tres tot le matin, nuisances sonores qui ne me convenait pas. Pas de prise de contact autre que mail avec l'hôte. Pas de rencontre réelle tout est fait par l’appli. Enregistrement par lien avec documents a scanner cni de chaque occupant fait sur l’autoroute car doit être fait avant l’entrée dans les lieux pour avoir les codes de la porte. Ceux sont des petits désagréments qui m’ont personnellement dérangés.

Liked the location and apartment, so would stay again - Could not control AC, super complicated check in process on Booking.com .. last minute need to pay for tax, one by one, while travelling to the place, multiple confusing emails, then check in again asking multiple questions 2 hours before arriving, hence in the middle of the travelling, need to stop, look for IDs, check in each guest .. all this could be requested well in advance. no direct contact with host,
• Ouarda (10/5): Everything excellent. Hosts were really helpful letting us check in earlier and being available when needed. The propert - Clean , spacious and comfortable with everything you need.

We agreed in advance to store our luggage in the morning, but the host was not at the accommodation at that time and the phone was not available. The appartment should have been ready at 13:00 but was not. Fortunately, there was a cleaning lady present who was willing to help us and she contacted the host. Apartment readiness The floor has been mopped and it has been cleaned, but you could see that the sofa is showing signs of wear. Broken plastic chairs. Points to improve There were only 2 coffee capsules for 4 people. It would be great to prepare more tablets for the dishwasher (there was only 1). And to have blackout blinds in the living room. • Andrzej (8/5): Very good - Dec’ 24. The apartment was clean and nice, enough space for 3 persons and the host helpful and available. After some misunderstanding on the beginning (connected with address and goggle maps) the rest of our accommodation was good. The only bad thing were big garbages on a short street, and they were cleaned quite often - in a noisy way.
• Dmitry (8/5): Very good - We chose this apartment because it had an interesting location, good ratings and a suitable price. Typical European apartments (where you don't even get a good afternoon greeting due to time constraints). There is no welcome water, fruit, or coffee. You only get the condo, and you have to take care of the experience yourself. There is also no advance communication from the owner about the check-in process. You get instructions on how to check-in and pay your travel fees on the day of arrival (not very convenient if you're on a flight or on the road with no communication on the day of arrival). It's all functional, but the feeling of it all is that the owner here is more concerned with his own convenience than the guest's. We stay in 50 different hotels (both private villas, apartments and 4*-5* hotels) on average per year, and in most hotels owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything beyond the hotels, with strained smiles and standard wishes (it's normal). So this apartment is just one of those - normal.

• Caraman (8/5): Good choice for few nights in Barcelona - Comfortable apartment close to a metro station. There was everything you needed for few nights stay in Barcelona. The cleaning was below expectations. The location is noisy at night

Helpful host Windows in the living room have roulettes which do not cover any light from the street at night and it is not possible to sleep on the sofa because it is so light you can read the book in the middle of the night. Noise from the street is very loud. Exterior sun/sound shades should be installed.

• Nataliia (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment with individual entrance. Good connection by underground with center. You can get everywhere from different underground which are on walking distance. There were plenty of different shops and bakeries. There were no enough coffee tabs ag tea bags.Just for one day. It was just one knife for cheese. So it was a problem to cook even any meal. The kitchen wasn't equipped enough. The fridge was dirty. The bed wasn't comfortable for sleeping. But the sofa was good.

Small ants appeared from a tiny gap in the silicone at the sink, and had infested our bread and honey by the morning. A little bit noisy with trash collection in the morning.

• Nicolett (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Loved the look and size of the apartment. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is vibrant and unpretentious- gives you the opportunity to explore something different. The bed was a bit sunken in but that was not a dealbreaker
