• Roman (8/5): Suma sumárum bylo vše ok:) - Dobrá lokalita, milý personál Nemožnost si sám vyprat své věci (pouze za poplatek 7€), pokoj pro dva byl velmi stroze vybaven. Chyběla varná konvice i skleničky na pití.

• Yuliia (8/5): - Чудове розташування. До найближчого пляжу Ksamil beach кілька хвилин пішки. До інших пляжей також недалеко, приємно прогулятися вздовж берегової лінії. Також поблизу є продуктові магазини, кафе та ресторани. Окрема подяка господарям за гостинність, ненав'язливість, аде водночас завжди готовність допомогти. У номері є все необхідне, дуже зручне ліжко та бездоганно чиста постіль і рушники. Чудова дружня атмосфера родинного готелю.

You can't like anything 🇪🇸 Español La peor experiencia que hemos tenido en Albania. El apartamento en sí es aceptable, pero la señora que nos recibió (esposa del dueño o dueña del lugar) fue extremadamente grosera y agresiva conmigo. Mis hijos, asustados, le pedían a ella que dejara de gritarme e incluso pensaban que podía llegar a agredirme físicamente. Además, me amenazó diciendo que, si no me gustaba, podía irme a otro lugar, sabiendo perfectamente que Booking me cobraría igualmente. Me sentí intimidada porque casi no nos permitía entrar en la casa, solo porque temía que le dejara una mala evaluación. Pero, ¿quién no lo haría después de un comportamiento tan agresivo? El precio, además, es completamente exagerado para la calidad y ubicación. Por la mitad de lo que pagamos, estuvimos en Himare en un apartamento espectacular, realmente un paraíso. En cambio, este apartamento está en Ksamil, una playa que no recomendamos: llena hasta el extremo, con contaminación sónica y donde prácticamente hay que pagar por todo. Para empeorar, las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban totalmente tiesas; intentar secarse con una toalla era como usar una lija. Ningún cuidado ni consideración hacia los clientes. Incluso antes de llegar nos escribieron para asegurarse de que lleváramos el dinero en efectivo en euros, pero ni siquiera se tomaron cinco minutos para enviarnos la dirección correcta. Cuando colocamos la dirección en Google Maps, llegamos a Saranda, y tuvimos que manejar una hora más para encontrar el lugar. En conclusión: una experiencia traumatizante, especialmente para mis hijos, y un alojamiento nada recomendable. ⸻ 🇬🇧 English The worst experience we had in Albania. The apartment itself was acceptable, but the lady who received us (the wife of the owner or perhaps the owner herself) was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. My children, frightened, begged her to stop shouting at me, and they even feared she might physically attack me.

• VIRGINIA (10/5): A CASA MA A KSAMIL - È una villetta divisa in piccoli appartamenti ma ben fatti. È situata al centro di tutto. Forse ci sono pochi utensili ma si possono chiedere alla proprietaria di casa. Con 5 euro è possibile anche fare la lavatrice. Consigliatissimo
• Martin (10/5): Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit direkter Strandnähe zu einem tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr Gastfreundlich. Sind rund um die Uhr ansprechbar. Egal ob früh oder spätes Einchecken/Auschecken kein Problem. Genügend Handtücher, sehr bequemes Bett und Schlafcouch. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Top Lage direkt am Strand, Supermärkte und den Restaurants. Weitere Strände auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza che parla un ottimo inglese ma all'arrivo la stanza che ci è stata data non era quella che avevamo prenotato. Ci ha gentilmente detto che, poiché ci fermavamo una notte sola, non potevano darci altre stanze. La camera in cui abbiamo dormito, la 7, è la tipica stanza in cui lasciare i bagagli, stare fuori tutto il giorno e tornare a notte fonda solo per dormire. Dimensione molto ridotta, l'unica presa sulla parete sopra al letto addossato al muro, non funziona e il telefono va caricato in bagno, appoggiandolo su una mensola che pende pericolosamente verso il lavandino. Il bagno è lillipuziano: quando si è seduti sul water le gambe sono direttamente sotto alla doccia, che non ha tende; quindi se uno fa la doccia si entra in un bagno con il pavimento allagato. Il tetto-terrazzo, potenzialmente piacevole, non ha neppure uno sgabello su cui sedersi, bisogna accucciarsi a terra. Abbiamo pagato all'arrivo circa 60 EUR senza colazione, neppure una bottiglia di acqua in frigorifero. Esperienza negativa, quanto di più distante dalla tradizionale ospitalità e attenzione albanese, tipico dei dei posti in cui la richiesta supera l'offerta. Siamo scappati la mattina dopo alle 7:30!

• Michèl (8/5): Authentisch und sehr gepflegt. - Wir hatten einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus , eine Klimaanlage ,der Empfang ist sehr freundlich gewesen und die Lage perfekt.(zum Strand und den Restaurants waren es maximal 5 Minuten) es war trotz der zentralen Lage in der Hauptsaison auch sehr ruhig. Man merkt das die Anlage privat ist,weil sie mehrmals täglich gereinigt wird Es war alles super

"Ciliegina sulla torta" un frigorifero in camera da letto. Chi ha il sonno leggero può dire ciao al dormire. La signora che ci ha accolto molto carina e disponibile. Bagno piccolo così come il lavabo.

• Alma (9/5): We stayed at the Family room with sea view. The villa is beautiful with plants all around it. - Location is great. With parking. The spare bed helped a lot. We placed our clothes all over it. Otherwise no much space for unpacking.

Ansonsten für 1-2 Nächte gut. Die laute Musik 🎵 und das steinharte Bett 🛌 leider war die Dusche defekt und viel zu klein

• Bence (9/5): Ár/érték arányban nagyon jó. - Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. A terasz a tengerre nézett és a hegyekkel gyönyörű panorámát adott. Közel volt a strand, a bolt és az éttermek is. Ár/érték arányban szerintem verhetetlen. A tusolónak nem volt tálcája és a WC-t le tusoltuk, annyira szűk a fürdőszoba. De szerintem egy apartmannál elnézhető, főleg ilyen ár mellett.
