• Tsai (9/5): - 住宿位置距離要町站很近，附近有超商、超商，生活機能方便！ 也有多家開到半夜的餐館，深夜不怕肚子餓。 1、入住五個晚上跳電四次！電壓不穩定，雖然有立馬回電，但是在浴室洗澡就馬上變冰水，很困擾。 2、浴室乾燥暖房功能似乎壞了！完全沒有作用。 3、二樓客廳木製的傢俱椅子都已破損斷裂，入住時發現有立即告知房東。 4、樓梯窄又陡，燈泡也壞了！晚上很暗走樓梯時要非常小心。

• Wei Ting (8/5): - 地點很方便，旁邊附近機能不錯，走路3-5分鐘就有超市跟便利商店，走路1分鐘有自助烘衣機 洗澡的部分只在1樓然後只有一間真的有點太少間，廁所2樓沒有有點可惜，然後有些東西沒有補(如洗衣精跟瓦斯的電池剛好這次去都要自己再出門去買來補)，以及其實在一開始有特別詢問是否附近有烘衣機，客服無法提供詳細的解答外，其他覺得都還不錯

• 郁婷 (4/5): 位在大馬路旁邊隔音不好 車子聲音會影響睡眠 屋內的味道真的很糟 離開時衣服都被染上屋內難聞的味道 最糟的是出現很多蟑螂！在浴室爬來爬去 殺不完😫整體而言 除了位置方便外 不推薦這個地方 - 距離地鐵站走路4分鐘左右 樓下轉角就有711 很方便 一進門就一股木頭霉味 空氣很不流通 對於敏感的人 造成皮膚過敏搔癢 地板也沒有打掃乾淨 看得到很多灰塵 而且出現非常多隻蟑螂！

• Tabbert (9/5): Wonderful visit to Tokyo, enabled by the comfort and location of this property. - The check-in and check-out process was very easy! Hours before the check-in time, I received a code to the door lock. The day before our check-out, I received instructions on how to check-out. The host was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions. There were no language difficulties at all in our communications. The location was a six-minute walk from a train station. 7-Eleven was a three-minute walk away and a Family Mart was four minutes away. There were local restaurants all within a short walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable and a welcome respite at the end of each day.

• Sin (9/5): Excellence location with clean & big room - Big room size & clean. Although apartment is along main road but unable to hear the sound from the road from the bedrooms. Location is near metro station & convenient stores. Like that the bathroom & toilets are separate since the room is cater for big group stay. Good that the 2nd toilet is located at the 3rd floor for the convenient of those sleeping at the same floor. Going up & down the stairs in the apartment is too tiring after a long day of activities, this may cause danger for kids & elderly too.
