Kripak (3/5): - Паркінг приватний, захищений . Квартира була добре прибрана . Ми обрали це житло тому що є паркінг . Але все інше було сумно. Ми прийшли в середині дня отримати ключі і нам показали квартиру. Ми з дружиною за 10 хвилин дуже замерзли в ноги , підлога холодна, в квартирі холодно. Опалення вмикається тільки після обіду. Кондиціонер ввімкнути не дозволили . Ми прийшли пізно ввечері - було холодно . Вид з вікна у стіну. Помешкання майже у підвалі . Дуже шумно скриплять гучні вхідні двері в підʼїзд , які прямо за стіною спальні . На фото видно . Ви злякаєтеся коли будете спасти. Звукоізоляція відсутня . Гуркіт зверху з сьомої ранку постійний . Душ працює не коректно . Ліжко дуже хитке і дуже скрипить. Моя вага 75 кілограм . Я не можу перевернутись щоб не прокинулась моя дружина . Також податок 12€ ви можете заплатити тільки готівкою . Хоча є наклейка у квартирі про всі варіанти безконтактних платежів. Мені довелося шукати банкомат і знімати гроші . Я подорожую багато років. Це житло не дозволяє комфортно відпочити. Нажаль .
Stefania (10/5): Vacanza perfetta - Proprietari super accoglienti e disponibili a dare le info per muoversi a visitare la città. Casa arredata benissimo, pulita e con piccola terrazza esterna. Comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici.

Tom (9/5): Perfect for Rome - highly recommendable! - Good restaurants/bistrot/pizza across the main road - if you do Parkr - Everything! Quiet street, spacious small apartment, perfect for two, newly refurnished, close to train station and park, parking in the basement for a small car. Host Laura was very kind. Everything was great - lights in the apartment was very strong light, but just a minor detail.
