• Julia (9/5): Ótima localização - Ótima localização, e todo o contacto pelo whats com respostas rápidas, isso fez toda a diferença. A Cam foi muito simpática e prestativa. Ótimo opção para conhecer o principal de Roma a pé Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, ao tomarmos banho saia água fria do nada e demorava um pouco para voltar a água quente… mas continuou valendo a estadia.

• Jelena (10/5): - The apartment is spacious, and everything is new and clean. It was cleaned every day, which we didn't expect but was definitely nice. The location was great, Vatican is super close as well as metro station. We got detailed instructions for self check-in. :)

• Stamatina (7/5): - The room was okay and met our basic expectations. The location of the accommodation was excellent—right next to the Vatican Museums, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. However, there were some issues during our stay. Although the reservation was for two people, there were not enough towels provided, and even after mentioning it multiple times, they were not replaced or restocked. Additionally, the check-in process was not as smooth as we had expected. The host/owner initially asked me to send my ID via WhatsApp, which I did not feel comfortable doing for security reasons and did not consider necessary. After I explained my concerns, this step was skipped and we were able to proceed with the check-in.

La ubicación La total falta de información al ingreso, la inexistencia de carteleria que permita identificar el alojamiento, la falta de lobby o recepción. Logramos localizar el aloajamento subiendo en cada uno de los tres cuerpos del edificio y bajando por las escaleras mirando cada puerta y viendo en una un sticker de papel con una escritura a mano con birome azul que en letras de un centimetro dice "suri suites". Nadie conoce el alojamiento en todo el edificio. Si se llega en vuelo temprano no hay quien atienda ni donde dejar las maletas. La encargada poco amable y poco solidaria. No volvería.

• Claudia Jeannette (9/5): superbe - Le personnel était sympathique et souriant. La chambre était impeccable, la femme de ménage est venue tous les jours. La chambre était très bien situé Parfois, l'isolation de la chambre. Ce n'était pas catastrophique mais certains hôtes sonnaient pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte en bas et on entendait tout dans les chambre.

• Laura (8/5): Ottima posizione, qualche miglioria da fare - La posizione è molto buona per girare la città, camera silenziosa e accogliente Se in camera trovo un bollitore e delle tazze secondo me sarebbe carino trovare anche qualche bustina di te o tisane. I cuscini davvero scomodi, il letto in forte discesa da una parte, magari a qualcuno non dà fastidio, io l’ho trovato abbastanza fastidioso

• Maciej (2/5): Bardzo brudno - Zwykły pokój z działającym telewizorem, lodówką i kilkoma wieszakami. Pokój był złudnie wysprzątany. Mnóstwo włosów na pościeli, na ręcznikach. Kabina prysznicowa brudna. Mimo zgłaszania brudu do personelu nie było żadnej poprawy. Dostaliśmy ponownie ręczniki z długimi włosami (dwóch mężczyzn wynajęło pokój). Personel zgodził się nam wypłacić rekompensatę, jednak do dnia dzisiejszego nie dostaliśmy nic! Szkoda, że nie mogę wstawić filmiki, na którym widać jak pościel była pełna włosów.

• Paweł (10/5): - Super stosunek ceny do jakości. Apartament to podzielone mieszkanie na kilka pokoi z własnymi łazienkami. Dużo miejsca, lodówka w pokoju. W budynku jest winda (choć bardzo mała). Pokój sprzątany codziennie, bardzo czysto, ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia. W wyposażeniu: klimatyzacja, telewizor, czajnik, lodówka oraz kubki. Obiekt zlokalizowany blisko Watykanu (polecam dla osób planujących zwiedzanie – do Muzeów Watykańskich około 3 minuty, do Bazyliki św. Piotra około 10 minut pieszo), przy głównej ulicy, jednak nie było problemu z hałasem. W pobliżu restauracje oraz stacja metra. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką. Otrzymałem pisemną oraz wideo instrukcję, jak dostać się do apartamentu. Odpowiadała szybko na wiadomości i dopytywała, czy wszystko jest w porządku. -

• Έφη (10/5): - The room was exactly like the photos, and Claudia was incredibly helpful with directions on how to get there. The area and the house felt very safe!! The ladies who cleaned our room daily and changed our towels were so sweet. There was hot water available at any time. The Vatican Museum is just a one-minute walk away. I highly recommend it — overall, an excellent choice!
