• PAVLIN (6/5): If you don’t have other options. - Location is near the centre. It was cold, the air conditioner was noisy. It isn’t clean enough.
• Iryna (10/5): Чудова квартира - Комфортна квартира, де є все, для перебування. Дуже зручний матрас та подушки. Приємно, що є кавоварка з капсулами. Господар був постійно на зв'язку. Легке поселення через ключ у сейфі. Дякую за комфортне перебування в Бургасі. Немає мікрохвильовки, це би спростило приготування їжі.

• Paulo (9/5): Nice place near the train station - Lovely ground-floor apartment, clean, very well appointed, with a terrace complete with table and chairs, 5 minutes from the train station. It has everything you'll need for your stay so don't worry about a thing. The shutters could be easier to move up and down. It takes a while to move them all the way up and down.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Spacious and well-located apartment - The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The location is excellent – right in the city center, close to the train station, beach, and many restaurants. We had great communication with the host, and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. There’s also a patio where you can relax or hang your clothes to dry – very convenient! It was clean overall, but it could have been a bit cleaner in some areas – like the fridge, cutlery, and corners. Still, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the place! -

• Santiago (10/5): Exceptional - Immmaculate, spacious studio, within walking distance from the central train/bus stations and the heart of Burgas, and everything necessary to feel truly at home and more. Incredibly responsive host, lovely welcome treats (chocolates, cereal bars, wine, bottled water) and essential cooking/prepping items (premium instant coffee and capsules, oils, vinegar, salt). I very very very highly recommend The Atelier. Absolutely nothing, everything was PERFECT!

• Iryn (9/5): Perfect Location, cozy apartment - The building has a perfect location – right in the center, close to the bus station, shops, restaurants, main walking streets and the Opera House. Very safe for any time of the evening. It is a comfortable, small, clean and cozy studio with the well-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, kettle, cutlery, etc.). The Internet connection is perfect. Good and clear instructions from the owner on how to get to the property. Thank you for a pleasant stay I had. Definitely, will recommend this property to solo travelers. It would be good to have a microwave. But it is just for me!

• Veronica (10/5): Great location, cozy apartment. - About 5-8 minutes from the train station and bus station. Even less time to go to the walking street. It is a cozy place, as another reviewer said, everything is as on the host-given pictures. Nearby are some good places to eat, and easy to get to the sea. The host had left me a bottle of wine, two small bottles of water and chocolates. The keys are left in a lockbox, which facilitates the check-ins and check-outs. The communication with the host was easy and fast through Booking messages, but you could also call them. This is more heads up for anxious travelers: the apartment is the very first door after the entrance door, and everyone else has to pass right next to you when they return home. So it might be a bit unnerving to listen to all the movement. Although I didn't have to cook - the pans are really high up, and I didn't see a kitchen ladder to be able to get to them. So a bit inconvenient if you are short and don't want to use the oven. My apologies if there was a ladder somewhere hidden. This is more like personal preferences as someone with glasses and blurry vision without them - there was no nightstand beside the bed where to safely leave my glasses.

The door of the building was slamming. It was quite loud. I got up early, however if you are not an early bird it will wake you up. This should be an easy fix

All the appliances were working and the place was very clean. The iron in the place is a portable one, so not very useful to iron your shirts. I was staying in the apartment for a conference so it was a little inconvenient for me. However, it is a very minor point.
