Tram noise from outside. lot of people roaming around talking loudly. Aircon/heater would not turn on. reported to reception and the gentleman was really good trying to get it to work. In the end it was ok as the room temp was ok all weekend.

Kevin (8/5): Ideal location and excellent value for money - The Cosmopolitan is in an ideal location when attending the Palais Theatre and is a short stroll to the beach, Luna Park and the shopping precinct. Our room and the bed were very comfortable. We will return again. The community lounge room area should be opened later than 5pm so guests can access the microwave in the evening.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows comfortable. We were located near the lift, so late night people coming back were noisy. I don’t think it was worth paying $250 for the night though, when other nights are so much cheaper. Maybe if parking was free it would have been worth it, But that’s business.
