• Beatriz (4/5): Má experiência - Localização central Chegámos e anfitrião não se lembrava que chegaríamos, nada estava pronto. Quarto com muito cheiro a fumo, mesmo depois de muito tempo permanecia. Janelas que davam para uma varanda comum que não fechavam, ou seja, qualquer um podia entrar no quarto. Pra deixar as malas umas horas a mais do check out, após todos estes problemas, ainda nos cobrariam mais 15€. Má experiência.

• Rostyslav (2/5): Не рекомендую, якщо не хочете просмердітись димом від цигарок - Окрема кімната, кухня зі всім необхідним, сан вузол чистий В кімнаті жахливо смерділо куривом. Речі після ночі в номері смерділи дуже довго, навіть ті які були в чемодані. Стіни тонкі, чутно кожен звук.

• Salwa (1/5): Worst stay - Nothing , one of my worst stays so far Soo dirty, lots of noise from bars downstairs, kitchen and toilets you can t even enter because of the bad smell . Towels dirty and sheets same .

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté une forte odeur, des surfaces très sales, une salle de bain et cuisine non entretenue avec des traces de moisissure. Literies dans un état pitoyable, les frigos et micro onde à ne pas y mettre des aliments à l'intérieur. Après une 1ère nuit nous avons demandé à être changé de chambre pas guère mieux. Volets roulants cassés dans les 2 chambre .Les photos publiées ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Ce type d’hébergement ne devrait pas être proposé sur Booking tant qu’un nettoyage complet et une remise en état n’ont pas été faits.toutes nos photos de preuves n'ont pas pue être mise sur le site
• Florkowska (4/5): Tragedia - Kuchnia bardzo brudna, półkę w lodowce najpierw trzeba było umyc samemu by wgl coś tam postawić. Naczynia klejące. Brzydzilo nas z nich korzystać. Nie spodziewałam się za te pieniądze wielkich rzeczy ale pewne standardy powinny być utrzymane jak czystość. W pokoju stał wentylator, który po włączeniu był bardzo głośny, nie dało się przy tym spać. Ręczniki powinny być wymieniane Chociaz Raz na 3 dni. Na pewno tam nie wrócimy.

• Jose (1/5): No recomiendo este hospedaje. - No me gustó ningún aspecto La suciedad generalizada, las paredes de nuestra habitación con sangre, la cocina sucia, la mampara de la ducha del baño común con mugre, se escucha a través de las paredes a las personas de las otras habitaciones, el hospedaje está es el primer piso y debajo hay un bar y la noche del sábado hicieron ruido toda la noche, no había ni una silla en la habitación, las sábanas envejecidas, el mando de la TV pegajosa, y la cama tenía riesgo de romperse.

• Massimo (4/5): CAMERA INDECENTE MA POSIZIONE OTTIMA - La posizione della struttura, si trova a poca distanza dal mare e dal centro La pulizia, assolutamente inesistente per un affittacamere, lenzuola sporche, polvere ovunque, soprattutto nei bagni, in camera avevamo una televisione inutilizzabile poiché mancava il telecomando. Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori casa due volte per un problema con la porta d’ingresso, fortunatamente all’interno erano presenti altri ospiti che ci hanno aperto. Il giorno seguente abbiamo scritto per il problema e abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani puliti e del telecomando, MAI RICEVUTI. Basterebbe davvero poco per rendere l’alloggio ottimo vista la posizione, consiglierei di mettere in camera almeno una sedia e uno specchio. Ci siamo interfacciati con l’host solo tramite telefono.

• Sally (2/5): Dirty and unacceptable - Price per night Check in instructions and access to the property The sheets were dirty, with chewing gum stuck to them and they hadn't been newly washed.  Bedding and pillows were old, stained and needed refreshing.  The noise from the bar below left us unable to sleep until 6am.  The bathroom was dirty, lights broken, showerhead was leaking, and the drains smelled.

• Emma (10/5): Beyond on good value for money. - Good central location. Owner responds quickly. Large apartment. Could have been alittle cleaner. But for the cost of the room, i have no complaints. My only feedback is that if you leave cleaning products about,.my experience is that guests will use them happily to help keep the place clean.

• Touqeer (5/5): It was OK for the price except the door lock. - Door lock is extremely difficult to open. We had to struggle for 15 minutes each times just to open the door. Otherwise it was good value for price and good location. Door lock is extremely difficult to open. Had to struggle 15-20 minutes just to open outside lock. Sometimes i could not open it at all.

• Tatjana (2/5): The Alicante is beautiful so you don’t need to spend time in the room. - Location was ok, but wasn’t the one that I booked originally. Just when I arrived, the owner sent me another address, which was further away from the one I booked. He also tried to sell me more expensive room. The balcony was really nice. The noise was terrible, from outside and from the neighbors, they start at 6-7 every morning during the weekdays to drill and throb. No AC, so you need to keep window opened. The pipe in the shower cabin was blocked so that the water did not drain, it was very hard to take a shower and the place was pretty dirty and old.

• Marie (7/5): Safe, clean budget accommodation. - It’s good location, basic and clean. As shared bathroom with other three rooms, was always clean. Other guests friendly and respectful of shared kitchen. The towels don’t smell that great and the hairdryer was broken. The front door lock has a definite way of opening and could be temperamental.
• Yunia (1/5): I will never ever stay in Tommy room - I didn’t like nothing about this property I had rush on my all body , I had a skin problems, because of higiene,, very bad not cleaned at all I definitely not recommend it this property.. I can’t send any videos I got it about the bedsheet.. it’s was disgusting.. Only it’s located in central Alicante that’s all

• Ágnes-karolina (7/5): Nice, given how affordable is, I cannot complain. Is a bit asketic, but for a couple of days is good - Cheap, great location, okay size. I wasnt sure about how clean the bed is
• Sammy (8/5): Homely, cosy stay. Would recommend. - Two bathrooms, a kitchen to use whenever we wanted. Big fan for the small room we were in so nice and cool as it was so warm outside! Staff so lovely. Felt very homely actually I really enjoyed it. Shower head didn’t connect to the wall in one of the bathrooms, easily fixed though. Our food kept moving around the fridge haha but we eventually found it all. Location is a bit out of the way for certain things like some bars and the beach but for the price it’s such an incredible place.
