- Arian (4/5): - 1. Greeted by the host on arrival who personally showed us the car park space and apartment, and handed over the keys.
2. Within walking distance to nearby Woolies, Chemist warehouse and some eateries.
3. Short walk to Newscastle beach, however, expect it to be a little bit hilly. 1. Apartment was hot despite air con is set at 17 degrees (in summer). Second bedroom gets very hot in the afternoon as it does not have an air con vent and only a ceiling fan. It was a bit inconvenient to open the fly screen before you can open the bedroom window to get some ventilation.
2. Cleanliness could be better. There were crumbs on the dining table and the dining chairs were dirty with crumbs and bits of hair. Some kitchen cupboards also appears dirty.
3. A large cockroach was crawling on the bed (in the second bedroom) in the middle of the night whilst we were sleeping. The insect spray from the kitchen was almost empty suggesting previous people who stayed there may had also used it.

- Gina-marie (9/5): Great apartment in good location. - Great location. Looks exactly like the pictures. Beds are super comfortable and water pressure is good. The view from the top floor is stunning. We would stay here again. There is no aircon in the 2nd bedroom which gets the western sun. Super hot when we arrived and took a couple of hours to cool. On a positive note, once cooled, kept the blinds down and the bedroom stayed cool enough with door open and fan on.
