• Renata (8/5): The accommodation was good, clean, and relatively quiet. - Location. Size of the apartment. Equipment. Balcony. The elevator was often out of order. I had problems with my knee and often had to walk up to the 4th floor on foot, even with groceries.
• Köles (5/5): Ok, expected a bit more as I have stayed here before and the apartment was in a better state then. - - The location is great - Very comfortable bed - Clean bedsheets and towels - The water in the shower (big bathroom) is unstable. Also, the bathroom was not the cleanest and had an unpleasant smell. - There was a big living room a few years ago that was made into a bedroom, and now there is a couch in the windowless entrance instead. This is a shame, because in the past the living room was a nice gathering point for the guests of the apartment and was great to work from there. I understand you can make more money this way, but the sentiment of co-living is suffering. - The room was ugly/low quality except for the bed which was comfortable. - The street is noisy, but if the window is closed it's ok. However, there is a lot of construction going on in the building which can be heard throughout the day. Not the best for remote working. - No update on new guests arriving. - The elevator wasn't working for a few days, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. - Uncomfortable chairs in the room, not ideal for using it for work.

• barbara (4/5): - I liked the location and space. Bathroom was very dirty with dried out faeces over the toilet , pubic hair and beard. Management blamed it on people who stayed there but it was visible to me that toilet wasn't cleaned in a while.
• Aneta (9/5): Hodnitím ho 9,5 z 10bodov - Poloha ubytovania , poschodie - vysoko čiže výhľad ,veľkosť izby + vysoké stropy , celkovo priestranný byt + vybavenie (kychyňa ,práčovňa) Maličká vec a to,že dvere do izby vŕzgajú . Skôr mi to vadilo kvôli ostatným v byte .( Rušenie)
• Francisco (6/5): Tiene varios aspectos que debe mejorar - Su ubicación y amplitud de la habitación y de otras zonas comunes como cocina y lavadero Había algunas cucarachas, una de las tuberías del baño pequeño desprendía olores, la cisterna de ese mismo baño se quedaba corriendo y no funcional, la presión del agua es muy escasa, no funcionaba el cajetín para recoger las llaves y tuve que hacer varias llamadas para contactar y que pudieran abrirme el alojamiento.

• Emmy (5/5): Medium - Great location, nice balcony (private) and enough fridge space and washing machine in the house. - Mattress wasn’t great. I was there for 2 months so I bought a topper which made it do-able. - No living room , only a couch in a dark hallway, which makes it not a very social place since nobody ever sits there. It is not a coliving, just a shared flat. - outdated pots & pans - old furniture, especially the desk chairs where quite poor quality. Not good for working. - no good lighting in the room. Either very bright blue light and only 1 nightstand. - funky smells from the bathroom - not a lot of communication from the owners. Would have been nice to get updated on when a new person arrives. Now everytime I was surprised by a new face in the kitchen. I feel that the place could use a bit more love… for nomads like me it’s a temporary home and it’s all about these details that makes a good accommodation.

• Zlatuse (8/5): Very central location, close to beach and bus station - Very central location, near the beach and bus station. Spacious common area, washing maschine for use. Noise from the street below nights and mornings. Kettle would be nice in the kitchen.
• Ario669 (8/5): Fair price, clean and located in the city center - Fair prices, friendly staff, clean, and most importantly, it's located in the city center, close to the central bus station.
• Sara (9/5): Central landing pad - Bright and spacious, in a super central location. It's got everything you need to feel at home, including 2 bathrooms for the 4 rooms and a well appointed kitchen for all your cooking needs. And a comfortable desk for remote work with nice outlook on the top floor and reasonable (but not perfect) wifi. With the central location comes a lot of noise at every hour - from pre-dawn delivery trucks to communal recycling skips filled & emptied to traffic jams to late night partiers. And the windows are not sealed, so make sure you bring earplugs. I extended my stay, so not a deal breaker, but annoying.

• Federico (10/5): Nice place where to live for a while - Nice atmosphere, good location and really well organized apartment. Spaces are huge. rooms especially, and everything is clean and well treated. Guests respect each other and you can easily live in there. Ginevra is a really nice and helpful host. Bed were not so comfy, but for the rest nothing to say.
• Ilsur (7/5): Central area close to the beach and public transport - My room had a big balcony, it was perfect because it was getting a lot sunlight throughout the entire day. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from it as well as the mountains. The ceilings in the room were quite tall. It made the room feel quite spacious. 1)The bed was really uncomfortable. 2)The neighborhood is really nice with lots of cafes and bars, it may get noisy.
• Caroline (8/5): Very good - The flat, the facilities, the community between the flatmates, the location 5min from the beach, the wifi and the communication with the host were all amazing! However, it is quite loud, both during the night as well as in my case during the week because of a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood - so if you are a light sleeper or want to work from home and focus like me, think twice and ask the host about whether the construction works are still going on
