Très propre, bien aménagé, facile d'accès, check-in et check-out très simples. Hôtes (à distance uniquement) aimables et arrangeants. Il manque un rangement pour les vêtements, seule une penderie est disponible. Les oreillers sont un peu inconfortables

- Nuning (10/5): Well recommended. - The property is not far from the train station and bus, easy to find, quite spacious for 3 persons (my 2 daughters and I). It’s clean and looks exactly like on the pictures. None. However, if I may suggest, please provide something to put the dishes as there’s no dishwasher in the kitchen as well as kitchen towels/napkins as we had to use a lot of tissues to dry everything after washing them.

La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée et réponds très vite! Spacieux et pratique pour 2 personnes :) Le séchage des serviettes dans la salle de bain n'est pas optimale. Sinon rien d'autre à ajouter :)
- TIMOTHY (10/5): Wonderful Apartment in Waseda, Tokyo - The apartment was centrally located, well-equipped, and cozy. The owner was helpful and communicative. It is just a few moments walk away from the Waseda train station that gives you access to the whole city of Tokyo! I am 6' 5". The apartment is short for me. I am sure it's fine for most residents of Tokyo. This is not a negative comment. If you are very tall, though, book this place. It is wonderful. Just duck down in certain places.

- shin (10/5): 4인 가족 2박 후기~ - 조용하고 편하게 2박 쉬었습니다. 전부다 너무나 좋고 친절하고 했는데... 일본 특징일 수(건조기 없고 햇볕에 말리는?) 있겠지만 수건 냄새가 살짝 아쉬웠어요~ 숙소 크기 좋고(4인가족이용), 호스트친절함, 청소해주시는분이 정말 열심히 청소해서 깨끗했고요. 난방기도 잘 작동해서 좋았습니다. 침대도 너무 편했구요 ^^ 또 이용하고 싶을정도~ 그리고 무엇보다 이 가격에 이 크기의 방! 왕따봉! 지하철역 가깝고 한식집도 있고 편의점도 많고 ㅋㅋㅋ 꼭 하트랜드 맥주 드셔보시길~ 위와 동일합니다. 수건만 ㅋ

- HARIADI (8/5): Comfortable stay near Subway Waseda Station - Easy self check in. The room is clean. The bed is good. Peaceful place. Near public transport (subway station, bus stop). There are some provisional shops like 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. Bonus, there is a post office just next door, easy for traveler to deliver luggage to the next destination. No staff handling the luggage as it's a self check in and check out. The washing machine has no dryer function.

De plus, la chambre est assez grande, bien équipé avec machine à laver et cuisine. Pour 4 personnes c'est parfait. Un peu loin du centre de shinjuku pour ceux qui veulent sortir tard, le métro ferme assez tot et donc on a du prendre un uber pour rentrer. Sinon il y a l'option à pied, qui reste un très bon choix puisque vous passerez dans un très beau parc.

Room was too small for 4 adults with hardly any space left to walk around.Beds were queen size.For a 7 night stay we were provided with only 4 towels and there were no hand towels(and none provided upon requesting).

It is simply a stone throw from the Uni. Wifi password is not written. I had to ask several times and got a late reply

The owner was very communicative and helpful which was much appreciated! It was difficult to dry the towels in the bathroom so they became a little damp smelling, but we were able to wash them so not a major issue.

There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for getting cash or buying basics. Waseda metro station is five minutes away, so the apartment has good connections to the city center. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay in the always busy Tokyo, this is the perfect choice.

We had a small problem with flies in the room but the owners were super responsive and fumegated while we were out and bought us some spray. Great response time.

- Sascha (8/5): I booked this apartment for my parents for a two-week stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It’s especially - Cozy apartment equipped with everything needed for long stays: kitchen, washing machine, and shower area. The room is spacious compared to the Tokyo average. It is located in the Waseda university area, very close to the campus and the iconic Okuma Auditorium. Right in front of the building is the baroque-style Waseda El Dorado. Nearby train lines include the Tozai Line and the Yurakucho Line. Although the staff provides a manual before check-in with essential information about the house rules and garbage disposal, it can be quite a challenge for those who cannot read Japanese to understand how to use the washing machine and the toilet. Additional instructions in English on how to operate household appliances would be appreciated. The washing machine seemed to have been left closed without the drum being properly aired out, resulting in a slight musty smell. We ran two empty cycles with a disinfectant before using it, after which it worked perfectly well for our laundry. The staff was very responsive and quick to reply to my messages in the chat. Some of the responses seemed automated, possibly generated by an AI, which felt a bit impersonal at times. However, this did not affect the quality of our stay, which was overall very pleasant.

Waseda station was only a few minutes away on foot, and there was a Seven Eleven close by. The self check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. The only little problem we had was that we were only give two relatively small towels, and no bigger one for the shower.

Property is clean and has basic necessities and love the fact that they have w - Feels homely, the property is nearby and walking distande within Waseda Station and few konbinis along the way such as 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson. Very nice and peaceful area. Value for money considering the fact the property is in Shinjuku area. Also there is Post Office just below the property making it easier to use for lugagge forwarding service- we use the service to send our luggages to Narita airport which is so easy and seamless. The property is just across Waseda El Dorado- a beautiful building/art gallery. None

- Faizol (10/5): Great place and great host - We had a fantastic experience staying here. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, easily accommodating our six pieces of luggage. Any issues we encountered during our stay were resolved quickly, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tokyo.
