• Nino (10/5): The apartment itself was super clean, cosy, and perfect for a first stay in Athens. Everything was really, really good, - We stayed at this apartment in Athens and had a really great experience overall. The apartment was fully equipped, with a very clean kitchen where you can easily prepare your own meals. Everything was spotless, including the beds and the bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable. There were beds in both bedrooms, and one of the larger beds could be separated into two twin beds. We asked our host, Emily, if this would be possible, and she kindly arranged it for us without any problem. She was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only thing we didn’t really like was the early check-in policy. We arrived a bit earlier and wanted to check in just one or two hours before the regular time, but there was an extra fee of 30 euros for early check-in. Of course, we understand that these are the apartment’s rules, but it would be even better if guests could check in a little earlier without an additional charge when possible.

• Marika (1/5): Posizione terribile -zona degradata lontana dal centro - Struttura ristrutturata Posizione terribile, zona molto malfamata, non adatta a donne, nè a nessuno in generale (non capisco come facciano gli ateniesi a vivere lì), BB lontano dal centro e non c’è metro, ci si può spostare solo in bus che passano una volta ogni morte di papa. L’appartamento è al piano terra quindi c’è puzza e si sente tutto (rumori della strada). Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, per stare in una zona così malfamata non sarei andata nemmeno se me lo avessero regalato, figurati pagare 90 euro a notte quando con 100 euro a notte trovate molti BB-hotel ad Atene centro, oltretutto il taxi costa molto (30 euro al giorno circa) quindi se vi fate due conti vi conviene prenotare una struttura in centro. Io ho prenotato attirate dalle recensioni positive 😅 ma davvero non capisco come si possa omettere nelle recensioni un dettaglio così importante. Cosa me ne faccio di una casa ristrutturata se si trova nel bel mezzo dello schifo più totale? Se non fossi stata tratta in inganno dalle recensioni non avrei prenotato di certo. Ps. Non è inclusa né la pulizia nè la colazione, si paga tutto a parte se la volete

Highly recommended and great value for money. The Nespresso machine was dirty from a previous usage (they used a milk capsule, instead of coffee). I raised this to the reservation, and despite the promise to look at it, it was never replaced/repaired.

A 15 min walk to Vittoria metro gave easy access to city centre. Large park also 15mins away with cafe. Flat secure, quiet, equipped and comfortable. Host available. Nothing was a problem.

• Rafaella (10/5): - A wonderful house, very well located with a supermarket nearby. The owner of the apartment is very kind. I would vote for this house several times. It's very clean and very well equipped.

Ο οικοδεσπότης έκανε ότι είναι εφικτό για να μας εξυπηρετήσει. - Όταν έκλεισα το δωμάτιο, δεν υπήρχε κάποια διευκρίνιση ότι επρόκειτο για διαμέρισμα ισογείου. Ωστόσο, όταν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου ο ιδιοκτήτης (κ. Άρης) και κατανόησα περί τίνος επρόκειτο, με άκουσε προσεκτικά και έκανε ό,τι ήταν εφικτό ώστε να μετακινηθώ σε άλλο διαμέρισμα. Συγχαίρω τον τρόπο ομιλίας του, την επικοινωνία και τη διευθέτηση του θέματος. Παρόλο που η περιοχή δεν σου παρέχει καθόλου ασφάλεια, το διαμέρισμα και γενικότερα η οικοδομή είναι ασφαλή.
• FILITSA (10/5): το πιο όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα! - Η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – ίσως και καλύτερο. Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος, φωτεινός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μου πραγματικά ξεκούραστη. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Ένιωσα απόλυτη ασφάλεια και άνεση καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο και με καφέ, φούρνους και μαγαζιά σε κοντινή απόσταση, ενώ ταυτόχρονα η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα κατάλυμα με εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά άνετη και ποιοτική διαμονή στην Αθήνα. Ήταν από τα πιο όμορφα διαμερίσματα που έχω μείνει! μου αρέσανε όλα! δεν μπορώ να βρω τίποτα αρνητικό.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einem stylishen Ambiente, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Alles ist bis ins Detail durchdacht und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Beim Check-out war er sogar besonders großzügig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung! Parkplatz!

Etwas hellhörig im Haus, Wohnung etwas dunkel durch die dauerhaft herunter gelassenen Jalousien. Aber das ist wirklich nicht schlimm.

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional Holiday Accommodation that We will Return to Next Summer - We liked everything about the Beehive. We stayed here in June and liked it so much that we canceled bookings at other locations to stay at the Beehive on two occasions in August. The apartments are beautiful, very comfortable, very clean. The beds are fabulous! The ac always works and there is unlimited hot water. We like to prepare some meals at home. The kitchen was very well equipped. The manager, Ares, is exceptional. He was very quick to respond to queries and always had good suggestions. He is a key factor in making the Beehive such an attractive and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed getting to know Ares a little. The location is perfect for us. We have family living near by that we like to visit daily. Kypseli is also very well located for access to the center of Athens. We are already planning our stay at the Beehive next year.

Cool and affordable stores really close to the house. the location is a bit far from city center- there are only bus stations and no metro stations near by. we were a group of friends, so the main challenge was sharing a double bed but we've managed.

An additional set of bedding is needed, fresh olive oil because guest using only a little bit because usually a bottle of olive oil exceeds the hand luggage limit

There was a slight issue with the internet provider which was a bit of an inconvenience. House has everything necessary. Simple, well organised, clean and cozy apartment. The hosts are very helpful, kind since the beginning. I recommend 100%. Thank you for your hospitality.
