• Caroline (1/5): Paid for 4 nights, unable to stay due to access issues. - Nothing. We didn’t get to experience the property. Having booked 2 nights via Booking.com (couple and 2 dogs) and a further 2 nights extension privately, we finally arrived at the suggested parking space having driven 3 times round Mojacar trying to follow the directions. At this point we realised there are about 100 steps up from there to the front door and then another flight of steps down from the front door to the living area 🤦‍♀️. My husband has a heart condition and getting our luggage and dogs up was just not possible…neither was going up and down to our car every day! I put the key back in the lockbox, messaged the owner and we left, having to find alternative accommodation. The owner wasn’t remotely sorry that we found the access unacceptable. He merely pointed out that he didn’t say it was suitable for anyone with restricted mobility! I did ask if a refund of the privately paid nights may be possible…especially when I realised he had released those 2 nights as “available” on booking.com, having already pocketed our money! I got €20 refunded - the extra I had paid for the pets charge!

• Caroline (7/5): Would be great once the weather warms up. - Lovely view from balcony. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to sitting outside It was pretty cold the days we stayed. There are small wall heaters but they didn’t really warm the property up. They have got a couple of blankets which did help. Make sure you don’t follow Google Maps… it’ll take you on a Merry dance…. Not to the property!!

El apartamento está muy limpio, bien equipado y el pueblo en general es precioso, se respira la historia por sus calles.

• Alan (9/5): - Lovely apartment with everything you need at hand, fantastic views from the balcony, loved sitting there, close to bars and restaurants. We are a couple who are in our 70s and there is quite a few steps to get up, the road upto it is very steep too, parking a car close to the apartment was very hard to do, but what a view when you do get to the apartment.

• Henrietta (10/5): Perfect apartment with lovely views - Lovely views and balcony, really spacious living area and kitchen which was surprising. The communication with Fernando was very easy and easy instructions to follow to arrive. We would book it again. Mojacar is very pretty, it was our first visit. It’s true that it’s hilly but it helped walk off all the food we ate 😁 We parked at the bottom of the steps and walked up as instructed but even if you park at the main free public parking and take the lift up it’s only a 5 minute walk across the village. We were 2 adults and 3 teens (one slept on the sofa bed) staying for 2 nights. Nothing.
• Andrew (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely spacious well equipped apartment in the heart of Mojácar Pueblo. Great sea view from balcony. Excellent communication from helpful host. Steep climb to apartment from parking area but then the town is built on a hill!
• Giedrė (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying in the appartment with stunning views. Everything was thought for us to have a comfortable stay and comunication was very easy and friendly. Mojacar itself is a nice white Spanish town, worth visiting. The only chalange, but also a big advantage if you would like a bit of training, is the fact that Mojacar is on the very steep hill and the apartment is in the middle, so there was never a chance to miss climbing up or down 🙂 From parking up the hill to the apartment , from the apartmet up the hill further into the oldtown and then down and then up again 🙂 We came home more fit for sure 🙂 We recomand this nice place 100% All very good 🙂
• Gormer (10/5): Fabulous time in a great apartment. - The apartment is in a great location and it's very cute with amazing views. The apartment is lacking a full length mirror as I am too short to see in the one on the wall and I would of liked some cushions on the sofa.
• Duncan (10/5): Perfect facilities and awesome views from the terrace. - Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town and it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that the apartment can only be reached by steep steps or by climbing a steep hill.
• Mr (8/5): Lovely apartment. - It's a lovely apartment , fantastic views. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There were lots of steps to climb if you use the bottom car park and then down again once inside the apartment door... But well worth the visit.

• Frank (9/5): Two day visit - Very good size apartment and just as per the photos. Would be more than happy to stay there again. And lovely views out to the Mediterranean. Very well equipped kitchen. As good as you can get. Nothing really. Perhaps could be an access problem for someone with restricted mobility but I think that applies generally to mojacar. Don't let it put you off!
