• Marcin (10/5): - Spokoj, cisza, wielki przestronny apartament z wielkim tarasem i swietnym widokiem, zarowno na ocean jak i gory. 2 lazienki na plus, idealny apartament nawet dla wiekszej rodziny lub grupy osob. Bezpieczna okolica. Obok duzy supermarket, restauracje, bary, wypozyczalnia aut. Wlasciciel pierwsza klasa. Prywatny garaz podziemny. Zero problemow. Polecam jak najbardziej. W sumie nie ma sie do czego przyczepic.
• Stirna (7/5): Great place but with a very bad start - The place was very clean and in excellent condition. Not worn at all as some of the earlier reviews implies. Plenty of space, and a very large terrace. Extremely close to supermarket. The apartment and surrounding area is very quiet. I informed what time we would arrive via booking.com and was given a contact number to call at arrival. Once there I called the number but she replied with a text to call her sister. The sister didnt pick up but sent me a text that she wasn’t there and I was suppose to have replied to some WhatsApp message a few days earlier…. Which I had NOT been informed about, and therefore had no idea about. We waited for an hour in the sun with two kids for the sister to arrive. Once she did I explained the situation, she treated to not give us the apartment at all. A booking we had already paid for…. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

• Steve (8/5): Lovely apartment, lovely host. - Our hosts were lovely, so helpful and communicative, giving lots of tips on places to eat and visit. Some of nearby restaurants are very good indeed and there a wide range to choose from. The apartment was clean and generally very quiet, (the inevitable builders, not under the control of the hosts aside!), with great secure parking. Smashing quiet pool area. Local amenities are within walking distance, but a car really helps for getting around. Nothing really.

• Helena (1/5): Eine Betrügerische Besitzer - Finger weg! - Nichts Trotz bestätigter und bereits bezahlter Buchung wurde mir vom Besitzer kurzfristig mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment doch nicht verfügbar sei und ich selbst die Stornierung über Booking anstoßen soll. Als Begründung wurde ein angeblich „übersehener Eintrag im Kalender“ genannt – absolut unprofessionell und unverschämt. Das ist bereits das zweite Apartment, das über Booking gebucht wurde und dann nicht funktioniert hat. Dadurch hatte ich einen extrem stressigen Abend, musste erneut nach einer Unterkunft suchen und hatte zusätzliche Mehrkosten. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

• Balázs (8/5): Great base for exploring the area - We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were extremely flexible and always willing to help, which made everything very easy for us. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and offers a stunning sea view that we truly enjoyed. The location is excellent – just a short walk to a lovely promenade with plenty of good restaurants, and also a great base for exploring the area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others
• Z Agent (10/5): Nagyon jó hely - Majdnem minden. Van minden ami kell a pihenéshez. Csak pár apróság: A ruhaszárító rozsdás és nagyon koszos. A grillező szintén használhatatlanul koszos.
• Leeanne (6/5): Wouldn’t return due to perminant residence on complex. Apartment needs TLC. Very open to the elements, very windy an - Big apartment, enough room for a family of 5z. Large terrace. Lovely grounds. Secure. Car parking. Excellent meet and greet. A little tired. On a residential complex. Unwarranted rules ie not allowed to move sun beds, not allowed to walk on gravel. Neighbours over observing what you are doing and quick to complain about silly things.
• Ray (10/5): Exceptional - Celia was friendly and helpful upon meeting and showing us around. Large spacious bedrooms, large dining and living room and large patio/balcony with sunloungers and table and chairs overlooking the pool. Two decent size bathrooms and a very usable kitchen. Everything was clean and well laid out. Close to shops, bars and resteraunts. Private parking under the complex with a lift next to your door. Located close to the airport and main island road artery for convenience. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.
• Daniel (8/5): Lovely apartment near the harbour and golf course - Celia checked us in with no problem. She was very quick to call a locksmith when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Everything was responded to quickly and professionally. The apartment was very spacious with a lovely view. We will stay again when the building work on the hotel over the road is finished. My husband was impressed with the underground parking. Kitchen is well equipped and lots of spare linen available.
• Gabriele (10/5): Quiet, beautiful and nice position for Tenerife South - beautiful place, with great facilities like the swimming pool open all day long. Near all the attractions in Tenerife South. At the beginning to get in touch with the host, but when we manage to call Irene everything has gone perfect.

• Андрій (8/5): Very good - Great pool and well-kept grounds. Well-equipped kitchen. Great terrace with ocean views. Some furniture has already served its purpose and needs to be updated. This also applies to apartments. The description of the apartment says that there is a beach nearby. The beach is also marked on the map next to the apartments. However, this is a beach for real extremal. These are solid, prickly rocks with no sand. There are no lifeguards, fences or sun loungers.
• Viktoras (1/5): Bad - The apartment complex is located directly beside multiple constructions. They start working from 8am-6pm everyday. It was extremely noisy especially especially in the bedroom that looks out onto the road where the construction happens. The thing that caused the most discomfort is the fact that there’s basically no hot water in the showers. There were numerous times where we had to take cold showers which is not ideal.

Lovely peaceful stay, The apartments got the chillout factor. - On arrival the host met with us although we did have to wait due to a traffic accident on the motorway we was informed that he would get to us asap he arrived apologised and showed us around the apartment. It was a lot bigger than we expected and had everything provided. Washing machine with tablets and a dishwasher with cleaner provided. There was clean towels and beach towels for sunbathing. There was underneath parking also. We could not really fault anything. The only thing that was not too pleased about was the apartment did not have English channels . I rang the host who said that if we had a netflix account we could watch the tv but i was not aware of this before i arrived and would have signed up if i was there for any longer than the 10 days.

• Meryl (10/5): Our stay was exellent . I will look to be returning. - The initial communication was proactive and very helpful. We were able to negotiate a convenient arrival and departure. The host was very helpful with what was around and she was very available throughout our stay. we did take a few goes at getting connected to the wifi - determined to work out the password out before contacting the host - it was written down and obvious once we had worked it out !! The unusual use of a space !

• Brian (10/5): Other than the patio superb accommodation - We were met by an agent and got into the apartment 3 hours early a bonus Patio area was the only poor part of the apartment The table and chairs need a varnish or replaced The flower pots had cigarette buts in them The glass panels were dirty .There is a barbecue but no gas How was I going to get 1 The covers on the sun lounger we’re badly marked

• Andreia (8/5): beautiful comfy appartment but the residence does not care when allowing solid reconstruction works. - very large and comfortable appartement well equipped with a beautiful terrace looking over the ocean and Montana Roja. nice private swimming pool for the residence (could be fixed a bit though), with large span opening hours . parking garage lot easy of access. the next wall appartement was under solid reconstruction with walls demolition , tiles broken and so. the noise was unsustainable from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays. it is not receivable to allow such important noisy works during summer vacation period, as we come there to get rest.
