• René Carlos (2/5): Worst than expected - Location and the breakfast included. There's was a nice quantity and variety in the breakfast, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The room had footprints on the walls, the floor felt dirty, the bathroom door was broken, the fridge didn't work and we requested several times to have it replaced or repaired but nothing was made. The a/c didn't work because of italian law that prevents to turn it on before summer (and there was a heat wave in rome). We asked for new towels and they put the same ones again. They gave a very little pouch of soap for having a shower that barely was enough for 1 bath a day, and with 33°C outside was quiet difficult to not have more than one shower... and it wasn't cheap to stay there...

Mobilier vechi, pat mic ( deși ,,dublu"), baie mică cu instalații învechite, lipsă pahare în cameră, gălăgie în hotel. Deși am platit mic dejun, e interzis sa ieși cu paharul ( de unica folosintă) din incinta sălii de mese.

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Lokalizacja, czystość , uprzejmości. Śniadania przez tydzień obecności : Chleb tostowy, dwa rodzaje wędliny mortadela i jakaś mielonka, jeden rodzaj sera żółtego w plasterkach. Ciasto i ciasteczka, suchary, dżem , masło i jogurt w małych pudełeczkach oraz owoce z puszki . Kawa , herbata w plastikowych kubkach . Uważam iż na hotel 🏨 to zdecydowanie za mało . Nie było podstaw, żadnego warzywa, jajek czy kiełbasek, normalnego chleba. Śniadania poniżej krytyki!

• Sylvia (10/5): Huge bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location minutes from train station. Friendly staff. - Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Stairs down to the breakfast room could be challenging for anyone with mobility limitations. However, there may be lift access. You would need to check if this is important to you. We were happy to use the stairs.

Accedieron a guardar mis cosas y el staff muy amable y dedicado. Permiten guardar las cosas. Las instalaciones muy antiguas. Enchufes en mal estado. La cama muy dura. Sin aire acondicionado, y no habían mantas en el closet para el frío. Tuve que bajar a madrugada para pedir algo adicional.

• Andreas (1/5): Uncomfatble and broke matress - - Das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je in meinem Leben war. Extrem durchgelegene Betten (siehe Fotos) mit einer tiefen Delle und auf meine Bitte die Matratze auszutauschen bekommt man nur freche Antworten sowie den Hinweis, dass es noch nie Beschwerden gab.

Pratique pour se déplacer Après pour accéder à certain monuments vous avez entre 20-45 minutes de marche, C’est pas très loin. Literie très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner et personnel très gentil Je trouve que le prix est un peu haut pour les taxes de séjours, 34€ à deux seulement pour 2 jours C’est très charmant les hôtels anciens mais Il y avait de la moisissure à coter de la tête de lit, les joints de la douche à refaire car moisissures et Pas de double vitrage mais bon ça va Je pense qu’il faudrait l’améliorer un petit peu

Price/value ratio still very good, if you don't spend much time in the room. Small rooms, old furniture and heavily used. Shower extremely small.

I numerosi ristoranti attorno all'hotel permettono di trovare facilmente dove fermarsi. Struttura un po' agé con scalini rotti, porta della camera che non chiudeva bene. Bagno parzialmente rinnovato, ma il box doccia perdeva acqua e non era comodissimo. Nell'insieme la struttura risulta fatiscente a tratti. Colazione limitata per offerta e per spazi.

• Holger (7/5): Tolle Lage ! - Die Lage nah beim Bahnhof Termini ist optimal . Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist tatsächlich das Schlechteste, das ich seit Jahren erlebt habe. Nur in Plastik eingepackter Fertigkuchen, Einwegplastikbecher für Wasser und Kaffee, kein frisches Obst und nur abgepackter Käse und Wurst. Und alles im ungemütlichen Kellerraum an Wackelplastiktischen. So lieblos , dass es fast schon wieder lustig war🙈😂

• Paweł (8/5): Na krótki wypad idealne miejsce w przystępnej cenie. - Blisko dworca Termini, wygodne łóżka, śniadania bez szału - raczej na słodko ale dobre - można się najeść, pokój raczej czysty i łazienka również, miły personel, można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Jedno gniazdko elektryczne na cały pokój. TV nie działa w całym budynku, widok z okna praktycznie żaden, bar hotelowy jest ale raczej nie ma co zamówić, niektóre miejsca w pokoju niesprzątane - żyrandol, kratki wentylacji, wyposażenie mocno wyeksploatowane, naprawiane jak się da lub wymagające naprawy.

• Oksana (3/5): - The room was battered: stains on the walls, shabby door frames, torn pillows. Despite, given a comfortable bed and clean bathroom -- fine to stay overnight (nights were loud, but this is expected in the city centre). There was no soap, so I had to buy one simply to wash my hands. I would have been more or less satisfied if not for the breakfast -- sadly, it was terrible! There was no hot food: no omelette, no eggs, no sausages, which are usually served at the buffet. No vegetables. No fruits. The milk was of poor quality. The coffee was not tasty at all. What was there: toasts, ham, cheese, butter, jam, yoghurt, cereals, and a ton of cakes. And my "favourite": no ceramic cups! So every morning, you have a chance to generate a ton of waste with cups and packaging! And get diabetes with that ton of sweets :(

• Hjelm (5/5): - Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra läge och billigt. Kom tidigt, och jag fick checka in direkt. Bemannat 24h. Igen, vilken fantastisk personal, särskilt nattpersonalen! Mycket fin service. Sovrum mot innergården innebar tysta nätter. Detaljer och kanske acceptabelt med tanke på det låga priset? Det är ett välanvänt hotell och just mitt rum och badrum var väldigt slitet och i behov av lite renovering och uppfräschning. Lite väl lyhört när grannen nyttjade sitt badrum, eller gäster skulle använda hissen.

• Ika (1/5): - I had a very bad and stressful experience with this property. I arrived at the hotel on the day of check-in, but I was refused access to my room because the reservation was under the name “Ika Gardava” while my passport says “Irakli Gardava”. This is the same Booking.com account name I have been using for years without any issues. I was left waiting at the reception for more than 2 hours, with no solution offered. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed me in advance that a name change was mandatory for this type of property. Because of this situation, I was forced to book and pay for another hotel for the night. When I returned the next day, the hotel told me that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not stay the night, even though the reason I did not stay was entirely their refusal to check me in. I am now only requesting a full refund, as the service was never provided. This situation was handled unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom layout is unpleasant and disgusting. There's no drainage in the bathroom floor, and the glass door over the bathtub leaks water while showering. Breakfast was mediocre.

• Helder (10/5): Alojamento confortável, onde podemos viajar Roma descansados ! - O hotel está muito bem localizado. À exceção do Vaticano , visitamos tudo a pé! Perto de restaurantes, cafés , lojas. Embora o hotel não seja recente , estava tudo muito bem limpo. As condicionado sempre a funcionar ; noto que, fomos 6 pessoas, ficamos alojado a em 3 quartos, durante 4 dias. Todos os dias vieram fazer limpeza e fazer as camas ! O pequeno-almoço é bom! Verdade que, a +\- 250 m encontra-se Termini , que de facto é uma zona um pouco mas delicada para andar à noite, no entanto passamos lá com crianças e foi tranquilo. A Televisão não estava a funcionar os canais , mas funciona o youtube. No entanto, também não pedimos para arranjar. Fomos para Roma visitar só íamos dormir ao quarto. Podiam dar um arranjo aos degraus da escadaria, é mármore antiga!

• matti (10/5): Täydet suositukset keskusta hotellia harkitsevalle sijainniltaan täysi kymppi tosiaan antiikin ajan nähtävyydet hyvin lä - Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja siihen nähden hyvin rauhallinen (aivan keskustassa ) terminiin (Päärautaieasema) n 5min kävely Aamupala olisi saanut olla hieman runsaampi mutta kyllä tuollakin ”seuraavaan” ruokailuun jaksoi ja hotellin ympäristössä todella hyviä ja edullisia ruokapaikkoja runsaasti.
