• Stuart (10/5): Awesome Ypres home - Beautiful home in old Ypres, easily walkable to everywhere. Great for 2 families, with all the things you need for a stay. Also easy to walk to supermarkets.

There is some free parking a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. The host was communicative and friendly. Nothing.

• Edwin (9/5): Mooi, schoon en centraal gelegen appartement - Ruime, centraal gelegen appartement. Zeer schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, Senseo koffie apparaat etc. In de kleine binnenplaats was ruimte om 4 fietsen veilig te stallen. Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar parkeren moet buiten het centrum. Was slechts 509 meter lopen. En de slaapvertrekken en een kleine woonkamer bevinden zich op respectievelijk eerste en tweede verdieping. Mocht je slecht te been zijn dan is dat wel belangrijk.

• E. (9/5): - Prima huis met voldoende ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. Ook thee en koffie beschikbaar. Centrum van Ieper op loopafstand, parkeergelegenheid op korte afstand. We hebben 2 dagen van de plek genoten en konden heerlijk op het kleine terrasje buiten zitten (het was warm).

• Ellis (10/5): - Prachtig ingericht huis. Heel comfortabel. Alles is aanwezig. Het ligt midden in het centrum. Bakker is op 1 min lopen. Het ligt aan een drukke straat. Er is geluidsoverlast van het verkeer.
• Mike (10/5): Top place to stay in beautiful Ypres. - The property was perfect for two couples as we each had our own floor of the house as well as own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and the courtyard in back was a perfect place for pre-dinner drinks as well as coffee in the morning. Clearly nothing can be done about this, but the cobbled street was a little noisy in the evening with traffic noise.
• David (9/5): Excellent overall with easy access to all you need - Excellent location with a short walk into the main square/town. As the property was near the Lille Gate, there was easy parking close by. Small bakery/patisserie 100 mtrs away towards the city gate and a Spar supermarket about 0.5Klm along the same road but opposite direction. Only one stand alone shower across the 4 bedrooms but good bath and hand shower in main bathroom.
• Joanne (10/5): We had a great stay and loved that three floors so everyone had their own space. We were five adults across three rooms - It was easy to find and parking was easy. The location was ideal. Just afew mins walk into town or to the Menin Gate. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. We went with family to visit our Great Uncles WW1 grave so it was the perfect location to visit all the places we needed to go to. Nothing

Host very responsive when we had queries about parking at first and came to our aid. Nothing I did not like about this property. Just note- Stairs might be a little steep for elderly or less able guests. My older parents struggled a little, so I let them have the bedroom on 1st floor which made it manageable.

Host answers questions quickly and is polite and friendly. Very nice welcome gift, nicely turned out rooms and very handy for road exit to battlefields. Free parking close to location at rear of property, with parking disc provided. Thank you! The only thing I could possibly pick up was instructions on how to use heating could be printed on the inside of the grey thermostat box in the bathroom. Other than that I would recommend this property to anyone that would an like excellent, well priced and well located property.

We had no car but easy to get to buses, shop etc. Bakery literally a few doors away. Quiet location, bit of traffic noise which you'd expect with its position but quiet at night.
